The cleanliness of the Room was also impeccable. One minor inconvenience was that using the elevator felt slightly complicated due to security measures. However, when I first used it, staff members kindly explained everything step by step with great care—I truly appreciated thei

It feels incredibly safe and secure here. Thank you! To Mr./Ms. N and Mr./Ms. I at the restaurant—you both embody genuine hospitality with heartfelt service that makes the food taste even better! Thank you! A newly joined female staff member as of September also left a stro

It is easy to find as you can walk through the underground shopping street from Kawasaki Station, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. The Room is not spacious, but since I used a double bed alone, I was able to rest comfortably. Breakfast is served at Excelsior in a menu

Thank you very much for this time. The way to make a Reservation was easy to understand, and I was notified as the stay date approached, so I felt at ease with my first online Reservation. The Hotel had a simple and tasteful interior, a comfortable bed, well-equipped amenities,

We traveled by car for family matters and were relieved to find a well-maintained parking lot. The room was well-equipped, and breakfast at Okage-an with a special set for guests was delightful. The desk with a chair and table set was also appreciated. The staff were kind and hel
