How many places are there where a feudal lord’s residence still remains at the very heart of the town even today? Being able to stay as a guest in such an estate, and to take in the buildings and gardens—things that would have been impossible to see 100 years ago—to your heart’s content, made for a fascinatingly luxurious time where you can feel history and changing eras up close. It was an Accommodation experience unlike anything I had ever had before. The guest building was new and spotless, with drinks and amenities well provided, making it very comfortable to stay.

It’s a Business Hotel close to the station, with a large public bath, and the breakfast is delicious—overall, I think it’s very good. Maybe it was just by chance, but I was a bit surprised because the sound of doors closing—from the floor above or the neighboring Room—echoed loudly. Also, what may have been the sound of drawers was very loud as well. Since it didn’t continue, it didn’t bother me after that. I was able to rest well and had a comfortable stay. If I have another opportunity to visit Yanagawa, I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed with four people. Even with four beds lined up, the Room didn’t feel cramped and was comfortable. The Room was a bit dark, so we tried various ways to brighten it, but it seemed there weren’t enough light bulbs, and even at maximum brightness it still felt dim. We used the buffet for meals. The food was close to our seats, and both the selection and taste were excellent. The staff cleared our plates and checked that dishes weren’t running out, and everything—including the tables—was clean with no mess. We’d like to stay here again when we visit the amusement park.

True to its concept of a day-use hot spring with full Accommodation features, the baths are wonderfully well equipped. The electric bath was so strong it nearly made my body stiff—perfect for enthusiasts? (lol) Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; it was served in a beautiful basket-style set, and I was very satisfied with the quality and variety. The location is ideal for a stay in Yanagawa. The Room felt a bit small for someone with a larger build in the standard type, so next time I may choose an upgraded class. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

If you request a high-floor, ocean-side room, you can enjoy a wonderful view. Since availability is limited, it may be worth asking in advance. Route Inn breakfasts are generally similar across locations, but this one had a better selection and quality than other Route Inns. By taxi, it’s closer from Nishitetsu Omuta Station.

I stayed here with my elderly mother and aunt. During meals, the staff kindly explained everything in detail, and their service was excellent. At check-out, the front desk called a taxi for us, which was very helpful. I accidentally left something behind, but after confirming it, they promptly shipped it to me. It was a ring I truly cherished, so I was really grateful. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again.

Many international guests were staying there. During meals, the staff kindly asked if they could serve portions for us and made sure to let us know so that the small children wouldn’t have to wait in line. My grandchildren were very happy as well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

We decided to visit Greenland at our kids’ request, and while looking for nearby Accommodation we found this fun place. For a family of five, it cost about JPY 25,000 without meals. It was our first time staying in a trailer house, but it felt like a secret hideout and the kids loved it. However, I understand it may be unavoidable due to the structure, but the smell from the toilet was quite strong—this was the only negative point. The surrounding area is well equipped with supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, and more, so even if you forget something you can easily buy what you need. The best part was the amazing on-site hot springs! The large public bath was clean, and there were various saunas that were really interesting. It would have been even better with a TV, but it was still wonderful. There’s also a manga corner and free relaxation lounge where the kids were thrilled. There’s also a small gym (not full-scale), which I really enjoyed as well. Also, even on check-out day you can use the facilities until closing time, so we stopped by for a bath and休憩 on our way back from Greenland. We really appreciated that. Next time I’d like to come during a cooler season, but we were very satisfied overall. Thank you.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. Last time I stayed in a Japanese-style Room, and this time I had made a Reservation for a twin Room (+ an extra bed), but you kindly prepared a four-bed Room for us. Last time, the Room and Facility felt a bit dated, but this time it didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and we had a very comfortable stay. I especially loved how the pillows sank just right; I liked them so much that I wanted the same ones for myself. Also, even before check-in, you thoughtfully called to let us know that “the Room was ready earlier than expected.” We were tired after spending the whole day at Greenland in midsummer from opening time, so being able to rest in our Room right away was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was wonderfully comfortable from the moment we walked in. As other Reviews mention, dinner did feel warm, but there were plenty of cold drinks as well as shaved ice and soft-serve ice cream available, so we didn’t find it inconvenient. Breakfast also had just the right amount of variety and was delicious. It seemed fully booked, yet we never felt crowded inside the Hotel and were able to relax comfortably. The only thing was that we went to the bath during its busiest time and had some waiting time, but it was within an acceptable range. The Onsen after a long day of activities was wonderful. The next day we used the pool, and when staff told us “You’re welcome to use the Onsen after 11:00,” we gratefully did so. The changing area also had plastic bags for swimsuits and towels prepared—it truly felt like every detail was taken care of. I would love to stay at Hotel Blanca again on our next visit to Greenland. The Facility itself is new and comfortable. I stayed here to attend a get-together with local classmates, and it was very quiet, clean, and comfortable with minimal contact with other people. I have stayed at other Hotels in Omuta as well, but many are older, so I will stay here from next time on. Thank you very much.

The meals are exceptional. While buffets are common, every dish here is carefully prepared with great attention and tastes delicious. The Room is not only clean but also spacious, providing a very relaxing atmosphere. It's unfortunate that my business trips to this area are occasional, but I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

It feels a bit old-fashioned, but the Room is simple, the air conditioning worked well, the shower water pressure was good, and it was great that we could use the lounge for free.

It was extremely comfortable. For two people, it was very spacious, which was great. It was quiet at night, and we slept soundly. We also made a Reservation for winter vacation.

I found this Accommodation by searching for the closest place to stay near the stadium to watch a Hawks farm team game. Just as the front desk staff told me, I was able to get there in a little under 15 minutes while taking a walk through Chikugo Regional Park. I enjoyed the baseball game as well as food and beer at the stadium, and on the way back I took my time strolling back. The large public bath on the rooftop had a great view, and I even enjoyed an early morning bath. It’s not an Onsen; they pump up groundwater and heat it, and it was a wonderful bath with pleasantly soft water. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal with plenty of dishes, and my husband even had seconds of rice. The aonori seaweed miso soup in particular was delicious. Also, the tea prepared in our Room was outstanding—this really is a famous tea region. I made cold-brew tea using chilled water from the water server, and it had such a beautiful green color with a pronounced natural sweetness—excellent. On our way out, we bought tea, aonori seaweed, and miso at the shop. The surroundings were very nice, and we were able to spend our time quietly. The price was reasonable, the staff were helpful, and I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here last month and loved it, so as soon as my plans were set, I completed the Reservation without hesitation. It seemed to be fully booked this time, so I’m glad I made the Reservation early. It’s extremely comfortable. The cork-like smell? that bothered me last time didn’t bother me this time. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so No Meals Included is not an issue. There isn’t a convenience store nearby, but I bought what I needed at a supermarket in advance and used the refrigerator. I still struggled a bit with the self check-in process, but I think it’s fine for anyone used to using a smartphone or computer. I’ll stay again.

We stayed here after a day at Greenland. It was great that it’s close to Greenland. It was our first time staying in a container-style Hotel, but it was spacious enough for two people (me and my child). The TV is placed on the table, so when eating, the TV felt a bit too close and was slightly hard to watch, but it wasn’t a big issue. The frozen breakfast was convenient to quickly eat in the Room on a busy morning. The adult had chicken and burdock rice, and the child had beef pilaf—both were delicious! At night, you can hear noise from trucks passing by out front, so light sleepers might be bothered… But once you fall asleep, it’s fine. Since the Rooms aren’t connected to each other, it was helpful not having to worry even if my child got noisy. I’m giving 4 stars because I noticed quite a few stains on the Room walls, but overall it was comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

Stayed for one night, and it was clean, simple, and perfectly fine for just staying overnight. However, there is nothing much in the surrounding area. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the nearest station. This location might be convenient if you’re traveling by car and it fits well with your itinerary—for example, if you plan to take a ferry to Shimabara the next day. By the way, Tamana Station is two stops away.

I stayed here during the hot season in August! When I arrived at the Room, the air conditioner was already on, which was a pleasant surprise and made it nice and cool. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean, so I felt comfortable using them. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have disposable indoor slippers like those often provided at a Hotel. I don’t really like walking around barefoot. Also, having a vacuum cleaner or a lint roller would make it easier to clean up fallen hair, so I’d appreciate it if those were available. Since the second floor gets hot at night, I recommend using a fan or ceiling fan and airing it out early to get better airflow.

We stayed during the May holiday period. On the way, we got caught in traffic jams many times and ended up arriving close to 7:30 p.m. Since we had booked a Plan with dinner included, I felt very sorry, but they welcomed us without showing any displeasure and even offered kind words about the traffic, which made us feel at ease and able to relax. In particular, the slightly older female staff member at reception and the young female staff member in the dining room were wonderfully considerate. We also enjoyed hearing lots of local stories (such as delicacies from the Ariake Sea and why there are no terrace seats in Yanagawa due to mosquitoes), making it a very enjoyable stay. Because we had been eating a lot every day during Golden Week, we chose a minimal Plan without eel, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious—so much so that we thought it might have been worth stretching ourselves to choose a more lavish Plan. The Room was also clean and very nice. The only disappointment was an older female staff member in the dining room at dinner. Even though there was still food left, she tried to clear our plates without asking; we stopped her, but she almost did it again right afterward. I nearly told her to stop it already, but held back because the young staff member mentioned above was so excellent. The only drawback is that there is a big difference in service quality among staff; if you happen to get an unlucky one, your impression may change.
