The room was comfortable with a great view, and this time, I was able to use the shuttle service to Kansai Airport departing at 6:45 AM, reaching the international flight lobby on the 4th floor in 15 minutes, which was really convenient. Above all, the sense of security was great

We are always grateful for your support during the events of European universities. When students arrive early at Kansai Airport, your kindness in allowing early check-in before the usual time is truly helpful for those who are exhausted from the long flight and significant time

They offer a happy hour with unlimited alcohol (no beer, though) until the evening!! I was really happy (lol). After checking in, we stayed in the dining area and had a great time instead of going up to our Room. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, which mad

The hotel staff also provided excellent service; when using the male bath area where room key cards are handed over at reception, they promptly returned it with a smile even when I finished earlier than expected. I look forward to staying again on future tours or trips! If possi
