We didn't encounter any other guests at all, allowing us to enjoy our vacation in a private space. The view from the open-air bath with flowing hot spring water was also superb, and we could relax at our own pace without worrying about the eyes of other guests. We definitely want

Dinner was sushi on both nights, but with an experienced sushi chef, everything was delicious, and there was a great selection of wine by the glass, so we enjoyed it without getting tired of it either night. The hospitality at this Accommodation was outstanding, and we would love

We stayed as a family of four. The room layout, facilities, view from the room, inclusive drinks, and two meals (kinmedai hand-rolled sushi and obanzai for dinner & kinmedai sandwich for breakfast) were all highly satisfying. Before our stay, we were concerned about the lack of

The water quality was excellent and very relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast were served in semi-private rooms, ensuring privacy and allowing us to enjoy our meals without worrying about others around us. The food was exceptional in both taste and quantity—everything was delic

We were touched by the Happy Anniversary sweets prepared for our special occasion during dinner. The front desk staff and service team were always smiling, kind, and attentive, making us feel truly at home. It was a perfect stay filled with joy, gratitude, and wonderful memor

This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful trip with my parents, and everyone was very satisfied. The hospitality of the staff was pleasant, and the welcome drink and post-bath service were excellent and made us happy. By chance, there was a fireworks festival at Sun Beach, which added to our memori

With a wide balcony and beautiful views, I’d love to stay in this Room again. The calm finishes seen in Sumitomo Realty & Development’s condominiums and Hotels were paired with modern interior design. The vanity had two sinks, plus a spacious walk-in closet and a mini-kitchen—h

I was surprised that both the shower and hair dryer were all ReFa. It was amazing. The food was flawless, with great taste and a wide variety of dishes, which made me feel truly pampered. Especially the sirloin steak—it was so tender and unbelievably delicious. I ate too much at

I was able to relax and unwind for the first time in a while. The hot water was gentle on my body, and even after soaking for a long time I didn’t feel fatigued. Both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious! Each dish showed great care, and every single one was truly excellent. I sometimes dine at traditional Japanese restaurants to enjoy the atmosphere, but this Accommodation is special—you can stay overnight, soak in the Onsen, and enjoy outstanding meals. I think it’s a rare find.

I was looking for a cost-effective place near the station as I planned to check in around 9 PM and check out before 8 AM the next morning. The Room's size, cleanliness, bed comfort, and shower pressure were all excellent. Breakfast was served promptly, which was very satisfying.

I was very impressed with the staff's hospitality, the tea lounge, the Onsen, and the design of the rooms at Yugawara Fuga Hotel. I visited a gallery dedicated to the first proprietress of this hotel. She had a connection with Mitsuko Aoyama (also known as Mitsuko Coudenhove-Ka

We stayed for two nights, and on the second day we relaxed in our Room all day because of the typhoon. The meals had many dishes and tasted great, and we were able to take our time in the Onsen and truly feel refreshed. Everyone treated us kindly like family, which made us very happy. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Everything was delicious again this year—thank you for the wonderful meal! After dinner, we headed to the private bath... While the bath in our room was amazing too, the detached private bath was spacious and comfortable. This year’s complimentary drink changed from coffee milk

The kinmedai we had been looking forward to was absolutely delicious. They even prepared a surprise cake for my husband's birthday celebration, which made him very happy. The staff were incredibly kind, making our stay comfortable. During meals, they thoughtfully guided me th

You can select your favorite shampoo from many options, and you can choose as many types as you like, which is fun. There are also free bite-sized ice creams and fruit water. Breakfast is luxurious! You can have as many refills of drinks, rice, and miso soup as you like. Everyone

As mentioned in the reviews, the staff's service was kind, with just the right amount of distance, allowing for a pleasant stay. The food was full of seasonal flavors, and the care put into it was evident. It was an experience beyond my expectations, making me feel almost guilty

I enjoyed catching up with my sister over good food and drinks after a long time. The hot springs were wonderful; during our stay, I enjoyed them four times—at the annex bathhouse, private bath, large public bath, and open-air bath. All of your staff provided warm greetings and

We always arrive late, but thank you for kindly accommodating us. We truly appreciate the owner’s warm hospitality. We look forward to staying again.

The bathroom, toilet, and sink were renovated, making them very comfortable to use. Additionally, the view was excellent, and it was a wonderful room overall. Both dinner and breakfast were served in the room, allowing us to enjoy leisurely conversations while dining. On top of
