The Room was on the 12th floor, and the children were delighted to see the Shinkansen from the window. The Room's Facility was also impeccable. Morning Pilates is a must-attend! As for breakfast, everything was delicious, but the main choice of Eggs Benedict style dish, fresh ora

A coffee machine is also provided, allowing guests to enjoy delicious coffee. The restaurant offers not only courses but also à la carte options in the evening, making it convenient and stylish. The staff's thoughtfulness was warm and pleasant. It is a very user-friendly hotel, a

Of course, there are local specialties as well—such as shrimp rice. Even after breakfast coffee is properly drip-brewed. As my wife and I enjoyed it—saying “so good” in full dialect—we happened to glance out the window and realized the view was exactly like what we had from our

The breakfast had a good variety of dishes, especially plenty of vegetables. It was delicious. Just one thing: I gave a rating of 4 not because of any fault on the hotel's part but because I didn't check my accommodation plan carefully enough—it turned out to be a smoking room

The Hotel itself was clean, and I was satisfied with the shower and amenities. However, due to the location, there was a nearby nightlife area with many drunk people, and I could hear police car sirens and announcements, which made me feel uneasy about safety.

I also appreciated having plenty of hangers. In short: clean, beautiful, and comfortable!! I was also impressed by breakfast. There were lots of local dishes as well as desserts, and everything I tried tasted great. It was an extremely satisfying breakfast. There is also plenty o

as well as a refrigerator with a freezer function, which is very convenient. The amenity bar is also well-stocked. This time, due to an issue with the door, I was upgraded from a Single Room to a spacious Twin Room. There was even a massage chair, which I gratefully used

First time in Okayama. Convenient location near the station and a large AEON mall. The Room was small but comfortable for relaxing and had a good night's sleep. Located in the heart of the downtown area, but it doesn't feel unsafe. Would love to stay again!

The building itself is not new, but it is clean and the Room is tidy. There are several options for both dinner and breakfast, and they are very delicious. The staff at the Hotel are very kind, no matter how many times we visit. They are really nice. Both my husband and I lov

First of all, it’s located very close to AEON Mall Okayama, so access was extremely convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I was very satisfied with the Sunday-only French toast, the live-kitchen omelets, and tempura. The amenity bar also had a great variety, and the

It is pleasing that everything you need is provided, especially as more hotels are offering only a toothbrush as an amenity. Even if they attach some excuse like SDGs, you end up having to "buy" what you need, which does not reduce plastic waste. It is for the management's cost r

The staff were generally accommodating, and while the Facility wasn't new, it was clean. The breakfast was particularly good for the price, and I was very satisfied as I could enjoy almost all of Okayama's specialties. The staff were efficient and pleasant. I didn't have the brea

The Room was spacious, the bed size was sufficient, and amenities could be chosen to suit personal preferences while being environmentally friendly. The TV was well-positioned for easy viewing from the bed, with a large screen that made watching enjoyable. Overall, excellent cost

The reception staff were kind and made the stay reassuring. Having a women-only coin laundry was convenient, and the unlimited drinks at the café space were also a nice touch. It was handy to have a convenience store nearby as well. I made my reservation on short notice the

It was my first time experiencing a Room that got this dark, and I was truly impressed. The access from Okayama Station was great, and getting between floors in the Hotel was easy with escalators and such, which really helped. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come to Ok

The Room is spacious and has a sofa, so you can relax comfortably. There is also a large public bath, so I’ve never used the in-room unit bath. I have stayed at Universal Hotel properties in Kurashiki, Himeji, Okayama Ekimae, and the Okayama Annex—each one offers excellent val

I got a great deal on my Reservation, and the Room seemed renovated—everything was clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay! The boxed breakfast was filling, and the octopus rice was delicious. The Hotel was very clean, and it was a great value with breakfast includ

Also, there is an Aeon on the way to the hotel, and a bakery conveniently adjacent to the hotel. Kimuraya, located below the hotel, is open from 6 AM to 10 PM, which is very convenient, and I was able to buy freshly made bread early in the morning this time as well. I was able to

A multi-story parking lot is available next to the hotel, and the twin room was sufficient. The coin laundry was convenient, but with the large number of rooms, having only three washer-dryers made the competition a bit too high. Especially during the three-day weekends in summer
