It was a great decision. I opted for a ticket to a nearby Onsen, which was also very satisfying and helped relieve my fatigue. I took a brief stroll around the downtown area, and it seemed convenient as a base for that as well, so I would like to use it for a family trip next tim

I am truly glad we chose this hotel for what might be my elderly mother's last trip to Tokyo. The staff's pleasant and kind service, as well as their polite language, were exceptional. The room was well-appointed, and the nightwear was incredibly comfortable. Both the main

Above all, I was thoroughly impressed by how delicious the Hotel's cuisine was. The stylish breakfast featuring fresh fruits and salads was delightful, and I couldn't resist purchasing some Hotel-made jam to enjoy back home after savoring it there. The Basque cheesecake also exce

The only downside was having just one elevator (especially when you’re in a hurry, it’s probably best to allow extra time). When I went out and came back to my Room, the Skytree was sparkling right in front of me. After enjoying the view to my heart’s content, I used the bath-hop

After calling the accommodation, I was guided politely and was able to reach it, thanks to their help. The room was more spacious than I expected and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very delicious. I didn't use the large public bath this time, but I would like to

The separate top and bottom pajamas were also a nice touch. The vending machines in the facility were reasonably priced and easy to use, and with many restaurants and a certain discount store nearby, we had a very comfortable stay. This time, we had a busy morning schedule,

The room with a double bed was comfortable, with a large TV and a clean feel. However, since it was a Beauty Plan, I had assumed the bathtub would be spacious and even brought bath salts—but it was much smaller than expected. Larger guests might not fit; it really feels like a sp

I’m not sure where she is from, but I don’t think she’s Japanese. She spoke perfect Japanese and answered all my questions thoroughly—a very pleasant front desk lady. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor, and the food there was quite nice. I didn’t have high

From this site, only smoking rooms were available, so I made a reservation for a smoking room. However, when I expressed my desire for a non-smoking room on the day, they checked the availability and I was able to stay in a non-smoking room. Depending on the room situation on the

Having a microwave and a desk suitable for office work (all MyStays locations have desks conducive to work) was very good. The balance between the interior and the price may not match depending on the day of the week. Although minor, some may be concerned about the peeling wallpa

We chose a SkyTree-view Room, and there was truly nothing blocking the view—we could see it clearly and were very satisfied. We usually rely on trains, but here buses came one after another, making it very easy to get around with excellent convenience. The price was also very

The view was amazing! (I would have preferred a room with a view of the Skytree though.) From the direction of Ueno Station, I could see planes taking off and landing at Haneda Airport in the distance—an incredible night view! Very satisfied! The amenities were great too,

I’ve stayed at Sotetsu properties in various locations, but this was my first time in Kinshicho. The Hotel wasn’t too far from the station, and the Room had a separate bath and toilet layout, so it was comfortable as usual. However, there were a couple of differences compared w

The location is close to the station, and there was a wide variety of welcome drinks, along with 24-hour coffee and tea services. The amenities were excellent, including skincare essentials, cleansing face wash, and even body cream—no complaints at all. Considering how expens

The access from the subway station was excellent, and I was able to park cheaply at a coin parking lot for 1,500 yen per day. The hotel's facilities were great, with wider bed sizes and pathways compared to other hotels. Although the bath was a unit type, even at 180 cm and 95 kg

The large public bath is a great feature—clean and perfect for relieving fatigue. The breakfast menu offers more variety than expected for the price, and the taste is decent. Personally, I was happy to have apples available in the morning. The greetings from the dining staff were

I had reserved a single Room, but it was upgraded and I stayed in a twin Room. The renovation has been completed, and both the guest Rooms and the large public bath were new. The staff were also very courteous, so I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Perhaps because

Thanks to the cheerful and friendly cleaning staff, everything was spotless. The room had warm lighting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. There is only one washing machine, but for 500 yen, you can use the dryer as well, with detergent and fabric softener provided. The machine can
