I stayed in a Room with an open-air bath with a two-meal plan. I only realized after arriving at the station that there was no shuttle bus in the 2 p.m. hour, so I took a city bus instead. It was very helpful that you were able to process my check-in early.\nThe bath in the Room had a pleasantly silky texture and I could use it anytime. I also love manga, so having them set up right outside the Room was perfect.\nBreakfast and dinner were buffet-style. Dinner was enjoyable enough, but I wish breakfast had offered a bit more variety. There wasn’t much I wanted to eat, and even the salted bread—the one item I did want—sold out while I was waiting in line, even though it wasn’t yet 8:00 a.m.… which was disappointing.\nI assume the shuttle bus schedule avoids peak times for check-in and check-out because it gets crowded, but the timing feels a bit awkward. If you arrive early to enjoy Manyo Club, or if you plan to continue using it for an additional fee after check-out, then it shouldn’t be an issue.\nI liked this Onsen Facility more than the one in Kobe, so I would like to stay again.

It was a very cozy Hotel. The delicious breakfast, the staff’s warm smiles, and the clean Room—everything offered service and quality beyond the price. Because of the rain, we spent more time at the Hotel, but it was very comfortable. When I visit Kyoto again, I would definitely like to stay here.

I found this hotel as a nearby alternative when the hotel I had in mind was fully booked at the last minute. It was very comfortable. Above all, the bed firmness was just right, and I slept soundly. The large public bath was also great. I was told that gowns were available in front of the elevators if needed, so I went to my room thinking I wouldn’t need one—but there were no pajamas. Then I realized “gown” meant sleepwear, so I went back down to get one. The room was clean, there’s a convenience store next door, and the front desk staff were kind and welcoming. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I suddenly got some time off and decided on a trip to Kyoto. Since I made the Reservation the day before, it was almost fully booked and I couldn’t choose the Room type, but the price was reasonable so I went ahead and booked. The building was very clean, and I was happy that the bath was an Onsen! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I was very satisfied. In addition to the welcome drink, there were plenty of free services to enjoy, which felt like a great deal… All of the staff were friendly, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was a last-minute trip, but I’m truly glad I stayed here. Super, super satisfied!!! One more thing: The aroma used throughout the property smelled wonderful and helped me relax even more. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night and two days. The hotel staff were kind and courteous, and they understood what I needed, which made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I ended up taking more than I should—very satisfying. However, I arrived by car, and perhaps because there was an event next door, it was difficult to find an available parking space. Still, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Our large group, ranging in age from 2 to 94, had a wonderful stay. The facility was beautiful and spotless, the meals were very satisfying, and the staff were warm and welcoming. There were thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the property that you don’t find elsewhere, making our one-night, two-day stay truly fulfilling. The autumn colors of the trees in Umekoji Park right in front of us, along with the crisp fall breeze, were also delightful. We are grateful for your consideration for my elderly father, who has some mobility difficulties. Thanks to you, I was able to show him my appreciation as a child. Thank you very much. It would be wonderful if we could return again with everyone present.

I stayed here during Silver Week, and the Room was clean. I could also use the bath until 1:00 a.m., so overall I was very satisfied. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there is no parking, and personally I would have liked grilled salmon and natto for breakfast.

If you don’t mind that it’s a leisure Hotel, you can stay comfortably. Spacious Room with a bed, bathroom, massage chair, and a large TV. We chose the plan with dinner and breakfast, and both were delicious. For an additional fee, you can upgrade the meals, and they can be served in your Room. Reasonably priced and great value for money. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.

As it was my first stay, I called several times, and they always responded kindly. When I arrived, all the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I booked with breakfast, and it was excellent value for money—better than the price suggests. I would like to stay here again next time.

Since we planned to have dinner out while traveling in Kyoto, we chose a plan with breakfast included. We really liked that welcome drinks were available with unlimited refills during certain hours. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options and was excellent. The price was reasonable, and we would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

My family wasn’t all together at check-in, but the staff kindly offered to hold our key card at the front desk. They proactively spoke to us before we even asked, and their thoughtful service was much appreciated. It was a bit disappointing that the lounge closed earlier than expected in the evening, but overall we had a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation for a single Room and arrived about 30 minutes before check-in on the day, but the front desk staff told me the Room was ready, so I was able to check in right away and head up to my Room. Their service was excellent. When I entered, I was surprised to find a spacious twin Room. Since I had originally booked a single Room, I really appreciated being able to relax in such a roomy space. The Room, bathroom, and toilet were all very clean. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The view of Toji Temple from the window was absolutely stunning! It’s located very close, so I took a short walk at night to see the beautifully lit-up temple. With just one stop from Kyoto Station, the location is highly accessible. There’s also a Ministop downstairs and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff at reception were very polite and helpful, which I truly appreciated. I’ll definitely choose this place again when visiting Kyoto!

We stayed for one night with our child (6 years old) and relatives. The moment we entered the Room, we were surrounded by the scent of hinoki cypress and instantly felt relaxed. The amenities and Facility were all stylish, and we were able to spend our time feeling truly pampered. I usually really dislike typical Hotel pajamas (the comfort...) and hair dryers (the airflow just isn’t enough for thick hair...), but at hon, both were not only fine—they were genuinely impressive! I even checked the price of the pajamas online to buy them for home, and it made perfect sense. We were told in advance that “due to the structure, sound can carry easily,” and I did notice some noise from upstairs as I was falling asleep. That said, it’s really just luck, so if you think it might bother you, bringing earplugs could be a good idea. Overall, I felt this Accommodation is more suited for adults, but surprisingly my 6-year-old son seemed to like it the most (lol). The staff were also very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful traditional Japanese house, and the Facility was perfect. We were also able to do laundry, which was very helpful. It felt like being at home, and since we had our young grandchild with us, we could relax and spend time comfortably. We didn’t cook this time, but everything is provided—from a rice cooker and microwave to tableware—so next time we’d love to buy ingredients in Kyoto and cook for ourselves. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was our first time staying here. The owner was very kind and attentive. There was a hidden door that the kids enjoyed searching for, and they seemed to love the shower, having fun while using it. The space is spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably, and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay here again when we visit Kyoto. Thank you so much!

First time staying here. The Room was nicely cooled on arrival, so it was comfortable from the start. We stayed as a couple, but there were three sets of futons laid out, which was a mystery. The living area and bedroom are separate, and the space is more than sufficient. It’s fine for eating out or doing light cooking. There’s also a washing machine, so we could wash our clothes that day and have them dry by the next day using the bathroom dryer, which was very helpful. It was an extremely hot day, so even walking in the morning felt a bit tough, but I’m glad we could take a stroll around To-ji Temple. For breakfast we chose yuba (tofu skin). Around 8:30, they delivered a pot and IH cooktop, an ohitsu rice container, simmered dishes in small tiered boxes, and salmon. The taste and portions were just right. If breakfast could be served a little earlier, we might be able to do more before check-out. There were occasional loud noises from what seemed like the first floor (?) which startled us; it may be due to the building structure and some kind of work being done downstairs. It was a great stay—spending some time in Kyoto almost made us feel like locals.

I often stay here when traveling to Kyoto. This time, it was a Multiple Night Stay, and I would have appreciated replenishment of amenities. I would be happy if at least the toothbrush could be replaced with a new one. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and they were especially helpful when I parked my car in the parking lot.

I chose this Accommodation mainly to have a place to sleep, since I was out most of the time and not sightseeing. So I wanted somewhere that would mostly leave me alone, and it was exactly as expected. Also, the Room was clean. I planned it as a simple two-night, three-day stay with No Meals Included at a guesthouse, but the service, bathroom, and massage chair were all great. The location was also convenient—the parking lot is right in front, and the bus stop, convenience store, and supermarket are all within a 1–3 minute walk.

We booked a stay for five people this time. Perhaps because it was on a weekday, we were able to stay at a great price. The room was clean and well maintained, which was wonderful. The only downside was that the Japanese-style room window had no curtains or similar covering, so it was a bit too bright. However, the staff were very kind and helpful. They also let us keep our car in the parking lot until 3:00 PM the next day, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.
