We stayed here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. As soon as we drove up to the entrance, the staff—already waiting—welcomed us with amazingly smooth, attentive service. I was nervous in an unfamiliar place, but before I knew it I was in the lobby with Bach playing softly, looking out at the sea and enjoying a chilled glass of champagne, my excitement building. The space was spotless and warmly appointed, and the selection of sweets, drinks, and amenities showed impeccable taste. The toothbrush was the most comfortable I’ve ever used. Above all, the bath was outstanding. With the window open, listening to birdsong and gazing at the ocean—and because it’s free-flowing—I even tried skipping a rinse-off and body cream afterward, yet my skin stayed moisturized without drying out! At dusk, the view from the lounge was beautiful. The British ginger lemonade was delicious, and we’re especially grateful to the elegant and attentive female staff member who made the lounge so wonderfully comfortable—thank you as well for preparing an orange liqueur for us at the end. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent; not only did everything taste wonderful, but the ingredients and presentation were beautiful too. That said, I couldn’t stop eating bread and butter and ended up too full by the time we reached the main course! Even so, it was cooked perfectly and tasted superb—I finished it all. Next time I’ll pace myself so I can fully enjoy everything through to the main dish. The young service staff were also highly professional and impressive. Even without mentioning that it was an anniversary—and even as first-time guests simply dropping by—we received consistently thoughtful hospitality throughout. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay, and since the Accommodation is on a hill, the views were wonderful. The large public bath was spacious enough to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. I was also happy that each guest was provided with two thick face towels and two thick bath towels. I only had breakfast, but there was a good variety and it was delicious. The Shuttle Service bus schedule and the fact that no Reservation was required made it very convenient overall. Considering the value for money, this is an excellent Accommodation that I would like to visit again.

We traveled with our 3-month-old baby. With breakfast and dinner served in the Room and a private bath, we were able to relax and take our time. The staff kindly laid out the futons early and spoke to us gently, and their warm hospitality was truly comforting. The meals at the restaurant were excellent—we even had seconds of rice. Both the Room and the garden were beautifully maintained, making our stay very pleasant. We had wondered if it would be an issue without an open-air bath, but the in-Room bath was more than enough for us to enjoy.

Located near Yugawara’s Manyo Park, the Hotel is a comfortable size and it was enjoyable to walk around inside. Dinner was a course meal served at the table, and the staff were efficient, allowing us to relax. It was great to enjoy both the open-air bath for Hotel guests and the one for general visitors. The front desk staff were also very courteous.

It happened to be a day with few guests staying, so dinner was served in a single seating starting at 6:00 PM. I thought it might be crowded instead, but there were no issues and I enjoyed it. I was very satisfied with the creative Japanese set meal, and also with the buffet selection. Thank you.

We stayed here with 12 family members and relatives. Our biggest concern was whether we could find seats at dinner and breakfast, but the front desk staff coordinated everything so we could all sit together, which made it stress-free and greatly appreciated. Everyone was able to bring back the dishes they liked, and we were all very happy with the food. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay for two nights, each of us could enjoy what we wanted—table tennis, mahjong, the beach, the pool, and fishing—making it a meaningful stay. It was a hot summer, so we were also grateful to be able to relax inside the Hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We stayed to coincide with the Atami fireworks. We were able to watch from the rooftop with an unobstructed view and fully enjoy the beautiful fireworks. All of the meals were delicious, especially the squid sushi and sweet shrimp. The bath was also clean and nice. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, making this trip a wonderful memory. This was our first trip to Atami, and we stayed here as a couple. The staff were very helpful, and we were satisfied. Our Room was Japanese-style, and it was nice that it could be divided into separate spaces with sliding doors. We were a bit concerned that the toilet area had a step up. We were also happy with the view and had a very pleasant stay. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious, and the breakfast buffet also had an excellent selection. This is a very attentive Accommodation. The staff provided clear and courteous explanations. The cuisine was refined, gentle on the body, and we enjoyed a wonderful time pairing it with delicious drinks. The bath was also clean, and the water felt great on the skin. From the in-room bath, we could look out over the sea in Atami while soaking at a relaxed pace. We only visited Kinomiya Shrine for sightseeing, but it was a trip where we could take everything slowly and unwind.

They responded quickly to all my inquiries from the Reservation stage, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. There were two baths, both available for private use. Since there weren’t many other guests, I could soak whenever I wanted—it was perfect! I also really appreciated the drink bar. Unlimited alcohol and being able to go straight to sleep afterward is something you can’t easily do at home. The Hotel also has karaoke (a DAM room), available until midnight. With unlimited drinks, unlimited karaoke, and unlimited Onsen access, I would have stayed another night if time allowed. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Atami! I was amazed by the ReFa hair dryer!

I booked this Ryokan two days before my trip to Atami. It is located near Kinomiya Station, which is within walking distance from Atami. The location was excellent, especially being just a few minutes' walk to Kinomiya Shrine. The room was a typical Ryokan style, offering an authentic experience. Although the angle of the room was slightly awkward, I could still catch a glimpse of the sea. This Ryokan also has table tennis facilities, which provided some simple yet enjoyable entertainment. The onsen bath was small but gave a nice onsen experience. However, there were no facial cleansers available, which might be inconvenient for women. I added breakfast to my stay and enjoyed bread, bananas, boiled eggs, fruits, and drinks. While simple in variety, having breakfast at the Ryokan added to the travel atmosphere nicely.
