We were satisfied with everything—the free drinks, dinner, and breakfast. There were also five types of private open-air baths, and the instructions were easy to understand, which was wonderful. Most of the staff are from overseas, but everyone spoke Japanese very well, so we had no trouble at all and enjoyed a comfortable stay thanks to their polite service.

I visited for my birthday. I highly recommend coming here for any special occasion. The service is excellent.

The staff’s attentive hospitality and thoughtful care were truly wonderful, and I was able to spend a very comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The interior of the property and the room features a calm Japanese-modern design in greige tones, with impeccable taste in decor. It was exactly my kind of style, so I found myself simply gazing around and feeling soothed. The rooftop lounge offered an abundant selection of juices, alcoholic drinks, coffee, Atami’s famous sweets, and light snacks. I couldn’t believe I could choose so freely—can I really have any of these?—and I got genuinely excited. Sipping drinks, enjoying sweets, soaking in the foot bath… it was such a luxurious time taking in the views of Atami. The staff also maintained the perfect level of attentiveness—providing towels to dry our feet and preparing drinks—so considerate in every way. I’m truly grateful. What especially impressed me was the full-course dinner. Each dish was beautifully presented—not only a feast for the eyes—but also had deep flavors with sauces crafted down to the finest detail. I was genuinely moved. Even now, looking back at my photos brings back that lingering feeling: how beautiful it was and how delicious everything tasted. Everything—the room, the meals, and the hospitality—was perfect. It was a place where I could truly refresh from the heart. I feel fully recharged; I’ll do my best day by day and hope to return again someday. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The Facilities, the staff’s atmosphere, and the meals were all excellent. It was clear that each staff member truly loves dogs and enjoys working here. We would definitely like to stay again.

The Onsen, the food, the service, and the Room were all beyond our expectations, and we were able to truly relax. It had been a while since we stayed in a Japanese-style room; lying on the tatami and gazing at the garden, we enjoyed the luxury of doing absolutely nothing. The only disappointment was that while the private bath has a wonderful ocean view, there is an apartment building directly in front of it, and I was quite concerned that the washing area might be visible from there.

I traveled with my elderly parents and my daughter. The hotel had very high ratings when I researched it beforehand, so we arrived with high expectations. It truly was an outstanding hotel that more than lived up to them. We were moved by the panoramic ocean view from our room. Everything was spotless and very clean. For dinner, we chose the seasonal kaiseki course; the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere, and we enjoyed a relaxed evening savoring delicious dishes at our own pace. Each item was carefully prepared—beautiful to look at and absolutely delicious. My daughter and parents were especially impressed by the toro-taku. My parents are older and have weak teeth, but the wagyu steak was so tender that they could enjoy it without any trouble. They usually don’t eat much, yet they finished everything, which really surprised me. We used the large public bath, and the view from there was also incredible. The next morning, I woke up early with my parents and watched the sunrise from our room’s terrace; seeing how moved my father was made me feel deeply emotional as well. Breakfast was a buffet with Japanese and Western options plus a few Chinese dishes, so everyone could choose what they liked—we enjoyed it very much. The freshly made fluffy omelet and freshly squeezed orange juice were especially delicious. After check-out, the staff kindly assisted us all the way to the station, for which we are very grateful. I was able to give my parents a wonderful trip full of great memories. Thank you very much! We will definitely return again.

The in-room hot spring bath with free-flowing source water was wonderful. The view from the room was also amazing. I stayed in and worked as part of my job, and it went very smoothly. Thank you very much. By the way, the meat at dinner was incredible—I’ve never had meat that delicious before. Thank you again.

There is a fully equipped grooming room, and the high-quality shampoo and conditioner were excellent—we were very satisfied. The view was disappointing due to dense fog and rain, but we had a great time playing in the covered dog run. We also received plenty of treats and food for our dogs, so we will definitely be back.

My 88-year-old mother, my sister and I, my daughter, and my two grandchildren (six of us across four generations) stayed at Atami Korakuen Hotel for one night and two days. Although we were a group with a wide range of ages, everyone was comfortable, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The Shuttle Service bus from Atami Station to the Hotel was extremely helpful. Our Room was an 18-tatami Japanese-style room with large windows, so we could also enjoy the beautiful nighttime view of Atami town. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety—from dishes my mother enjoys to kid-friendly options—so everyone could enjoy the meals together regardless of age. The freshly grilled dried horse mackerel was especially delicious. The large public bath was equipped with a baby bath and baby soap, so we felt at ease bathing even with our young grandchildren. We truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. When we asked the front desk to arrange a taxi for getting around, they responded quickly, which helped us a lot. This is a Hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend to families traveling with babies or elderly relatives. We would love to stay again as a family. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

All staff members who supported us were incredibly hospitable, and it made our trip truly wonderful. Our whole family was very satisfied—thank you! The facilities were up to date, and the security was excellent. The Ryokan was also very clean and hygienic. Both dinner and breakfast were delicately and elegantly seasoned, everything was fresh, and we enjoyed every dish—it was all delicious. This is a Hotel we would definitely want to stay at again! Thank you as well for preparing surprise plates for us on two consecutive days!

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The meals were truly delicious, and I was especially happy to see my mother—who usually eats lightly—enjoy so much. Even while you were busy serving, you were very attentive, and when we shared how impressed we were with the dishes, you kindly explained the ideas and techniques behind them. It made for a wonderful time. We felt refreshed by the pleasant Onsen and your thoughtful hospitality. My mother is already excited to come back next time with her friends. Perfect for a family of four! The views are spectacular—no doubt about it! The owner is a true gentleman—no doubt about it! As others have mentioned, the Room has a stylish scent (maybe from an air freshener?), and some guests may feel differently about it. Sing karaoke, dance, enjoy the Onsen, have a BBQ, take in the night view and the morning view—and check-out is at 13:00. We had a wonderful time!

I stayed here for the first time with my mother. The front desk had a calm atmosphere, and the cleanliness throughout the entire Facility—including our Room and the large public bath—was excellent. Above all, both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The staff service was also flawless. My mother and I travel to many places, but this was such a wonderful Ryokan that we both agreed we would love to stay again.

I was able to relax and unwind for the first time in a while. The hot water was gentle on my body, and even after soaking for a long time I didn’t feel fatigued. Both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious! Each dish showed great care, and every single one was truly excellent. I sometimes dine at traditional Japanese restaurants to enjoy the atmosphere, but this Accommodation is special—you can stay overnight, soak in the Onsen, and enjoy outstanding meals. I think it’s a rare find.

Everything was amazing. Since we traveled by train, it was close to the station, and the location was great—we didn’t get wet in the rain even without an umbrella. But enjoying the Onsen in the rain was also wonderful. Above all, the meals were delicious. I’d love to visit again on a sunny day. Thank you very much for your kind and attentive hospitality.

We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people. From the phone call before our stay, the service was very courteous and pleasant. Many of the staff seemed young, but everyone was wonderfully attentive, and we were able to relax throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and it was also lovely to move to the lounge and enjoy dessert while taking in the view outside. We would definitely like to stay again.

It was a truly wonderful Accommodation! It’s a private, whole-house traditional home, and I arrived wondering what it would be like to have a foot bath and karaoke in the living room. It was exactly as imagined—both were boldly set up, and both adults and children enjoyed them. In particular, the donut-shaped foot bath (Onsen) was fantastic; as soon as we arrived, we all gathered around it and had a great time. With a table in the center, it was convenient for placing drinks and more. There is no front desk, so communication with the Accommodation is only by email or phone. Even so, we really felt their hospitality: before check-in on the day of arrival, the manager had already started running the Room air conditioning and preparing the Onsen in the bathroom. They also provided Nespresso and bottled water. There were also handy extras like a Bluetooth speaker, some magazines, puzzles, and other small items—there was never a dull moment. Fun for both adults and kids all day long! The only thing that concerned me was the river. Perhaps due to several days of heavy rain, at bedtime we could hear the roaring sound of the river right next to us, which made us feel slightly uneasy. However, by checking river information and making sure our child didn’t open any windows, we were able to stay without any issues. It was such a unique Room experience that we had an amazing time—we’d definitely love to stay again!

The open-air bath was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the delicious meals. It’s a small, simple inn without a lobby or shop, so we were able to relax in a very calm atmosphere. Once you enter and take off your shoes, everything is tatami, making it easy to walk around. We had in-room dining during our stay, so aside from going to the baths we didn’t need to leave the room at all—which made it even easier to spend a quiet, leisurely time.

I was truly relaxed by everything—the new, modern, spacious Room, the large Onsen public bath, the meals, and the view from the Room. Thank you very much.
