The room was very nice, and the spa and view were excellent.

Both the hospitality and the cuisine were calm and wonderful, and I was truly able to refresh. I will visit again.

We stayed on a plan with meals included. Both breakfast and dinner were very delicious. There were also complimentary drinks and free breakfast items, making it a very satisfying offering. The bath in our room was fed by hot spring water, so we were able to relax in it many times. We were also comforted by the staff’s thoughtful, unobtrusive service.

This time, it was a relaxing trip with our dog Wanko as a couple in our 60s. We were very satisfied with the meals. It was a little disappointing that the all-inclusive plan was only available until 6:00 PM. The Onsen was wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the sauna bath.

On the third day of my solo trip from Tokyo to Saga, I stayed at Shunkeiya in Takeo Onsen. It is located right next to the Romon Gate, and the building is very clean and beautiful. They prepared a 14-tatami corner Room for me even though I was traveling alone, and dinner served in the Room was wonderfully varied and absolutely delicious. The attendant assigned to my Room was also excellent, and the free-flowing natural hot spring water was superb. Even though I was on my own, they provided Shuttle Service to the station—an Accommodation where everything was thoughtfully taken care of. I love traveling and have stayed in many places, but considering how reasonably priced it is, I was satisfied with everything here. If it were in the Kanto area, I could visit often—it's a shame it’s not. Next time, I would definitely like to come again with my wife. This first solo trip became a truly wonderful memory for me.

Thank you for warmly welcoming us despite our late arrival after 8 PM (we had a breakfast-only plan). The room and onsen were very comfortable, and we felt completely refreshed. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff provided excellent service. The water pressure in the bathroom faucet was weak, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature, so it would be great if this could be improved. While some of the facilities feel slightly dated, everything else was fine, and we had a very pleasant stay. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.
