We stayed in a private two-story house with a Barcelona sauna. We were satisfied with everything—the Room, bath, and Facility. Above all, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the temperature was just right, and it was amazing. Everything provided—from the hair dryer and facial lotion to the shampoo—was excellent. It was the best Accommodation we have ever stayed at. We would love to stay again someday.

We stayed in a room for four with my elderly parents. Although we didn't request it, the accommodation kindly prepared a room on the second floor for our convenience. We chose a breakfast-included plan and expected a buffet, but it turned out to be set meals that could be selected. My parents were able to enjoy their meal comfortably at their seats. The Japanese-style meal with freshly cooked rice was incredibly delicious, and my parents finished everything from the morning. The staff were kind and attentive, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Kagoshima. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We stayed in the detached Akiseian. It had a large open-air bath attached to the Room, and since the weather was nice, we enjoyed it many times. The hot spring water was slightly silky and felt wonderful. The food was delicious, and there was a wide variety of sake to enjoy. It seems other detached Rooms also have large private baths, so we would like to stay again in a different season.

We traveled to Kagoshima to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday and stayed here for one night during our three-night trip. This Accommodation’s meals were incredibly generous in portion size. Every dish let us fully enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients, and everything was delicious—we were completely satisfied, to the point of feeling like we could barely eat another bite. Because it was a 60th birthday celebration, we requested a size 4 decorated cake in advance, and it was prepared for us at dinner. Afterward, we enjoyed it together as a family in our Room while celebrating at a relaxed pace, making it a truly memorable time. The view from the Room was wonderful as well. Just after 7:00 a.m., our whole family took a walk to the footbath in front of the Hotel. Soaking our feet there in the crisp morning air felt amazing and was deeply soothing. There were also several local community cats around, and their adorable presence brought smiles to everyone in our family. All of the staff were kind and welcoming throughout our stay, and we were able to spend a wonderful time that felt perfect for such a special trip. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Kagoshima. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a twin Room with a view of Sakurajima for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was compact but had everything we needed, and we were able to relax comfortably. On the day of our stay, you kindly stored our luggage from the morning, which allowed us to head out for sightseeing around Sakurajima at a leisurely pace. When we returned to the Hotel, our luggage had already been brought up to our Room, which we really appreciated. The chicken rice for breakfast was very delicious. Combined with the calm and pleasant service from the staff who served it, it made for a wonderful breakfast time. The complimentary coffee was also excellent. The front desk staff were cheerful and welcoming as well. What made us happiest was, without question, the outstanding value for money. We also used early-bird and Multiple Night Stay discounts, but we were genuinely surprised that such high-quality service could be provided at this price point. My wife was also delighted and said, “It’s such a great Hotel—I’ve become a fan.” It turned into a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

I stay here every time I come back to visit family. Since I get around by car, the location doesn’t feel inconvenient. The parking lot is also easy to use, with flat ground-level spaces. The Room was spacious enough to comfortably fit three suitcases. The bathroom is also roomy—quite different from the small unit baths you often find in business hotels. Breakfast was satisfying, and the simmered pork cartilage was delicious! I look forward to staying again.

The private dining Room was spacious and set apart from the others, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace without any interaction with other guests. We were able to try both loin and belly pork for the shabu-shabu, and the vegetables were truly delicious. The staff were very courteous, and we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. At first I wondered about having sofas in the Onsen, but once I saw it in person, it made sense—and it was so comfortable that I was genuinely impressed. Thank you very much.

I chose APA Hotel simply because I wanted a relaxing stay while visiting Kagoshima for the first time in a while to see relatives. Based on the Reviews, I was able to use a nearby convenience store, and since it was a Multiple Night Stay, being able to do laundry was very helpful. There were also free in-room movies and other content, so I could spend my extra time well. For breakfast, including APA curry, everything was so good that I ended up eating too much. If I have another chance to visit, it will be my first choice for a Reservation.

This was my first stay at a container-style Hotel, and it turned out to be absolutely the right choice—I had a very comfortable stay. The room was perfectly comfortable with effective air conditioning. The bathroom area was clean, and I especially appreciated the strong shower water pressure. The only thing I noticed was that the sink drainage didn’t quite keep up with the amount of water, so improving that would make it even better. I was happy that breakfast was included at this price, and the quality was genuinely high—I was very satisfied. It has the unique charm of a container Hotel, while offering comfort and Facility standards comparable to a regular Hotel. The value for money is excellent, and I’d definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

Everything was satisfactory. I would like to use it again when I return to Kagoshima.

I stayed here the night before climbing Kirishima. The location, Facility, and service were all very close to the ideal Business Hotel experience. Thank you very much for providing such a comfortable Hotel stay.

Considering the price, this Accommodation was almost too comfortable. It felt very clean, and with the bath and toilet separated, I could wash comfortably with plenty of space. The bed mattress wasn’t very thick, but I still slept soundly. The TV was very large and you can watch Netflix too—I wish I’d had more time to enjoy relaxing in the Room. Having a microwave in the Room was really convenient for having a light meal with friends. We borrowed tableware upstairs.

The original Onsen temperature was a bit high, so adjusting it each time was slightly inconvenient, but having both indoor and outdoor baths at this price is amazing. Truly luxurious! I also appreciated the massage chair. I had requested amenities and towels in advance, and they prepared plenty for me, including body lotion, which was very helpful.

I have stayed here more than 10 times since it opened. I’m happy that the Room has an Onsen. The large public bath is nice too, but being able to soak in my own private Onsen is the best. The meals seem to change over time, perhaps because the chef changes, but this time was the best so far. Breakfast had changed to something like a bento served in a basket. It used to have more items and more dishes, but I can’t eat that much in the morning anyway, so maybe this is what they settled on. This time I was glad to stay at a lower price thanks to the “Kagoshima Discount.” All of the staff are kind, and since there aren’t many Rooms, the whole Hotel feels relaxed and unhurried. Because the building is covered in hinoki wood, the Room has a pleasant fragrance that feels soothing and calming. I will stay again.

I stayed here with a friend to cheer on my granddaughter at her mini basketball tournament. We arrived more than an hour earlier than the Reservation check-in time, but the staff kindly accommodated us. The parking lot was spacious and easy to use, and as soon as we got out of the car, we noticed the distinctive sulfur scent of an Onsen. Perhaps because there is no bath in the Room, there was plenty of space beside the beds in our twin Room, so we could spread out our luggage and still relax. One of the best parts was being able to use the connected Onsen Facility as many times as we wanted. After leaving our shoe-locker key, we were given a key for a larger locker in the changing room and entered through the women’s curtain. Amenities and both large and small towels were provided in the Room. Both morning and evening, local residents came to bathe as well, so it was easy to ask if we had any questions. There were baths at 41°C and 43°C, plus a cold bath, a bubble bath, and a sauna. It felt wonderful and relieved my fatigue. A 93-year-old lady in the changing room recommended a restaurant next to the Hotel parking lot called Fukufuku, where we had dinner. We enjoyed draft beer, plum wine sour drinks, highballs, and snacks such as thick kibinago tempura (silver-stripe round herring), kurobuta pork shabu-salad style dish, kurobuta gyoza dumplings, seafood carpaccio-style dish (thinly sliced), and chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard). On our way back we stopped by Direx to buy red wine and cheese. When I asked at reception whether there was an ice vending machine available for guests’ use , they told me there is a kitchen on second floor where I could put water or block ice into chilled mug glasses then bring them back up to my Room. After 6:00 a.m., I took a walk of about 2 ,000 steps . A staff member suggested crossing Beppu Bridge first then returning via smaller bridge on other side; it made for lovely morning while looking at Sakurajima volcano . After another Onsen soak , I even enjoyed old-fashioned massage chair for @100 yen per 15 minutes . It was affordable stay that left me very satisfied . Saying “Amazing—so good!” , I headed off toward day two tournament venue . I would definitely like stay again .

I stayed in a single Room while visiting my hometown. It was quiet, and I slept well. Amenities are available at the entrance, so you can take only what you need, which kept things uncluttered. I would like to stay here again.

It’s wonderful that the appliances are almost all provided. There is even a washing machine and a dryer. It was a pity there was no nightwear, but at this price point it may be difficult. I’d stay again if I have the chance.

Since I had made a Reservation, when I gave my name, I was warmly welcomed with “We’ve been expecting you.” The staff were very kind, and it made me feel truly comfortable. That evening there was a social gathering at this Facility, and since I had been drinking, I didn’t take a bath and instead took a shower late at night. I then enjoyed breakfast in the morning—it was delicious as well. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

We stayed for one night with four people. We had a question at check-in, but when we contacted them, they responded immediately, so there was no issue. The Room was clean, and with three rooms we were able to relax comfortably. There was also an inexpensive coin-operated parking lot next to the entrance, which was very convenient. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.
