Right after check-in, I relaxed in the Onsen, enjoyed an ice cream, and felt completely refreshed. Breakfast offered a great selection of dishes made with local ingredients, and everything was delicious—I was very satisfied. If I have the chance, I would love to stay here again.

Conveniently located near the station with covered access so you can arrive without getting wet, and as soon as you step inside, you’re welcomed by a luxurious fragrance. This was my second stay, and just like last time, every front desk staff member provided outstanding hospitality—service on par with a top-tier Hotel. The Room was spacious, the in-house slippers were soft and fluffy terry cloth, and the amenities were properly prepared in both the Room and the large public bath rather than being set out in small packets for guests to take freely. At the entrance to the large public bath, staff were on standby, and even though I forgot to bring towels from my Room, they kindly lent me some without hesitation. I ended up bathing during a busy time and had to wait for a shower, so it would have been nice if there were an update on how crowded it was before entering or a space where guests could wait. They also arranged a taxi smoothly; despite being right by the station there is also a drop-off area, and everything about this place is unbelievably wonderful for this price. It’s a Hotel I’d want to stop over at even if Himeji weren’t my destination—I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!!

I have stayed here many times. The other day at check-in, I was with a guest from overseas. The staff informed them that they could see Himeji Castle from their Room, and they were very happy, saying, “Thank you, wonderful.” It was truly excellent hospitality, and it made me feel good as well.

I was looking forward to Richmond’s breakfast because I’d heard you can enjoy local specialties, and here the octopus rice and almond toast were delicious. The amenities and drink bar are also well stocked, which makes it easy to head out with minimal luggage. If I have a chance to visit around Himeji again, I’ll be happy to stay here again. This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Perhaps because it was the hot season, the Onsen was pleasantly uncrowded every time we went, which was wonderful! There were many types of baths, and we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. The Room felt a bit dated and small, but we only needed it for sleeping. The staff were kind, and when we left we even received a handwritten thank-you letter—it truly warmed our hearts. Close to the castle and the station, very convenient. Highly recommended.

On a whim, I decided to visit Himeji Castle and made a Reservation. Maybe because it was a weekday, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. I booked a single Room, but it turned out to be a twin, so there was plenty of space and I could relax comfortably. The complimentary pillows you can borrow were especially great. The bed firmness was just right, and I slept soundly stretched out. I’m picky about pillows and use an expensive one at home, but this was even more comfortable than sleeping in my own bed. The tea bags available next to the front desk also had a wide selection—I tried rooibos and jasmine tea, and both were delicious. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff were also very courteous. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance. By the way, Himeji Castle is on the opposite side of the station from the Hotel, so you can’t see it from the Hotel.

This was my first time staying here on a business trip to Himeji. The breakfast was very delicious, and I was very satisfied to be able to try Himeji specialties. The coffee was great as well. I would like to stay here again.

Conveniently located just past the shopping street from the station, making it a great base for sightseeing in Himeji. I asked to store my luggage before visiting Himeji Castle, and they kindly accommodated me. It was also nice that there is a terrace on the 7th floor with a view of Himeji Castle. The Room was clean, including the interior and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was very satisfying, with plenty of Himeji specialties. The only downsides were that there was only one elevator so it took a while to arrive at checkout time, and the refrigerator noise by the pillow was a bit loud and kept me from sleeping well—but overall it was a very good Hotel.

The building feels luxurious, the elevators are pleasantly fast, and the natural Onsen and open-air bath were clean, making for a very comfortable stay.

I stayed here about a year ago as well, and it was still just as clean. It’s probably one of the most affordable capsule Hotels in Hyogo Prefecture.

The Hotel is conveniently located near the station with excellent access, and the price was reasonable—great value for money! For this price, having dinner and breakfast included plus a large public bath and sauna was very satisfying. It was clean, and I enjoyed a comfortable stay that felt true to a Universal Hotel. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Himeji.

With a large public bath, an all-you-can-drink alcohol bar, and two meals included, this price is exceptional. The rental bicycles were also convenient and made the stay even more comfortable. It’s a short walk from the station—less than 10 minutes—so it was just the right amount of exercise and still very pleasant. I also found a hidden gem of a restaurant near the station’s south exit, so I’d love to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

We stayed with 10 family members this time. Despite the large group, the price was reasonable, which was very helpful. It was also great that there were many restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and having two toilets made it very satisfying accommodation. The only downside was that it is on the second floor, so we had to use stairs, making it difficult to carry up coolers and suitcases.

Right next to Himeji Castle, and you can get around on foot. The air conditioning was already on when we checked in, which was a thoughtful touch. It was a bit disappointing that there was only a shower, but the space was very spacious and comfortable.

We stay here every year for a Multiple Night Stay. The location is convenient, but it would be great if there were some variety in the breakfast menu for Multiple Night Stays. Regarding parking, as the contracted parking lot can sometimes be full, it would be helpful if the website clearly stated the fees for non-contracted parking options so we can plan accordingly in advance.

Perfect as a business hotel. The Room facilities are fully equipped, typical of Japanese business hotels. There is a step to the unit bath, so be cautious as you might stub your toe if you wake up at night to use the restroom (it was painful for me). No complimentary mineral water is provided, so you'll need to buy some at nearby supermarkets or convenience stores, or boil tap water in the kettle. The location is excellent, very close to the station. Shopping and dining are no problem at all. The staff were kind and helpful. I would love to stay here again if I visit Himeji in the future.
