This was my first stay with the Hyatt brand to celebrate a birthday, and the warm hospitality truly lived up to the Hyatt name! Not only was there a cake delivered to our Room, but I was also surprised—and absolutely delighted—to receive a fruit plate at breakfast the next morning. All of the staff were very kind, and we were able to spend a wonderful, memorable time. We’ll definitely stay again! Thank you very much.

With Hotel prices soaring in Fukuoka City, I was able to stay at an affordable rate in a clean Room with great access close to Tenjin. Thank you very much.

First, the Hotel itself was great in terms of cleanliness, location, and security. The bathtub was large enough to stretch out in, and although it’s in a busy area, the Room was quiet and very comfortable. However, what was disappointing was the staff... When I called in advance to change my check-in time (a male staff member), he was very pleasant, and I looked forward to my stay. At check-in—skipping the details—they were polite but never smiled throughout. At check-out as well, I simply placed the key card into a box, but there were four or five male and female staff members nearby doing something, and not a single person spoke to me... so I left quietly. The only person who greeted me during my stay was a foreign female housekeeping staff member in the morning. Even though she seemed busy, she cheerfully said “Good morning!” with a smile, which felt really nice and made me happy. I’ve stayed at many Hotels before and have never once felt unsure about how the staff treated guests, so this was very disappointing. The Hotel itself is good, and I would like to stay again if I have the chance. I also think it’s a recommended Hotel—so I wrote this hoping that this point can be improved.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to enjoy an Onsen so close to Hakata Station. Breakfast was crowded, but the staff were very helpful, and even as a first-time guest I was able to dine smoothly. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The photos at the time of Reservation reminded me of the library at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland, which felt nostalgic, so I made a Reservation. I would love to stay again on my next business trip to Hakata. Thank you very much.

The breakfast on the website looked delicious, so I stayed with a breakfast-included Plan. Every item was carefully prepared and tasted great. There was a wide variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast. As it is closer to a Business Hotel, there are fewer amenities and Facilities, but the entire Hotel is new and I had a comfortable stay. The only disappointment was the bathtub—the inside felt rough, as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Aside from that, it was a good Accommodation.

I arrived by subway from Fukuoka Airport, and the Hotel was right there as soon as I came up from the exit. Although it’s in front of the station, the Room was quiet and comfortable. The Room was spacious for a single, and the bathtub was also large for a unit bath, so I could stretch out and relax. The only disappointment—also mentioned by others—was that the washroom constantly had a sewer-like smell, possibly due to the shower curtain. With the door closed, it didn’t reach the Room, but since it was otherwise a good Hotel, that was unfortunate.

It was close to the station exit, and since it’s the next stop from the airport, it was great to be able to drop off my luggage right away and head out light. However, before the 10:00 check-out time, the TV screen switched to a “It’s check-out time” message, which was a bit off-putting… though I’m sure some guests may find it helpful. Otherwise, everything felt clean, and I’d like to stay again.

Within walking distance of Hakata Station and located right in front of Gion Subway Station, making it convenient for both business and sightseeing. I stayed here to take part in the Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival, and it was helpful that Hakata Shrine is about a 5-minute walk away.

I booked this stay to attend a live show. I chose the senior plan with breakfast included, and I really enjoyed it from the morning, including some local dishes. The hotel was conveniently located close to the downtown area, and my destination was within walking distance. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. One thing I would mention is that my room didn’t have a great view—it faced a back street. I would have liked to feel the morning sun. Still, thank you for taking care of me. I will stay here again when I come to Fukuoka for a live show.

There is a bathhouse, and on the top floor, there is a place where you can enjoy soft drinks. It was great.

We stayed in a triple Room for three women. All beds were the same size, not extra beds, and everyone was comfortable. The Room was spacious, and the Facility was excellent.

I often visit Fukuoka on business, and this was my first time staying here. It’s a bit of a walk from Tenjin Station, but still within a reasonable distance. Above all, I enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options. I didn’t have much time on this trip due to work, but as the name suggests, the Hotel has an impressive collection of manga—perfect for manga lovers. The amenity bar, which is common these days, was also great.

• Payment: My card had been charged in advance via IKYU, but I was also billed for the room at the front desk. After I raised the issue again, it was found to be due to staff oversight, and I received a refund. • Air conditioning: The temperature and fan speed cannot be adjusted.

I stayed here on a Fukuoka food tour. Udon, yatai food stalls, ramen, gyoza, motsunabe hot pot, and yakiniku were all easily accessible from this location. Since my Room was riverside, I could also see the yatai area and was very satisfied. The sweets we enjoyed with in-dining were also very photogenic and excellent. I think it’s a great choice for staying with young women.

I stayed here for a live show at Marine Messe Fukuoka. It’s about a 13-minute walk, easy to find, and there’s a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient. The smartphone check-in I was worried about was surprisingly easy, the room was spacious enough, and I had a comfortable stay. It would be nice if there were skincare items like facial lotion for women. Also, it would be helpful if luggage could be stored in advance.

I’ve visited Fukuoka many times, but this was my first stay at this Hotel. Although it’s in Tenjin, there were hardly any tourists, so it was quiet and relaxing. The affiliated parking lot was also nearby and inexpensive, which was a huge help. I can see why it has been so hard to get a Reservation in the past. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I had been curious about it for a long time, so I stayed here this time. I chose the “Niwaka Senbei Room” for a fun, exciting feel, and it really boosted my travel mood. The Room was compact, but I appreciated that the toilet and shower were separate.

It was just across the crosswalk from Hakata Station’s Chikushi Exit. The Room was a twin, but it was spacious enough to relax comfortably. Even though it was right next to the road, it was quiet at night.

It was conveniently located close to the station. A male staff member at the Hotel front desk, who appeared to be a foreign national, assisted me very politely with a warm smile, which made me feel welcome. I also met the housekeeping staff, and they greeted me pleasantly. Thank you very much.
