Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I’m truly grateful to the front desk staff and everyone who provided service. The morning buffet is especially recommended. The dining area was very quiet, so I could enjoy my meal while having a relaxed conversation. The room layout was also good. One concern was the damp smell from the shower curtain in the bathroom—it was quite noticeable. Also, the step stool was slippery and felt unsafe; it might be better to add a non-slip mat or some other measure. In addition, it felt chilly, so I raised the temperature setting to 32°C, but only cool air like a fan came out (maybe centrally controlled?), so I slept with towels over me. Still, overall, this is a recommended Hotel in this area considering the location, service, and value for money.

I stay here regularly. I was very happy to see more in-room amenities, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff are always very courteous at any time, and I’m grateful every time. I made another Reservation.

This was my second stay, and this time I visited in summer. The Room was much larger than last time and seemed newly renovated—a Japanese-Western style Room with beds. Dinner and breakfast were served in a private room in a separate building, the same as before. This time it was a summer-style kaiseki featuring sweetfish (ayu). (In winter, it’s wild boar hot pot.) The open-air bath in the Room was also great. There are two large public baths; my favorite is the one with hot spring water cascading like a waterfall, which is used as the men’s bath at night and the women’s bath in the morning. I was even more satisfied than last time. Guests ranged from families with children to couples and married couples. Even the walk from the parking lot to the Room has a charming atmosphere, so I can recommend it. The service is very polite as well. (It seems staff change between dinner and breakfast—there were lots of “mom”-type staff members in the morning.) You’ll find tanuki figures all around. Also, the vending machines are reasonably priced, and it was nice that there were bottled drinks for each guest plus a thermos of iced water in the Room. (So you don’t need to buy water beforehand.) *Since you can’t tell the exact Room layout at Reservation, if you care about futons vs beds or whether there is a partition for the bath area, it may be best to call and confirm.* (The Room we had last time in February 2025 had futons, and if you opened the curtain by the open-air bath you could be seen. This time we had a Western-style bedroom with beds, and there was also a door/wooden screen by the open-air bath—so there were differences. It’s possible renovations have been done since then.)

The Onsen water felt soft and relaxing. However, after bathing I had to pass through the smoking room and wait for the elevator, so the smell of cigarettes was noticeable. The Room was well cleaned and comfortable.

I love Manyo-no-Yu’s hydrogen-rich water bath because it leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. Manyo-no-Yu also offers both Japanese and Western breakfast options, and during a Multiple Night Stay I enjoy choosing whichever I feel like each morning. I’d like to stay at more Manyo-no-Yu locations in the future.

I stayed for two nights. It was a last-minute booking due to caring for my mother, but it was quiet and I was able to rest and recover. The staff were also kind. I’m glad I chose this place. Thank you very much.

I may have booked at just the right time and stayed on the right day of the week, but it was an excellent stay with a level of satisfaction you wouldn’t expect for under 5,000 yen. Everything was perfect except that the large public bath alternates between men and women, so it isn’t available at certain times. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Whenever I come to Atsugi, I always stay here. As a former local, this is the Hotel I recommend most. If you head toward OK Store as your landmark, it’s right across the street. You’ll pass through Ichibangai, so there are plenty of shops, and it’s also convenient for shopping at OK Store, one of Kanagawa’s larger stores. There’s also the best Western-style restaurant in Atsugi just behind the Hotel—if you’re aiming for their melt-in-your-mouth omurice, this Hotel has the best location. In the morning there is a light breakfast service, and the coffee is exceptionally good. It pairs perfectly with a boiled egg and toast. I always have one cup with breakfast, then another after eating; I put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. Sometimes I also see business travelers taking a cup to go on their way out. The Room is always clean, and they provide a nice set of bath salts and hair ties—great for women guests. Unusually (and very helpfully), there’s also a handheld mirror, which is convenient for contact lenses and makeup. The internet is fast and smooth as well, which really helps when I need to work. This time, the loungewear had been changed to a silky-smooth type—comfortable to wear and I slept very well. The front desk staff are pleasant too, and they always assist me kindly. The staff who prepare the light breakfast are friendly as well; they regularly check in and restock items so nothing runs out. Since the parking area in front of the Hotel is small, if you’re driving I think it’s best to consult with them in advance.

I stayed here to support a tournament at Machida Municipal General Gymnasium. I have used this Hotel for each tournament over the past three years. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Hotel is located in that area. The Facility is well equipped, and the amenities are well provided. The Room was also clean. This will probably be my last time this year, but I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I made a Reservation because I was drawn to the Simmons bed. The comfort was excellent. The Room, bathroom, and large public bath were all clean. The front desk service was good as well, but I didn’t know there was no lotion amenity, so I wish I had been informed at check-in. After using the public bath, I ended up going to Don Quijote to buy some. The walls are thin, so you can hear snoring from the next Room. If that bothers you, earplugs are recommended. Overall it was a good stay, and I would use it again.

Although it is right in front of the station, it was quiet at night with little noise. There was hardly any nighttime mechanical noise from the refrigerator, etc., which was very nice. I was a bit confused about how to operate the air conditioner remote control buttons.

Thank you very much for your help with deliveries and other arrangements. All of the staff were kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate it. I was surprised by the wide variety of breakfast breads available for free—they were delicious. The bath is a bit small and may feel cramped for men. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner and felt very clean. I would love to stay here again when I’m in the area.

I’ve been using it for a long time, and I believe it is managed exceptionally well—far superior to Tabo Facility.

Although the Room is small, the storage and furnishings are arranged extremely well, so it felt very spacious and I stayed comfortably. I also appreciated having pillows (one per person) in the elevator hall. However, the step up between the unit bathroom and the Room was higher than usual, which was a bit tough on my knee that I had injured while moving—though that’s just me being picky (lol). The front desk staff were warm and welcoming as well, and overall I had a very comfortable stay.

I stayed an extra night starting the day before my plans, just in case the Shinkansen might be suspended. I thought it was a Business Hotel, but the hospitality was excellent and the greetings were consistently polite, which seemed to naturally encourage guests to greet the staff as well. I think it’s because they create a comfortable atmosphere with service that rivals even a luxury Hotel. Breakfast was also delicious and offered a great variety. I’m glad I had such a positive experience.

I am hooked on the homemade green bread. I always look forward to enjoying it toasted in the Balmuda toaster during my stay. This time, I tried the dashi ochazuke for the first time, and it was very delicious with a rich kelp flavor. I would love to stay here again.

The Room was spacious and very comfortable, with convenient storage, well-placed mirrors, and a user-friendly bathroom layout—so much so that it felt suitable even for a long stay. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

Both the front desk service and the pleasantly clean guest room were very comfortable. From now on, this will be my only choice when staying in Machida!
