The Room with a massage chair was perfect for relaxing my tired body.

The welcome lemon water was delicious. Being able to enjoy it for free anytime was wonderful. The staff greeted us cheerfully, which left a great impression. The shower curtain rail wasn’t straight but curved outward, so the bathroom felt more spacious. It may be a small detail, but I really appreciated it.

I chose this Hotel mainly for its convenient location, and the front desk staff were courteous and the Room was clean, so I had a very pleasant stay. I would like to use it again when I have the chance. Thank you very much.

It’s very close to the station, so it’s convenient for visiting the nearby dining and nightlife area. There is a 7-Eleven nearby. Inside the Hotel, I didn’t check carefully when I arrived and didn’t notice there were clothes and coffee in the drawers, so I recommend checking the drawers during your stay.

This was my first time renting an entire property. The front desk staff were very kind. The Room was exceptionally clean. I was amazed. I highly recommend this place.

It was a midsummer stay. The room was already cool at check-in, and we really appreciated that the air conditioning had been turned on in advance. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast bread, jam, and fruit. Compared with other vacation rentals we’ve stayed at, this level of thoughtfulness is rare, so we were genuinely impressed.

Thank you very much for your kind support during our stay. Thanks to the warm hospitality and excellent service from all of your staff, we were able to spend a truly comfortable time. Our time in Kurashiki was wonderful and has become a beautiful, lasting memory. We sincerely appreciate how you made this trip even more special for us. When we visit Kurashiki again, we would love to stay with you once more. We look forward to seeing you again then. Thank you again very much.

Although we arrived late, we had informed them in advance, and they kindly accepted our Reservation. Also, for a whole-house rental Accommodation, it was rare to have breakfast included: the rice cooker was set so the rice would be ready at 6:00 a.m., and miso soup was prepared in a thermos in the refrigerator so it could be enjoyed after warming—an excellent Japanese breakfast. The Facility’s interior was stylish and reflected the owner’s great sense of design, making our stay very comfortable. Since we were traveling with children, we did not use the kura bed and instead laid futons in the same Room; however, it would have been even better if the futon set were a bit softer. The location is also great—just a short walk away on a quiet side street off the main road of the Bikan Historical Quarter—so you can relax peacefully at night. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kurashiki.

Due to an urgent matter, I made a last-minute Reservation and stayed here. The parking lot next to the Hotel was full, so I was directed to another parking lot a short distance away. Since I had injured my foot and was worried about walking, your thoughtful assistance really helped me. I truly appreciated it. Thank you very much. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind, and it helped relieve the fatigue from my trip.

This is a Ryokan I had wanted to stay at for a long time, and it exceeded my expectations. Beautiful fresh flowers throughout, truly delicious cuisine, an impressive hinoki bath, and kind staff—just to name a few. It is an elegant Ryokan with pet-friendly Rooms; we traveled with our Miniature Schnauzer, who tends to be quite wary, but he didn’t bark at all and we enjoyed a calm overnight stay.

The location was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. The room was stylish and serene with a great sense of design. Amenities were well-prepared. Breakfast was exquisite, making for a happy start to the day. The staff's attentive service was also outstanding. This is an accommodation I would love to use again.

The Room was located in a scenic district and overlooked the street. It was a rare experience.

It may vary by Room, but the TV placement was awkward, and it was hard to watch while lying in bed. However, it was nice that the TV supported streaming services such as TVer, FOD, and Netflix (login required). The layout of each Room had a lot of wasted space, and I felt it may not have been originally designed to be a Hotel.

The Facilities are complete and more than sufficient. It’s just a few minutes on foot to a huge 24-hour supermarket called Harows, and access to the downtown area is excellent. Recommended for savvy travelers who want to enjoy the local vibe at an izakaya, sleep well, and head out early the next morning. Despite its very “business hotel” look, it has a warm, domestic feel. For example, the large public bath changing area is stocked with fresh towels in multiple sizes with a note like “If you forgot yours, please feel free to use these,” and there’s even an elevator notice (with photos) saying “Two rental bicycles available.” Even if you don’t use them, just seeing these touches feels comforting. You can really sense the manager’s personality coming through.

The staff were very helpful, and the Hotel offered excellent service. Considering the price range, style of stay, concept, and services provided, it was a great Hotel and our whole family was satisfied. Its location near the station, the abundance of nearby restaurants, and the convenient distance to sightseeing spots were ideal. There was also no noise around bedtime or during the night, so we slept soundly.

We found this Accommodation while looking for a place where six people across three generations could stay, as we had plans nearby the next day. We requested a change to our Reservation right before our stay, and they handled it quickly and courteously, which was a huge help. First of all, the location—within walking distance of the Bikan Historical Quarter—was excellent. We checked in early and used the Accommodation as a base to enjoy sightseeing. On the day we stayed, the surrounding roads were congested and nearby parking lots seemed to be full, so we especially appreciated how convenient this location was. For dinner and breakfast, we brought back takeout from the Bikan area and groceries from a supermarket and ate at the Accommodation. There were plenty of easy options even with kids—pizza, yakitori, deli foods, croquettes, etc. There were also enough dishes and cooking utensils provided, so cooking was stress-free. The complimentary kuromame (black soybean) coffee was delicious too. The interior is a comfortable traditional house; while spending time on the first floor, we hardly noticed any outside noise. Mosquito-repellent items were also provided, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. The lighting was slightly dim for our taste, so we moved one of the upstairs lights downstairs to use it there. The bathroom has been renovated and is as easy to use as a typical apartment bath unit. With two toilets and two faucets at the sink area, even our large group could stay comfortably without inconvenience. The only thing that stood out was that when sleeping upstairs, we could hear cars passing on the road in front more than expected. Because of that I wouldn’t say we slept soundly through the night. Earplugs were provided—I assume this is why—and it might have been quieter if we had slept downstairs. In addition to that: an umbrella stand with spare umbrellas for rainy days; air conditioning already running when we arrived; plastic wrap; coffee with a grinder—everything you’d be happy to have was thoughtfully prepared. It was an Accommodation where you can truly feel attentive hospitality throughout your stay.

The location is excellent, right in front of the station and close to the entertainment district! The Room is small, so it would be satisfactory for one person just to sleep, but it felt a bit cramped for two. Considering the price and location, I think it's affordable!

For my first trip to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, I chose this style of stay, and it was absolutely the right choice. It felt like my own home—spacious and relaxing—and my friend and I enjoyed two nights experiencing life in Kurashiki. It’s located within the Bikan area and close to Achi Shrine, so it’s convenient for sightseeing, yet it was very quiet. Since amenities are different from a Hotel, you’ll need to keep that in mind, and there is no TV as well. Still, it’s a wonderful house that I’d love to visit again if I have the chance.

We requested to check in 30 minutes earlier, and the request was kindly accepted, allowing us to rest from our long drive in the room. The accommodation is equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and appliances, making it enjoyable to cook in the charming kitchen during a long stay. Delicious bread and coffee were provided for breakfast, which was very helpful. The water facilities have been renovated and are stylish yet clean. The interior retains a nostalgic retro Showa-era charm that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The owner's personality and sense of style were evident throughout the accommodation. We would love to make another reservation if we have the chance!
