We stayed with three children, and the Room was spacious and comfortable.

This price is a great deal for the location. Of course, it’s an older and smaller Accommodation, but it’s a very good one. It might feel a bit scary if an earthquake happens, though.

Since this is a city known for its beautiful night views, we chose this Hotel for its location and Room with a great view. As a result, we were able to relax and take our time in a Room with a wonderful night view. We were surprised by the steep slope at the location and how narrow the parking area was. There are no convenience stores within walking distance; items are sold in the Hotel, but it may be better to buy what you need in advance. There is a bus stop in front of the Hotel, making it convenient to get to Nagasaki Station and the downtown area.

I stayed for six nights with the Nagasaki Gozen breakfast included. I expected the same menu every morning, but there were three main-dish options, and I could request my choice at breakfast the day before, so I enjoyed a delicious meal every day. The portions are quite generous, so I recommend waiting to take any self-serve side dishes until after your meal has been served. Room cleaning was provided every other day (daily cleaning is also available upon request). Fresh towels and similar items were hung on the doorknob each day. If you ask the front desk in advance for anything you need, they will hang it together with them. Amenities other than toothbrushes, razors, and brushes were available at the front desk, and I was impressed by how many options there were. It felt like you could enjoy a comfortable stay without bringing anything. The staff also interacted with guests at just the right distance, making it a truly relaxing hotel. The hotel’s location itself was excellent for sightseeing: it’s close to a tram stop, and JR Urakami Station is within walking distance—though it really reminded me that Nagasaki is a city of hills. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel. Highly recommended!!

I chose to stay here again because I had a great experience last time. The building is old, but it is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was more than sufficient for just staying overnight. The staff were friendly and attentive; they even offered me an umbrella without me having to ask when it was raining. Such thoughtful gestures are greatly appreciated. I would love to stay here again in the future.

We stayed on the top floor of Building 1 in a city-side room. The weather was great, so both the daytime view and the night scenery were absolutely beautiful. We had a clear view of Mt. Inasa right in front of us. The room was spacious and relaxing.\nHowever, there seemed to be only one mirror in the bathroom (I looked around the room but couldn’t find another), which made doing makeup a bit inconvenient.\nMeals were served buffet-style, with a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. My elderly parents were very satisfied as well, and we would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance.

I booked immediately after seeing it on the website, and when I actually stayed there, it was spacious with a great sense of openness.

The place was very clean and extremely comfortable. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I’d been interested in this Hotel for a while, and this time I was able to make a Reservation at a great price. Check-in was at a different location, which was a bit confusing at first, but the Accommodation is up a steep staircase and the staff kindly helped support my mother, who has difficulty walking—it was a huge help. The Room was also larger than a typical Business Hotel, and the Facilities were as well equipped as an ordinary home, so it felt like staying at home. I’d like to choose it again if I have the chance next time.

It was easy to get here smoothly from the station, and I chose this place because it has a washing machine. Having detergent and hangers was also very helpful. The bathroom had a separate toilet and a washing area, and I felt safe with the security measures. I didn’t cook, but it would have been nice to have kitchen towels. I’d like to stay again when I visit Nagasaki.

The price was reasonable, the night view from the Room was amazing, and the large Onsen bath was great, so we were very satisfied. Breakfast used local ingredients and tasted excellent—no complaints at all. The entrance and exit to the underground parking are a bit narrow, so those who aren’t confident drivers should be careful.

The Room, toilet, and shower room were all clean and comfortable. During this very hot season, cold water was provided in the hallway by the housekeeper, which was great. I would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed for a 2-night, 3-day family trip. First of all, I would like to thank all the Hotel staff. We truly appreciated your kind support during our trip, such as storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Below are my comments for each item. Guest Room & Amenities The room felt a bit dated, but it seemed very well cleaned. However, I noticed what looked like black mold on the unit bath door and similar areas. I would appreciate it if you could pay extra attention to this during cleaning. I was very satisfied with the amenities. I was also grateful that the gown and towels were replaced with fresh ones on the second night. I would prefer a slightly softer toothbrush bristle, but considering the cost performance, it is understandable. Hospitality & Service There was no excessive interference, yet all staff were very kind. Onsen / Bath As mentioned in the Guest Room section, I noticed what looked like black mold on the unit bath door and similar areas, so I rated this 2 stars. Facility & Equipment There was nothing in particular that bothered me. Dining We did not dine at the Hotel during our stay, but we had lunch there after check-out. We ordered the daily lunch set and steak. Everything was delicious, and we were able to end our trip on a pleasant note. Overall Satisfaction This was my first trip to Nagasaki, and since it is close to Gotomachi Station as well, it was an excellent Hotel as a base for sightseeing. With various tourist spots raising prices from April 1 onward, this Hotel still offered great cost performance. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

I was initially concerned as there was no mention of a hairdryer, etc., on the Hotel's website, but everything necessary was provided, which was reassuring. The Room and bathroom were clean. The single Room was slightly small but reasonable considering the price. There is only one elevator, but it was fast. It would be helpful if the website included a map for after getting off at Suwa Shrine.

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, there is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs to your room, which made carrying luggage difficult.

We stayed as a family. The view of Nagasaki from the window was beautiful. There is a lounge available to all guests, and we could easily drop in when we arrived at the Accommodation or after taking a bath. The selection was plentiful, including alcoholic drinks. At night, the lighting is dimmed and it becomes a cozy, atmospheric space, so we enjoyed Nagasaki’s night view while relaxing there. For the dinner buffet, you can choose from three time slots; we picked the earliest one at 5:00 PM, and it was less crowded—highly recommended. Every dish was delicious. I know buffets can be hit or miss, but we were very satisfied. We enjoyed sashimi, sushi, steak, and more. We were also happy that the ice cream was Häagen-Dazs. The baths alternated between men’s and women’s hours, but we especially liked the 11th-floor panoramic bath with its great views. We’ve stayed at many Hotels, but overall everything here was satisfying and it became a wonderful memory. If I had to mention one thing: my preference is for towels to be provided in the bath area so you can borrow them there and return them afterward.

When I made the Reservation, it was hard to find the check-in location, but I felt relieved once I realized it was just before the dead-end stairs by the large keyhole. The front desk staff were helpful and everything went smoothly, and it was easy to find the Hotel—it’s only a short walk away. The Room felt like a 1DK with a dining table, so it was spacious and comfortable. Also, since it’s close to the station, it’s ideal for getting around by train or bus, and you can take care of meals and shopping at the station building. One disappointment was that I had requested a towel change, but when I returned for a while, they hadn’t been replaced. However, when I contacted them, they responded right away. Even after check-out, they kept my luggage until my bus time, which was very helpful.

The breakfast time was adjusted 15 minutes earlier, allowing us to make it to our early meeting on time! It was a great help! Thank you very much!

Given the age of the Facility, it’s understandable that some equipment is outdated.

The elevator was extremely hot. Also, the front desk had a strong smell of tobacco. Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay.
