We chose this Accommodation because the Reviews of the food were so positive. The French dinner started with a buffet-style appetizer selection, and we really enjoyed a wide variety of vegetable-based dishes—this alone was highly satisfying. The fish and meat main courses were also excellent. The buffet-style desserts included about 10 kinds in total, from small cakes to Japanese sweets, and everything was delicious. We were so impressed that we ended up eating too much. Even though we had overeaten the day before, the breakfast buffet the next morning was also very tasty, so we ate plenty again. We will definitely return for the food. Thank you very much.

We booked Hana no Sato with the Anniversary Plan for my boyfriend’s birthday trip. After we arrived, we were taking a photo of the Accommodation sign at the entrance when a staff member warmly greeted us and offered to take our picture. From there, everything—from check-in to being shown to our Room—was handled with such care and courtesy. We were already saying to each other how amazing the service was! The Room was fantastic, with a bed larger than a double and an incredible open-air bath. Dinner was the Nagi Wagyu kaiseki course, with steak, shabu-shabu, and many other dishes—so much food that we could barely finish it, and we were completely satisfied. During dinner, they placed a cake in our refrigerator for us, and the surprise was a huge success! (I requested it by email in advance; their reply was quick and very helpful.) At check-out as well, they kindly saw us off all the way to the exit. This was truly the best service we’ve ever experienced at any Accommodation—I honestly didn’t want to leave. The international staff also spoke excellent Japanese and were wonderful. We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!!

The Room and beds were flawless. The meals were also more than sufficient for us as an older couple with smaller appetites—we even wondered, “Is this really a lighter portion?” Everything was delicious. Not only was dinner served in our Room, but we were also able to have breakfast in a private dining room, so we could enjoy it at our own pace. When the season changes, we would love to stay again and look forward to the seasonal menu changes.

This was our first trip to Okayama Prefecture, and thanks to all the staff, we were able to enjoy a comfortable Onsen getaway. We now have one more Ryokan we would love to visit again. Check-in was busy, but they handled the procedure at a table in the lobby instead of at the counter, so it was smooth and I didn’t have to wait, which made me very happy. The post-bath relaxation area has tatami flooring and a wonderful view overlooking the castle. The black soybean tea and muscat juice there are delicious—it's my favorite soothing space. Breakfast is always prepared with care, with a wide variety of options, all very tasty. I also really appreciate the Shuttle Service to the station in the heat. This is an Accommodation that makes me want to come back again.

My one-year-old son and I stayed for three nights. The staff were very kind—thank you so much for bringing a chair at breakfast and clearing our tray. We had a wonderful stay. When my son fell, you promptly brought ice and a bandage. There is also a large public bath on the first floor, and the Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, so we slept well. We would love to stay again.

At the end of the Obon holidays, our family suddenly decided to get together, so we made a Reservation in a hurry. Despite it being Obon, the price was unbelievably low, so honestly we didn’t expect much—but both the meals and the Onsen exceeded our expectations. Dinner and breakfast were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. The Onsen water quality was excellent, and my skin stayed pleasantly moisturized for a long time. It was truly a wonderful Hotel that offered far more than its price. Thank you very much.

Although we stayed on a discounted Plan due to minor issues, the Room was spacious and very comfortable. It almost felt too large for two people. When we asked in advance for dinner recommendations, many places were closed after the holiday, so the staff kindly checked which restaurants were open and even called us back. At check-in, they also carefully explained how to get there. We were truly surprised and moved by such warm hospitality. The izakaya they recommended gave us a wonderful evening—delicious food from the kind owner and friendly regulars made it unforgettable. Thank you for your excellent service. I usually stay at a Business Hotel, but this container Hotel was excellent. Above all, it was so quiet! There was no noise from the next room—no loud voices, no TV sounds, and no banging on the walls at all. The Room was clean, too! The refrigerator had double doors and could freeze water properly. The frozen meals were also delicious!! The convenience store was a bit far, but I walked there as a nice stroll. In any case, it was comfortable and quiet, and I’m glad I could relax! Thank you very much.

I considered staying at my parents’ home while my mother was in the hospital, but it was too far from the hospital, so I looked for a good place nearby. The Reviews were positive, so I decided to stay here. This Hotel is also where my cousin held her wedding, so I’ve known it for a long time, but since it’s local to me I’d never had a reason to stay before. This was my first time staying here as I now live outside the prefecture, and it really was a great Hotel just as the Reviews said. Everything was very clean, and the bath was spacious and nice. All of the staff were polite and wonderful. The parking lot was also large and convenient. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. If anything, the only minor issue was that the washbasin area felt a bit small.

Thank you for accommodating us on a suddenly planned short trip. I had seen Reviews saying the Facility was old and run-down, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but perhaps we happened to get an unlucky room—the floor creaked loudly. It didn’t feel like it would give way, but my wife said it was scary. Since I work in construction, if only I’d had my tools... I think it also depends on the accommodation Plan, but since we can’t eat a lot, we chose the standard meal option. They also adjusted the menu after discussing allergies with us, and everything was delicious. I’d rate it 5 stars+. Thank you very much.

Within walking distance of the fireworks festival venue. Until the fireworks started, we relaxed and took a leisurely nap in our ice-cold, air-conditioned Room. After the fireworks, it was great to rinse off in the large public bath—an amazing trip overall. Free parking was also incredibly appreciated.

I visited this auberge for the first time on a two-person trip with my daughter—I'm a serious Onsen lover, and she’s happy to come along as long as there’s great food. We were excited from the start. Since we’re the “stay-in and relax” type who don’t need sightseeing, this was the best Accommodation that met all my requirements, including an all-inclusive plan. The Room options by type matched our request perfectly, and I felt soothed in a space with a style I love. The food was, of course, outstanding—everything tasted new to me, and I was truly impressed! It exceeded my expectations so much that I was far too full to enjoy much of the after-dinner drinks in the lounge or the snacks and sweets, and I didn’t even make it to the cup noodles. I was also amazed by how many kinds of complimentary drinks were available, and there was plenty of beer and water stocked in the Room refrigerator as well. The amenities felt very luxurious. They were such good quality that there’s no need to bring your own. Because it was just us at breakfast, we were able to chat with one of the female staff members (I wish I had asked her name) and enjoy a wonderful time right up until close to checkout. They even had bread from my favorite bakery prepared for us—I was so happy. It’s a shame I can’t write about the Onsen experience, but instead we were able to enjoy another Onsen nearby, which I’ll take as good luck—and it also gave us a reason (and a promise) to come back for sure. I also feel sorry that you showed us such considerate care—it almost felt like too much. I’m grateful to have found an Accommodation in Yunogo that we’ll definitely return to. I recommend it for important anniversaries, and it has also become a special place as a reward for myself. Two wonderful staff members and an incredibly talented chef. I made this Reservation for my wife and her mother to travel together. Although it seemed to be a day with few guests, you still provided attentive hospitality without cutting any corners, and they truly enjoyed the delicious meals. Thank you very much.

This is a private rental of a renovated traditional house, very spacious, and overall we had a comfortable stay. The bedroom was cozy, and the bathroom and vanity area were especially large, which made it convenient for two people to get ready at the same time. The lighting was bright and easy to use, insect control indoors was well handled, and we were able to use the Facility without any issues. When we consulted in advance about the check-in time, they kindly accommodated an earlier check-in, which was very helpful. There is also Shuttle Service available, making transportation very convenient. On the other hand, there are two points we would be happy to see improved. First is the height of some beams. For someone around 175 cm tall, a beam sits just above eye level, making it easy to miss—I hit my head several times. Since I hit it quite hard once, for safety it would be reassuring to have warning stickers or signs. Second, in the first-floor bedroom we could hear some road noise from passing cars at night. The second floor was relatively quiet, so those who are sensitive to noise may prefer sleeping upstairs. Other than that, everything was very comfortable and we enjoyed the unique atmosphere of a traditional house.

Located in an Onsen area, but it is not an Onsen. However, there is a large public bath, and it is clean. The rooms are also clean and give a comforting feeling like returning to your family home. It was very relaxing. A very nice accommodation. Yukata, toothbrushes, and towels are provided. However, razors are not available, so please bring one if you need to shave.

The building is old, but the Room, bath, and other areas were kept very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very kind both at night and in the morning. Breakfast felt like a typical Hotel breakfast, but it was fun to cook my own fried egg using the toaster oven. The free dinner at night—curry, rice bowls, ochazuke, mini ramen, soft drinks, and more—was truly impressive! It helped me a lot!! The curry with large pieces of vegetables was home-style and very delicious. Thank you very much.

We stayed at “Yuzu no Yado Senrien” in Yunogo with our family and our beloved dog! The Room where we could stay with our dog was very comfortable, and we were truly happy that we could enjoy the delicious meals together the whole time. Usually on trips, our dog has to stay behind or we end up spending time apart, but this time our whole family could be together from start to finish and relax with peace of mind. Using the Accommodation as a base, just step out into the Onsen town and you’ll find everything packed into a charming, walkable area—an atmospheric shrine, footbaths to soothe tired feet, and stylish, cozy cafes. We were able to take a leisurely stroll at our dog’s pace and felt genuinely refreshed. With such warm hospitality and the best holiday spent together with the family (and our pup), it became an unforgettable memory that made us think from the bottom of our hearts, “We’re so glad we chose this place.” We also used a private bath inside the property with our dog. It was not an Onsen. It’s a favorite Accommodation we’d love to visit again in a different season!

The front desk staff provided courteous and pleasant service during both check-in and check-out. The complimentary services were exceptional, especially the free dinner bowls, which were the highlight of my stay. I only needed to purchase a salad and edamame from a convenience store to complete a satisfying dinner. That evening, there were curry and two types of bowls (frozen pre-packaged beef bowl and ginger pork bowl), both of which were truly delicious. The free soft drink bar even included an alcohol button, offering highballs and sours, with sake available nearby. Additionally, there were stick drinks, tea bags, soup packets, mini ramen, ochazuke packs, and bean snacks, making the service truly outstanding. However, I was disappointed not to find a cold water pitcher, which I believe is in high demand. The hotel also has an attached izakaya, which I considered visiting if I wanted more drinks. However, the loud voices of some patrons early in the evening made it uninviting, so I decided not to go. When I asked the front desk about takeout options, they mentioned it was a separate business, so they were unsure. In the end, the free bowls and drinks were more than enough, and I didn’t use the izakaya. The breakfast venue is the same izakaya, operating in a buffet style. Nearly half the seating area is used for the food stations, resulting in limited seating and potential wait times depending on the timing. When I stayed at Toyoko Inn Kurashiki, the lobby served as the breakfast area, which was quite small, but they provided takeout bento boxes for room dining, allowing for a relaxed breakfast experience. If the crowding persists, this could be a consideration for improvement. The bed in the room had a springy mattress, which I personally found uncomfortable. This was my second experience, after Cuore Kurashiki Hotel, where I bounced too much during a turn and fell off the bed. The height caused me to hit my knee hard, leaving a significant bruise. The rental services were excellent, so I would appreciate the addition of bed guards or floor impact-absorbing mats for rental. This would provide peace of mind for future stays.
