Thank you for your hospitality. The lounge was excellent. The ochazuke and breakfast were both very delicious. The Room was spacious, and I had a comfortable stay.

It was very clean and comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

The service, rooms, and meals—everything about this Hotel was wonderful. The lounge was even more comfortable than expected, and I would love to stay again. All the food was delicious, but the only disappointment was the okonomiyaki. There was also a great variety of drinks, including plenty of alcoholic options. I couldn’t make it during afternoon tea due to other plans, so I’d definitely like to try it next time.

This was our first stay at the REI Hotel. The location was very convenient, and since we didn’t spend much time at the Hotel, we appreciated being able to focus on sleep—the bed was spacious and the Room was comfortable. After the live show, we were completely exhausted, so we’re glad we chose this place to rest.

The Room was spacious, and the vanity area was also large, so my daughter and I didn’t have to compete for the mirror while getting ready to leave. I also appreciated having a magnifying mirror available. We had breakfast on the first floor, and even when we arrived after 9:00, we could still take items from the buffet until 10:00, so we were able to eat at a relaxed pace. Late check-out was also available, which made our stay truly relaxing. The downside is that the bathroom door is glass, so it feels very exposed.

It had been two years, but this stay was excellent again. Being close to the station and a convenience store was very helpful. Thanks to that, I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The Facility is new, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I had dinner at the Hotel’s buffet-style restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also offer an all-you-can-drink Plan, which I used as well. It’s a reasonably priced and highly recommended Plan. Although it’s a bit far from the station, tram stop, and downtown area, there are great okonomiyaki restaurants nearby. In fact, it was nice to be able to explore places that locals frequent.

This was my second stay, but it had been quite a while. The Room was clean, and I appreciated that the toilet and bath were separate. The Room was also spotless, and the breakfast bread was delicious. I’ll be happy to stay again.

I have been staying at Comfort Hotel Hiroshima Otemachi for over 20 years. The room was kept very clean, the breakfast was just right, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again during the Flower Festival next year.

I decided that morning to have the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the Hiroshima local specialties—dumpling soup with shiratama, steamed egg custard with oysters, and dried nodoguro fish; everything was delicious. I usually choose No Meals Included no matter which Hotel I stay at, but this time it was absolutely the right choice. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I stayed for two nights. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the Room was clean. One small disappointment was that the shower curtain had a slight odor. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again.

Considering the price, we were satisfied with both the Room and the meals. The breakfast in particular was excellent.

We stayed for two nights over Silver Week in a Privilege Bunk room with four people. Because the ceiling is high, the room has bunk beds, but it didn’t feel cramped at all and was very comfortable. There was space at the foot of each bed to store personal luggage, and USB power outlets and a light by the pillow were very convenient. The washer-dryer was also a huge help. The in-room coffee was Nespresso, with several flavors provided. It smelled wonderful, tasted great freshly brewed, and made it easy to relax in comfort. All of the hotel staff were very kind, we enjoyed the lounge, and the location was excellent. Thanks to you, we had a fun trip full of great memories. Thank you very much.

There are many lively shops nearby, and although it was a bit far, we were able to walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome as well. The only issue was that the washbasin drain smelled (this should be improved). The front desk staff member was also very pleasant. Thank you!

Smoking rooms available. Breakfast is delicious. The staff are wonderful. I will stay again next week.

The property was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. One concern was that the bath and wash area are designed to be visible directly from the Room, so once you undress, you can be seen clearly from the bed. I felt it would be difficult to stay here with anyone other than family.

As I wrote after my previous stay, this Hotel offers classic-hotel service at a Business Hotel price. With hotel rates rising so sharply these days, it reminds me that what truly matters is the people—not superficial renovations. Thank you as always. I look forward to staying with you again when I visit Hiroshima.

Although I arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled check-in time, they kindly allowed me to check in. There are microwaves and electric kettles on each floor, along with a space where you can enjoy free coffee and tea. The 5th floor has two table seating areas, the 4th floor has six tables, and the 3rd floor also had about six. I stayed here because I had an exam in Hiroshima, and there was a place to study. Even though it’s a capsule hotel, it was very calm and relaxing. For the TV, you use the provided earphones. I’m not sure if the same ones are used every time, but sponge dust came out of the cover and got on the bed. One side of the earphones was also broken at the adjustment part. The room had a trash bin and tissues, plus a small shelf that was convenient for placing small items. There is a lockable storage space under the shelf, but it was broken so I couldn’t use it. The room comes with loungewear and provided slippers. Men and women were on the same floor, but it wasn’t an issue at all. There were probably more men, yet it was very quiet. I rarely ran into men in the restroom or wash area. Toothbrushes and combs are available at the sink area. Shared toner lotion and emulsion are provided. Extra towels are also available. Since some capsule hotels charge for towel rental, I really appreciated this. The toothbrushes come with toothpaste already applied type ones, so it’s better to bring your own toothpaste as well. It’s quiet overall, but you can clearly hear coughing from nearby rooms. They prepared an end room for me; it had a window, but cold air came through slightly so it felt chilly. Umbrellas were available to borrow, and they were able to store my luggage for me. Luggage storage is secured only with a net—there are no tags or labels attached to identify bags individually. The streetcar stop is right in front of the hotel which is extremely convenient. There are many shops nearby such as Wants drugstore and convenience stores as well. The staff were very friendly too—I would like to stay here again.

It was cozy, clean, and pleasant. The proximity to the station was convenient.

Above all, the affordable stay was a great help. The amenities included everything I needed, and it was more than sufficient for a No Meals Included stay. For this price, I could sleep in a bed in a private room, and it was quiet around the Accommodation, so I would like to stay again.
