สถานีศูนย์กลางทาคาอิดะ × โรงแรม·เรียวกังที่มีคะแนนความพึงพอใจสูง

We stayed on the last day of Silver Week with my son. It was a stay to celebrate him, and when we entered the Room, we found a thoughtful gesture from the Hotel, which truly moved him. Every member of the Hotel staff greeted us with warm smiles and professional service, and we could feel the tradition of this long-established Hotel that represents our country. The view from the Room was also wonderful—Osaka Castle spread out right before us—and simply staying there felt like an extraordinary escape. On our way home, my son seemed to have really fallen in love with New Otani as well. We sincerely appreciate the service and stay that exceeded the price. Thank you very much.

This is my second stay. The staff, the cleanliness throughout the property, the bath, and the Room were all very comfortable. I also love the atmosphere—it really feels like Nagata, or Osaka. The location near the station and the excellent access are perfect! I will definitely stay again!

The Hotel and the Room were very clean, and the bathtub was larger than those in a typical Business Hotel, which was great. It is close to Osaka Castle, NHK Hall, and the station, and this price is excellent. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first stay here. When I went to the large public bath, I forgot to bring a bath towel from my room and panicked, but I managed to dry off with a small towel. For forgetful guests like me, it would be reassuring if bath towels were also available at the public bath. (This was entirely my mistake—the hotel did nothing wrong.) The amenities were well stocked, and I was happy they even had face masks. Breakfast was stylish and delicious; I wanted to try the croissant too, but I was too full. The pudding in a jar was delicious. It would be perfect if there were hangers in the room for hanging clothes. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would like to return if I have the chance.

This was my third stay. Compared to before, the hospitality around the front desk had improved even more. Thank you for your thoughtful care. This time, I tried lunch at the 1F restaurant “P72” for the first time, and I was very satisfied with the comfortable atmosphere and service, as well as the beautifully presented and delicious dishes. Breakfast was outstanding as always. I was able to relax and fully enjoy my time in my Room. I look forward to visiting again.

Everything was well provided, which was very helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and it was comfortable. There was also a coin laundry and an ice machine with disposable paper cups. A phone charger was available as well. It was very convenient. The amenities such as the bed and TV were also comfortable. Several Hotel staff members were kind and helpful, and I would like to stay again.

I was able to enjoy a relaxing time with the welcome café, the luxury room, and the Onsen sauna. It has great access to both Kyobashi and Osaka Castle—I didn’t realize it was this convenient, so I’ll be using it often from now on. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for our family trip during summer vacation. The room was spacious, and the kids were happy with it. Breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend it. It was even better because it’s close to the station.

Even though I stayed on a Friday, I was kindly upgraded! The room was more spacious than expected, and I had a very comfortable stay. Whenever I go to Kyobashi, I will definitely stay here!

I stayed here previously for a concert at Osaka-jo Hall, and this time for a business trip. It was convenient to have a convenience store without even leaving the hotel. With great access, reasonable rates, and clean rooms, I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The staff service, room cleanliness, and lounge atmosphere were all excellent. This was my second stay this year, and it’s a hotel I’d gladly return to if I have the chance.

The Hotel is very clean, and the Room is comfortable. A welcome drink is available, and it exceeded expectations for the price. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the station. However, passing through the famous shopping street makes it manageable even in bad weather. The station layout was confusing, and navigating with my smartphone was challenging at first. If you're heading to the Hotel late at night for the first time, it might be tricky. Now that I know my way around and enjoyed exploring the unique shopping street, I would love to stay here again!

I stayed here to attend a performance at the Shin-Kabukiza Theatre. As last time, the service was pleasantly balanced—neither too much nor too little—so I could relax during my stay. This time I waited about 20 minutes at check-in, but I appreciated that the front desk staff acknowledged it with a brief comment, which left a good impression. It’s a hotel I’d like to stay at again.

The room was more spacious than I expected, and although it was along the main road, it was quiet. There is a Chateraise on the first floor, but unfortunately I couldn’t go during its opening hours. I came by car; the hotel itself doesn’t have parking, but there are plenty of parking lots nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. The only disappointing thing was that the shower head holder was dirty—I felt like using mold remover to clean it. Other than that, everything else seemed properly cleaned. There were amenities available at the front desk, so I didn’t have any trouble. If you can stay at that price, it’s a great place and highly recommended.

The Accommodation was very reasonably priced, and I was able to rest in a quiet environment at night. It is also close to the station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which I found convenient. I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here for the first time because it’s within walking distance of Osaka-jō Hall, and it was also convenient that it’s within walking distance from Morinomiya Station and there is a shuttle bus between the station and the Hotel. This time I had a city-view Room, but next time I’d like to make a Reservation for a castle-view Room. It was also nice to be able to walk through Osaka Castle Park on the way to Osaka-jō Hall. At night, though, there were few people around, which felt a bit unsettling.

I stayed here after watching a baseball game at Kyocera Dome. I got a bit lost on the way from Tsuruhashi Station, passing through an area that felt like a market. The Room was very clean, and the shower water pressure was excellent—very comfortable. Considering the Accommodation Fee and how close it is to the nearest station, I think it’s a perfect Hotel with nothing to complain about. I slept very well. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near the station and easy to find, with a convenience store next door. Recommended for concerts and events at Osaka-jo Hall and TT Hall / WW Hall. Amenities are available near the front desk, and they even had individually packaged sunscreen. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed alone in a Twin Room for 2 nights/3 days. The Facility and carpet do feel a bit old, and sometimes I could hear what sounded like drainage pipes. However, the Room was spacious, the bathroom was roomy, and the sink area was wide and very easy to use. Amenities such as toothbrushes and body towels were available next to the front desk, so you can take only what you need. After getting off the elevator, there was a microwave and loungewear provided. The side table in the guest Room is quite low, so it’s fine for eating while sitting on the sofa, but it’s too low for opening a laptop or doing any writing work—it made my back hurt. (There is only a low table.) The lighting in the Room is also on the dim side. The window cannot be opened or closed, but if you open an inner shutter-like panel, you still get a reasonable amount of natural light. However, when that panel is open it gets in the way of the nearby bed. (It wasn’t an issue this time since I stayed alone.) The refrigerator has a small box-like compartment at the top inside; when set to “High” with bottled drinks inside, they were frozen by the morning of day 3. (They didn’t freeze after just one night.) About a 12-minute walk from Konoike-Shinden Station. About a 16-minute walk to Ractab Dome. There’s an inexpensive supermarket called OK about a 5–6 minute walk away, so shopping isn’t a problem. It clearly felt like it used to be an adult hotel-style property, but since it was inexpensive and overall very comfortable for me, I didn’t mind at all. I’d stay again if I have another opportunity.

This time, I met a friend in Tsuruhashi, but recently, Hotel prices have become too high, making it difficult for Japanese people to find places to stay in their own country. Tears... However, I discovered a great hostel in Imazato. I think it was 5,500 yen for a twin single-use room. It takes about 8 minutes from the station to arrive. It feels a bit small, but the owner's attention to detail makes it surprisingly great! Considering the price, it's really good. The room is also kept clean, and I will definitely stay here again next time.
