We stayed with our children and grandchildren to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Not only was the Facility beautiful and wonderful, but all of the staff were kind and greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay very pleasant. Thank you very much. However, our grandchildren got extremely excited and were quite noisy during meals, so if we made other guests uncomfortable, we sincerely apologize… To everyone who stayed on the same day—sorry! Our grandchildren seemed to have a great time as well, and our whole family was very satisfied with our stay… We’re sorry—and thank you again. It was a Hotel we’d want to visit again and again.

We stayed as two women, and since it’s an apartment-style Accommodation, it was easy to come and go, and we weren’t bothered by any noise at all. After coming back from the beach, there’s a bathroom right by the entrance, so we could rinse off and wash our gear—very helpful. Above all, having a washing machine in the Room was extremely useful for spinning out our swimsuits. The refrigerator is also large enough to chill plenty of alcohol we bought. There was even a Dyson-like vacuum cleaner available, which we used after drying our hair. The owner(?) was very kind—cheerful and polite in their communication. The kitchen didn’t have a stove, but if requested we could borrow a rice cooker, and we were free to use dishes and seasonings as well. Since it’s affordable, I think it’s also suitable for longer stays. We’d definitely like to stay again. Just one thing… Although everything was kept clean, when I casually opened the cabinet door under the sink, there was one dead spider inside. We didn’t need to use it anyway—I shouldn’t have opened it. Other than that, there were no bugs at all, so this is an Accommodation I recommend.

Thank you for taking care of us during our visit home to my parents. 　 When I made the Reservation, I didn’t know there would be a fireworks festival on our stay date, and only realized it the day before. I called to ask about traffic restrictions, and your staff explained everything very kindly, which allowed us to head there with peace of mind. 　 At check-in, the parking area and how to use the Facility were explained clearly, and we also received helpful advice related to the fireworks festival. The service was very pleasant. I also accidentally left my car key at the counter, but you went out of your way to find it and bring it back to me—thank you very much. 　 The Room was spacious and well maintained, so we were able to stay comfortably. However, since it is a pension-style Accommodation, soundproofing is slightly weak. We could hear children from a family staying upstairs running around. The noise continued past the designated quiet time (10:00 PM), so I informed a staff member; after a while it quieted down, so I believe you took some kind of action. 　 The location is convenient: there is a 24-hour supermarket nearby as well as public baths and restaurants, so even with No Meals Included we had no trouble at all. Cooking utensils, tableware, and an IH cooktop are fully provided as well, so self-catering is not an issue. 　 Shirarahama Beach is about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to go swimming in the sea. We were able to watch the fireworks up close that day and were extremely satisfied. 　 This was an Accommodation I would like to use again when I have another chance. Thank you very much!
