This was my second stay. The property feels relatively new, so it was clean, and the bathroom and other facilities were compact, easy to use, and very satisfying. Also, this time the Room had a toilet separate from the washroom, which was convenient. Thank you very much. As a suggestion, the extra bed felt quite narrow, so I would prefer a standard single-bed width. I also think it would be even more convenient if there were a mirror at the desk. (The bed width is listed on your website in advance, so this is simply a request.) I would appreciate it if you could consider these points in the future.

I traveled alone to Chiba to cheer on my grandchild, and they kindly helped me with everything—from how to get to the venue and which train lines to take, to exactly how to ride and how long it would take. Thanks to everyone, my first trip to Chiba was enjoyable and truly fulfilling.

The rooftop restaurant at Hotel Fammy Inn Makuhari was delicious and surprisingly affordable!! Their “quick drink set” came with 5–6 appetizers plus a beer for an unbelievable 1,300 yen!! I was amazed when they served things like gyoza, simmered konjac balls, and fried items. Such a great deal!! I also tried some rice bowls—the chashu pork bowl and the teriyaki chicken bowl were both really tasty. And the owner is incredibly handsome!! Since this handsome owner prepares everything one after another by himself, it can take a little time, but I was very satisfied with both the taste and the price. It seems you can use the restaurant even if you’re not staying overnight, as long as you visit for day-use bathing at the large public bath on the rooftop floor. The large public bath is also fantastic—you get a great view over Makuhari from up high. I didn’t try it myself, but I heard their sashimi set meal is also rich and delicious!! And the Japanese breakfast on the first floor is great too. The grandmothers work hard to cook and warmly take care of guests. The front desk staff are kind, and it looks like they also offer Shuttle Service by bus. It’s a bit old in places, but they take great care of you overall—I’d like to stay again.

This is my usual Accommodation, and it feels very comfortable. Both the bed and the Room are great. I even did some laundry. I’ll stay here again in the future.

My husband stayed here with a last-minute same-day Reservation just before midnight. The price was surprisingly good, so we wondered what it would be like, but it was very clean and comfortable. It also had a washlet (often not available at this price range), which he really appreciated. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I stayed here on short notice for a business trip. The staff were very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, and the free parking was convenient. Great value for money, and I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here for a live event. Several staff members assisted me, and everyone was consistently friendly, polite, and helpful with everything—from storing my luggage before check-in (they even took it to my Room), lending amenities, check-in, and check-out. With more Hotels moving to automated check-in, I was impressed by how attentive the staff were at this Business Hotel. The Room was also clean, and I had a very comfortable stay for two days. Thank you!
