As expected, the popular breakfast buffet was very delicious, with a rich and tasty menu that kept me satisfied even during an extended stay. I was pleased with the eco-friendly service during my stay, where although no staff entered the room, towels, amenities, and even coffee a

When choosing a Hotel, I think more people are likely to avoid a place due to strong scents than choose it specifically for a pleasant fragrance. Making it fragrance-free would help more guests stay comfortably. Overall, the location, staff service, and Room size were great; if

The facilities and services are satisfactory, offering a simple yet solid experience without being overly luxurious. However, the air conditioning system only allows switching between OFF/LOW/MIDDLE/HIGH settings instead of precise temperature control. During the transitional s

Since there’s such a comfortable public bath available, the Room has an independent shower booth instead of a full bathroom. I personally prefer this setup and found it very convenient. Of course, all front desk staff were kind and attentive; they immediately assisted anyone w

When I requested a non-smoking room, they checked availability and moved us to one (with an additional fee). They also helped by lending me an iron, providing extra towels, and patiently answering any questions I had, which made for a very pleasant stay. There was a coffee machin

The hotels I usually stay at were all expensive, so I decided to try Dukes' affordable Plan for the first time. Both the lobby floor and the room had an elegant and calm atmosphere. It was very quiet for both days, allowing me to unwind completely. I would definitely like to st

The shower water pressure was sufficient, the hairdryer worked perfectly, and the meals were absolutely delicious. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and provided courteous service, allowing me to enjoy my stay from start to finish. I would love to stay here again w

Even though it was an affordable Hotel stay, we could still enjoy the large public bath. I was truly, truly satisfied. They also kept our suitcases until we left, which helped us a lot. A fun trip to Hakata! Next time as well, I definitely want to make a Reservation at Res

The Room is small, but I think it’s a good size as long as you don’t have a large suitcase. The shower booth was great, and being able to adjust the shower settings was very comfortable. I also appreciated that the loungewear was a separate top-and-bottom pajama style. It was als
