Despite booking the day before, we were upgraded to a lovely newly renovated room with a view of the Skytree. The male staff member who assisted us at check-in provided excellent service. The room had a counter with a view of the Skytree right in front, and next to it was a c

I like Richmond Hotel and since one opened in Kinshicho, I stayed there. The service was polite and although the room wasn't very spacious, it was comfortable. The bathroom door was wide, making it easy to enter and exit. The bed was very comfortable, and I would love to go back

Thank you very much. Initially, I felt a sense of confinement when I entered the room, but the spacious toilet and washroom, along with the separate shower, kept the floor dry and clean. The orange lighting and quiet room were calming. The bed was large and comfortable, and I w

The room's interior had a cute, feminine vibe and was just like the photos. At breakfast, the female staff were friendly and kind. The front desk staff were also helpful, and among the various hotels, I was glad to have stayed here! The access was really close to the station. How

) under the annex is not related to the hotel, but I thought it was good. Also, I came by car from western Japan this time, and since the Shuto Expressway is very crowded in the evening, I think it's better to be careful when booking a hotel on the east side of Tokyo Station.

It is usually difficult to find accommodation when traveling with elderly people (one of whom is in a wheelchair) and a dog, but we were able to stay together in one room at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is new and clean, and both the reception staff and the cleaning staff prov

and when you return to the inn, the view from the room, footbath, and bath is truly the best. I also felt heartfelt hospitality everywhere, and I became a complete fan. This service at this price is surely the result of effort and sincerity. Thank you very much. Of course,

I came by car, and the first floor is a coin-operated parking lot, which was nice because guests get a discounted rate for up to 24 hours. Both Sensoji Temple and the Skytree are slightly far on foot, but since it's Tokyo, the subway and buses are well-developed, so it wasn't a

The amenities, such as body towels, toothbrushes, combs, DHC makeup remover, and lotion, were placed next to the reception, and we could take what we needed, which was a good system. The hotel's elevator doesn't stop on any floor without a key card, so the security is solid.

It was conveniently located near the station and a convenience store, but there are several bars on the way to the hotel, so it might not be considered very safe for a woman alone. There were many foreign guests, so I was worried it might be noisy, but it was very quiet, and I

I felt it was a great deal to enjoy this atmosphere and space at this price. It was also very convenient as it was just a short walk from the Skytree. The staff were kind and I had a pleasant stay. You can see the Skytree well from the rooftop, and it was also visible from

It was very convenient being close to the station and commercial facilities. The room was user-friendly, and the amenities were well-stocked, which was great. Also, I was very satisfied with the view of the Skytree from the room. If I had to say, the comfort of the sofa in the ro

Personally, I wished there was breakfast, but I would recommend it to those who just want a place to stay. There is a parking lot nearby, as well as convenience stores, restaurants, and a public bath, so the location is excellent. I will definitely use it again next time.

I could see the Skytree perfectly from the room! There was a large public bath, which helped me relax and recover from the fatigue of the trip! There were also cleansing and face wash forms, as well as gel for face and body, which was very convenient. (Since they are scented,

It is not suitable for those seeking a luxurious hotel stay, but for those who have business in Tokyo and just need a place to sleep, it is perfectly adequate and recommended. (The fact that the vending machines in the facility sell at retail price is also considerate and leav

The location was convenient as it was close to the station. It was my first time using unmanned check-in, but there was a detailed email guide, so there were no issues. I was able to relax without any worries, and it truly felt like being at home. If I have the chance, I wo
