We stayed here to celebrate an 80th birthday. We booked four Club Floor Rooms and stayed with seven family members. As a celebration gift from the Hotel, we received surprise presents—sparkling wine, honey hand cream, and an adorable bear-shaped towel—which we truly appreciated

This Hotel is truly an oasis in the heart of the city, with wonderful Rooms and exceptional staff. The morning buffet is carefully prepared and delicious. The inclusion of melon among the dessert fruits adds a touch of luxury. Despite being in Tokyo, the Japanese garden makes you

The consistently reliable service at each Hotel is a real plus, and I can stay with peace of mind anywhere. For this stay, I made a Reservation for the Millennial Double in the Annex Tower that I’d been curious about, and it exceeded my expectations. The large window offered a g

This is my second stay. It's right outside the Takanawa exit of Shinagawa Station, but it's very quiet, so it has become a favorite. The room is spacious enough with a semi-double bed, and two bottles of water are provided. You can also relax in the business lounge on the top flo

We stayed as a family and had an extremely satisfying stay! - Perfect location: Close to the station, with excellent access wherever you go—an ideal spot. - Stylish space: The interior and rooms feature a modern, sophisticated design and are impeccably clean. - Comfortable lobby

The woman who assisted with the check-in process had such a lovely smile. I was grateful for being upgraded to a room with a foot massager, which was perfect for my tired feet after walking all day. The accommodation is close to the station, and the room was very clean and comf

The room I reserved was upgraded due to the original grade being fully booked, and it was an excellent room. Thank you very much. I appreciated having a ReFa hair dryer. I enjoyed listening to music with Alexa. There was a capsule coffee machine, so I brought my own coffee

Also, there are only two dryers, which feels too few. I’d like to see as many dryers as there are washing machines. Overall Satisfaction Thank you for having us during our stay with friends. We had a very enjoyable time. I would like to stay again. Summary It’s right by Shinaga

Convenience stores and cafes are nearby, and even on rainy days, the location is close to the station with covered walkways, so no umbrella is needed. Fresh towels were hung on the doorknob daily, allowing me to enjoy a clean stay throughout. If I have the chance to visit ag

As a smoker, I greatly appreciate having a hotel where smoking is allowed. The guest rooms are relatively new and clean, but it would have been nice if there were coin laundry facilities available. The male staff provided excellent service; however, there was one female staff

Although the Room was compact, it had everything I needed and was very clean. I could see Tokyo Tower from the window. Thoughtful touches included a tea table (with two chairs), a vanity with a tray for valuables and accessories, and a full-length mirror. The separate washing are

The triple Room we reserved was more spacious than expected, and the beds were generously sized—we were very satisfied. We had a small issue during our stay, but the staff responded quickly and kindly moved us to a wonderful Room with a night view. We truly appreciated their thou

I stayed for two nights with my daughter. The location along the Yamanote Line is very convenient. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Since this Hotel does not have an elevator, carrying luggage up and down was difficult.

I am always highly satisfied here and can focus on work with ease of mind. One downside is that due to its popularity as a Hotel, it’s difficult to secure a reservation unless booked well in advance. However, my overall rating remains perfect—I would definitely love to stay here

We left before watching just "Reach" at closing time and returned without crowded trains—it was very comfortable. Previously I thought staying near Disneyland would be necessary for such trips—but this Hotel proved otherwise! I’d love to stay again—please address measures for de

The amenities surpass those of a typical business hotel and are noteworthy. Makeup remover, lotion, and emulsion are among the items that even some men will appreciate. The open-air bath on the rooftop is also delightful. The front desk is very helpful. An unexpected "discovery"

The staff are always helpful, and the Room is clean, so I can stay comfortably every time. However, there are only two towels provided (a bath towel and a face towel). When guests go to the large public bath, many don’t have an extra towel and end up coming out wet, which makes

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied—the front desk and the Room were both very clean. I used the parking lot, and it was reassuring to know a space could be secured with advance registration. I also appreciated being able to enter and exit freely. The only slight dow

There were reviews mentioning that the hotel rooms are small, but they are spacious enough for a business stay. The long and narrow room is actually convenient, the bed is fluffy, and the extension cord allows you to use your computer on the bed, which was great. There is also a

The Room is very small, but the Hotel is well maintained and very clean. You can easily access the JR Yamanote Line and the Asakusa Line right after waking up. There are many places to eat near the Hotel, and there is also a Don Quijote store for convenient shopping. Highly recom
