The front desk staff's service and smiles were very pleasant. The water facilities were clean, and there was a bathtub, which was nice as it was separate from the toilet. The city view was beautiful at night. Check-out was at 2 PM, so I was able to relax. It was inconvenient that

There was a café and a convenience store inside the hotel, which was very convenient. Above all, the staff's service was excellent, and they kindly responded to our requests. Both my mother and I were very pleased and would like to visit again. Thank you for taking care of

It was luxurious, yet the slightly casual and friendly service felt very Shibuya-like, making for a pleasant stay. The wooden floors in the room were comfortable. I had planned breakfast elsewhere, so I just had coffee at the restaurant. The café seating by the large windows

I liked that the amenities were available at the front desk for you to take as needed (including nightwear), which felt efficient and waste-free. However, it might have just been the room I stayed in, but there was a sound like air passing through a tube at regular intervals, and

I missed the last train after returning from a nearby event and had to stay unexpectedly, but with the kind and courteous service, I was able to stay with peace of mind. Also, since there is a PRONTO on the first floor, I was able to have coffee or a warm drink before departure

It was a bit disappointing that the view was just a building right in front. What saddened me was when I used the spa pool. The staff at the reception explained the precautions thoroughly, but the foreign children were not following them at all, making it dangerous to swim nearb

It is comfortable and the staff are very pleasant. The interior is stylish and has the cozy and warm feel of a small overseas hotel. Above all, the view from the room was wonderful. Thank you for the nice room. I have also booked for May. I am very much looking forward
