Having experienced both, I like them equally, but personally find the private type more calming. The lounge area has a large TV and comfortable chairs where you can relax with a beer after bathing—it's an excellent spot to unwind. The facility is well-maintained and quiet, ma

Additionally, there was a mist sauna in the large public bath, and the room had a massage cushion, which helped me relax. The room was also clean and well-maintained. Although it was a short stay, I was able to relax. I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.

The Hotel staff kindly assisted me as well. The bathroom and toilet are separate, allowing for a relaxing bath, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Located right in front of Chiba-Chuo Station, the access is excellent. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets nea

I live in the Uchibo area of Chiba Prefecture, and I stayed here for personal reasons. There was nothing negative about the Hotel itself; however, the only thing was that the nori served at breakfast seemed a bit damp. Since it was delicious Chiba-produced nori, I felt it was a shame—I’d love for people from The whole country, or even around the world, to enjoy it. Other than that, it’s truly a good Hotel with no issues.

It’s a very quiet and clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, which was really convenient. Both the bed and the shower room were spacious, so I could relax. I didn’t expect cleansing oil or toner amenities, but there were plenty of individually packaged items, and there were lot

I stayed here several times back when it was the Mitsui Garden Hotel, but after COVID the room rates had risen quite a bit, which made it a tough choice. Now that it has been reborn as the Royal Pines Hotel, the rates are more reasonable. The Facility and Room were clean and well maintained, and the staff’s hospitality was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very impressive. It seems like a great option not only for business trips but also for family travel. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Chiba.

My son stayed here during a trip to Chiba. Because this Hotel is located very close to the Chiba Park Exit of Chiba Station, I felt comfortable letting him stay there. He was very satisfied with the pillow rental service that lets you choose a pillow that suits you, the welcome drink bar at check-in, the large Onsen bath, and the delicious breakfast. Considering the price for this level of service, I felt it offered outstanding value for money. I’d like to stay here myself someday. Thank you!

The variety of services, such as the choice of pillows, foot massager, and free drinks, was enjoyable! I appreciated the thoughtfulness of providing an extension cord in the room. The sushi breakfast box was delicious, and I didn't get tired of it even after multiple nights.

• Front desk: Kind and courteous service that made me feel at ease. • Overall review: I could see housekeeping working very hard cleaning around the lobby area, and everyone—from reception to breakfast staff—provided polite service that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable ov

On the day, I missed the entrance to the underground parking lot and ended up going around once (lol). The person who answered the phone and the person at the front desk on the day were both smiling and polite, making it a pleasant experience. I was happy that the complimenta

Located less than a 3-minute walk from Chiba-Chuo Station. Although it’s close to the downtown area, the surroundings are very quiet. The large public bath is spacious and relaxing. I used it twice—once at check-in (3:00 PM) and again before going to bed. Best of all, free ice pops are available after your bath. Guests can take them freely from the ice box; there were four varieties, so I had two. The Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here to catch the first early-morning limousine bus to Haneda Airport, and when I informed them in advance that I would be checking out early, a staff member was waiting at the front desk after 4:00 AM and kindly assisted me. A highly satisfying Hotel—highly recommended.

It’s really close to the station, so it’s very convenient. At night the lights are on, which makes it even easier to find. The Room was quiet and comfortable. Having space under the bed to store a suitcase is a great feature—this was my first time staying in this type of Room. Th

The nearest station feels a bit isolated and slightly inconvenient, but the Room was more spacious and comfortable than expected. The bath was refreshing, and I really liked it! However, due to its slightly old condition and some dust and dirt in the bathroom, I couldn't give it a perfect score. Considering the price though, it's five stars!

It was my first visit, and I used the property. Directly connected from the station, I was able to check in without getting wet in the rain. The breakfast was very good in terms of variety and taste. Also, I was satisfied with the Chinese dishes [Ebi Chili, Mapo Tofu]. The

My sister, my niece, and I stayed for one night starting Sunday. The Room was on the 18th floor with a great view, and both the Room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The open-air bath was almost like having it privately to ourselves. There is no indoor bath, but there are plenty of showers, and the open-air bath was excellent. It felt so good that we even enjoyed a morning bath as well. The lobby was also spacious and very clean. Parking has to be in the underground garage, which I initially thought might be a bit inconvenient, but the staff explained everything clearly, and it connects directly to the lobby, so it was convenient. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again and again if I have the chance.

The front desk service and the cleanliness of the Room were excellent. What made me happiest was that when I checked out the next morning, a female housekeeping staff member kindly let me take the elevator first even though she was in the middle of her work. I also accidentally l

There's a monorail station right next to the hotel entrance, and it's less than a 5-minute walk to JR Hon-Chiba Station, so access to Chiba Station is easy. It's also less than a 30-minute walk to Chiba Station. There are shops and convenience stores within walking distance aroun

As the Hotel has only just opened, the exterior, lobby, and Rooms are all spotless. There is no bathtub or TV, but having a balcony is a refreshing experience. From the bar next to reception to the restaurant on the first floor, it gives you a bit of an overseas feel. It may be a

Very satisfied because you can use Honoka no Yu. The freely available kitchen is also a big help. The Room and Facility are excellent. If anything, since it’s a cabin-type room, some guests may be concerned that it cannot be locked.

The Room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. I would like to use it again next time.
