The water provided in bottles instead of a water dispenser was also nice. As for breakfast, the staff were pleasant, and perhaps because there were many female staff members, everything was kept very clean. Although my stay was short, I really enjoyed it. Thank you very muc

The Room felt very clean and featured calm tones with a Scandinavian-style yellow accent, making it easy to truly relax. The shower and hair dryer were the latest ReFa models. I stayed alone, but the bed was spacious and the pillows were fluffy—I slept soundly. Because the bed takes up much of the space, there’s little room beyond a table and mini sofa, so opening a large suitcase was only really possible near the entrance door, which was a bit challenging—but overall I was very satisfied. The elevator only operates when you hold up your key card, which also felt reassuring from a security standpoint.

I stayed with a friend in a smoking twin room with breakfast included. We relaxed on the spacious beds, went out around town, and after returning to the Hotel after 1:00 a.m., we were able to unwind and enjoy the large public bath. The air conditioning worked well, so we stayed c

The location is excellent as well—close to places like CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this tim

The amenities were excellent (a choice of teas, bath salts, sunscreen, etc.), and the service was very good. Cleaning was perfect except for a bag of trash under the bed and a tea-like smell coming from the kettle. There were many thoughtful touches, such as an emergency smoke hood bag, a fire blanket (maybe for a mobile battery fire?), a microwave, rental manual washing machine, and a card used in place of a Room key. For a Multiple Night Stay, fresh towels are hung on the Room door, which is convenient. They were courteous both when storing luggage and at check-in. Check-out can be done on the in-Room TV, but I wasn’t sure whether the Room key card should be left in the Room or returned to the box by the entrance.

The Hotel is close to the station, so it was easy to drop off my luggage and head out. Amenities were self-service, but there was a good selection of teas, which I appreciated. The desk was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable—overall a very satisfying Hotel. There is an I

I was very satisfied with the courteous service and the clean Room, just like last time. I was grateful for the consideration of being placed on the same floor as my companion, which made it easy to move between rooms. My companion seemed satisfied as well. The bed was comfortabl

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

Upon arrival, the hotel’s exterior gave a chic impression—subtle yet elegant—and at night, the neon lights at the entrance blended beautifully with Chinatown's atmosphere. The room’s layout and interior design were very calming, allowing us to relax fully during our stay.

We were provided with a sea-side Room, which had a great view and was spacious, allowing us to stay very comfortably. All the meals were delicious and very satisfying. However, it was a bit disappointing that the water pressure was weak, causing the toilet water flow to be slig

I honestly wondered if this price could really be right, but since it was through IKYU, I decided to go ahead and make a Reservation as part of the experience. We stayed here on the way back from an Odawara trip, and the next day we went on a shopping tour from Yokohama to Futako-Tamagawa. There were many foreign guests at the Hotel front desk, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that opens early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay again.

Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, and both the quality and quantity fully satisfied my high-school-aged son. Dinner and shopping were also very convenient, as many buildings are directly connected around Yokohama Station, making it easy to get anywhere. We wo

I always stay here—it's incredibly close to the station and offers excellent value for money!

It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

This was my first time staying here. In the middle of the city in Yokohama Kannai, it felt like a mysterious otherworldly space, and the Japanese-style atmosphere was wonderful. The Room is not very spacious, so the air conditioner blew directly onto one side of the bed, which made it a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was small. Breakfast was very delicious; the croissant-style waffles and the local specialty shumai were especially excellent. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

The Room isn’t very large, but it has been renovated and is clean. It’s nice that the bath and toilet are separate, but the toilet was even smaller than I expected and made me laugh. Since there is a sink in the bathroom, my feet got wet right after using the bath, but I was glad the flooring dried quickly. The front desk staff are very kind. Personally, I don’t need Room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay, so I was satisfied with picking up what I needed (such as towels) at the front desk. I also enjoyed choosing from the shampoo bar and being able to use products I don’t normally use. I used the laundry as well, and it was properly managed. I would like to stay here again.

Thank you very much.

At check-in, the front desk staff gave a courteous explanation, and I had a pleasant stay. I saw other Reviews saying it falls between a high-end Hotel and a Business Hotel, and that was exactly right. The breakfast area was a bit small and felt crowded, but the food was delicious. In particular, the grilled tuna collar was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality.
