On the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a higher room category. It was a corner room on the top floor. The view was amazing, and the room was spacious—we were very satisfied. The unexpected hospitality was wonderful. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located very close to the subway station, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also varied and delicious. The guest room was kept very clean. Some hotels often have a distinctive lingering odor, but this Hotel had none at all and felt exceptionally fresh and spotless. I was able to sleep comfortably as well. Another pleasant surprise was that the pajamas included pants. Most places provide only a top in a yukata style, but this Hotel’s service was attentive even in that regard. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Tokyo on business.

While some Hotels are rigid and overly formal, here I was truly able to relax thanks to the staff’s thoughtful and warm hospitality. Their service reflected the values of the manager and leadership, as well as the Hotel’s overall commitment to welcoming guests. I stayed for six nights, and I sincerely appreciate all your kindness—thank you very much.

It was very clean and nice. There was more space to walk around than I expected, which was great.

It was very close to the station—just up one slope from Tabata Station’s South Exit—and the price was low, so I stayed here. I didn’t have high expectations because it was inexpensive, but the private bath (I made a Reservation by phone the day before) felt like a small public bath, and it was great that they offered free hair iron rentals and a booth with unlimited free drinks. A couple of minor issues were that the railway tracks are very close so you can clearly hear trains, and the private bath is limited to 30 minutes, so I had to hurry and leave without drying my hair. Even so, considering the price, it’s great value for money and I recommend it!

Close to the station, and check-out is at 12:00—already perfect. The welcome drinks are plentiful, the amenities are well stocked, and the in-room bed is very clean and comfortable. A walk from here to Ueno Station is wonderful.

They were very courteous, which I really appreciated. Although they were from overseas, they were sincere and considerate. The cleaning was flawless.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s very close to the station so it’s easy to find, very clean, and reasonably priced—I really like it. I made a Reservation for a single Room, but I was upgraded to a spacious twin Room, which I really appreciated. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so I could relax in the bath and was very happy. The staff were also very friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

This was the only place I found, and I had heard there would be construction, but there was no noise. If the construction hadn't started yet, it might be better not to mention it during check-in as it could cause unnecessary concern.

The Room was a four-person dorm with bunk beds. I was bothered by the snoring from the person next to me, but luckily I had brought earplugs, which helped a bit. It was nice that water, coffee, lemon juice, and other drinks were available for free. I was disappointed that there were no hangers in the shower room, so I couldn’t hang my clothes. The female staff were very helpful, and I’m satisfied because I stayed at a great price. I plan to stay again.

We stayed for two nights. We had breakfast in the room both days, so having a table was really helpful! And the microwave—so grateful to have one in the room. The bunk bed was stylish and spacious; I slept with my third-grade son, and it was roomy and comfortable. There’s no bathtub, but the shower was great with strong water pressure. The only thing that bothered me was that the plates labeled “feel free to use” and the dish rack basket were dirty. Other than that, everything was truly comfortable. It made for a wonderful trip—I recommend it!

Conveniently located near the station, and the Room was thoroughly cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. With Hotel prices in Tokyo being high right now, I really appreciated being able to stay for under 10,000 yen.

I stayed here for a live show at Tokyo Dome. It was convenient—about a 15–20 minute walk to the Dome!! The Room was spacious, which was great. It’s set back from the main road, so it was quiet and relaxing! I added breakfast at check-in; you can choose Japanese or Western, and there’s also a buffet selection, which was nice. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble finding places to eat. Even though I made an unusual Reservation, the staff handled it very kindly and carefully, which really helped me. They even called to Check Reservation after my stay—thank you so much!! I’d like to stay here again when I attend another event at the Dome.

I had business in Tokyo and was looking for an Accommodation where I could stay alone. I chose this place because it has a large public bath with a semi-natural Onsen. The Room is compact but comfortable. The shower room is small, but I didn’t use it, so it wasn’t an issue. I used the large public bath three times—upon arrival, before going to bed, and in the morning—and by chance I had it all to myself each time, so I could really relax and relieve my fatigue. The staff were pleasant, and the Room was clean. I would like to stay here again.

The room is indeed small, but with various ingenious touches, it doesn't feel that way. The necessary services are well-equipped. I only used it for a day-use rest, so it was truly sufficient.

It was very good. Thank you very much.

Honestly, I liked it so much that I almost don’t want to spread the word through Reviews (lol). This time, I prioritized access from the station and price, and since my stay was short, I made a Reservation with almost no expectations for the Hotel. But in the best way possible, it completely exceeded them. All of the staff are simply wonderful. Stylish but not pretentious, with a comfortable sense of distance—they naturally check in on you at just the right moments. The amenities in front of reception are well stocked, and you can select everything you need. They even have pajamas, and the amenities selection is so complete you’ll think, “Is there anything missing?”! The welcome tea set made me go, “Wait—why is this so stylish?” Everything was delicious. You can really feel how much care went into that welcome tea set. Absolutely amazing! The burgers at the first-floor café were also surprisingly good. Room service hours had already ended, so I had one for lunch instead! I didn’t use it this time, but apparently there’s all-you-can-drink beer from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM!! And above all, the handwritten guide introducing Yanesen around the Hotel was fantastic. It’s handmade by staff and covers everything from restaurants to cafés to sightseeing spots—you can truly feel their desire for guests to enjoy the neighborhood. Depending on your purpose, a Hotel often ends up being just a place to sleep—but here, for the first time in a while, I felt that “staying at the Hotel itself is fun.” …That said, I kind of don’t want it to become too famous and crowded (lol). Next time I’m in Tokyo, I definitely want to stay here again.

It was a very clean and nice Hotel overall. We appreciated the 11:00 check-out time. We would like to stay again.

I was happy that I could watch unlimited movies. There were many restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble finding places to eat. The staff were kind and helpful.
