It was a wonderful stay that made me realize how much this long-established Hotel is loved by the people of Kakegawa. Even my slightly unreasonable requests were promptly addressed, which was very helpful. Thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay. The buffet was delicious, a

It is a very spacious Facility where you can relax and enjoy many different activities. If I could add one suggestion, I think we would be even more satisfied if there were a lounge or other place to unwind, even if it required an additional fee. We would like to come again next

The comfortable bed, the private open-air Onsen bath in the Room, the open-air bath in the large public bath, and the spacious, authentic sauna—all were tastefully designed, impeccably clean, and made for an exceptional Facility. The attentiveness of the staff was also outstandin

The room was equipped with everything necessary, and the large public bath was clean. Complimentary hot coffee at the front desk was a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. Considering the price, this accommodation offers excellent value overall. I look forward t

I'm happy that coffee is available on the lobby floor from 6 AM to 10 PM. There was also a coin laundry and a microwave. The biggest advantage is the freely accessible parking lot. Above all, I love the warm hospitality of the front desk staff. If this Hotel were to disappear

The amenities were plentiful, and it was very helpful to have even sunscreen and hair oil provided. (I think it’s rare to find sunscreen available.) Breakfast was also great, with plenty of drink options. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kakegawa Station. Thank you very m

We used to go camping often, but we were very satisfied because the dome tent and even the bath were within a private space. We have two granddaughters who dislike insects, so it was great that everything was very clean. The food was filling as well. We would like to stay again.
