I often stay at One Harmony accommodations, including Okura properties, but this is my first stay at Tokyo Bay in 6–7 years. The luxurious and elegant European-inspired design remains unchanged, with its graceful white walls and arched architecture reminiscent of a Southern Euro

The Hotel staff even prepared seats for my daughters' Disney plush toys, showing exceptional hospitality! In the afternoon, we also used the lounge where popcorn and chocolates were provided for the kids while adults enjoyed coffee at leisure—it made our last day truly perfect

Come to think of it, this Hotel is part of the same group as Keyaki Gate Fuchu. I use Keyaki Gate often and will be staying there again next week; both Keyaki Gate and Lumiere Kasai are highly satisfying Hotels. Comfortable, clean, good-quality meals, reasonable rates—and top-l

The separate bath and toilet with a bathtub, as well as the ability to purchase a passport, were deciding factors for my stay. Upon entering the Hotel, I was greeted by an indescribably pleasant scent and an open atrium filled with a sense of spaciousness—a truly extraordinary

Also, since it was a birthday, you prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for us, which truly moved us. The Room was comfortable, and although our main purpose was Disney, I’m glad we chose this Hotel. (My partner was very happy too.) The food was delicious as well. We’d love to

There was also a wide variety of drinks. It was a bit disappointing that I burned my croissant. The shuttle service back to Maihama was available every 30 minutes, which was very convenient. Now that I know how everything works, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

The Room was spacious enough to accommodate three beds, making it comfortable to stay. Additionally, the welcome drinks (including alcohol) were all-you-can-drink, which delighted my husband. Such services are rare due to the location, so I would like to use it again when vis
