I was very satisfied with this excellent Hotel. The morning curry and risotto, as well as the late-night noodles, were outstanding. I also enjoyed free soft drinks and alcohol. The amenities were well stocked, and they stored my luggage free of charge until the end of the checkout day. The staff were very helpful—they even looked for a place where I could get my broken watch strap replaced, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

I always stay here. I’m glad the rates have become more reasonable than they were for a while. The Room is also clean after the renovation, and I’m very satisfied. I look forward to staying again.

Although it is one of Tokyo’s long-established Hotels, I did not feel any aging or deterioration in the Room at all, unlike what some other Reviews mentioned. Everything was very clean. We stayed as a family of three, and the extra bed was also comfortable and well made. From the bathroom, we could relax while enjoying an exclusive view of Tokyo through a large open window. The club lounge offerings were excellent. We went from tea time, and the shrimp avocado roll and roast beef sandwich were outstanding. I was also delighted to find Laurent-Perrier champagne available. The selections during evening time and morning time were both wonderful—I ended up having champagne in the morning as well. Above all, I truly appreciate the superb service from the lounge staff, which made our time there so pleasant. That said, when some items ran out, it took a while for them to be replenished; I thought it couldn’t really be helped and it didn’t disappoint me. As a Diamond member, we had a 1:00 p.m. checkout, so we were able to take our time and relax. I would definitely like to stay again, and next time I’d like to plan a Multiple Night Stay.

A stay with breakfast that feels truly luxurious. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. The staff’s hospitality and service were perfect in every way. I’d love to come back for another extraordinary getaway.

I chose to stay because the room has an in-room washer-dryer. When traveling, it can be a bit inconvenient to look for a coin laundry or, if the Hotel has one, to go check whether the machines are available. Having a washer in the room and being able to use it right away was extremely convenient. It saves time in many ways—and there’s no need to prepare 100-yen coins! Amenities are picked up from in front of the front desk, and I was glad that toothpaste was available on its own. It’s usually bundled with a toothbrush, but this time I brought my own toothbrush and had run out of toothpaste, so having toothpaste by itself was very helpful. The breakfast ham was delicious. The Kushiro yogurt was also very good. Thank you for your hospitality. I’d like to stay at Tokyu Stay again.

After lots of walking around Tokyo Station and Ginza, I checked in feeling pretty tired. The process was smooth, and the Room was comfortable. I got tired again in Shibuya and came back to the Hotel. The bath was spacious for Tokyo, so I could relax in the hot water and soothe my tired feet! The amenities were well stocked and available in front of the front desk. I slept well. Since I chose this Hotel for its good breakfast, it really was delicious—I was satisfied from the morning. There’s also a convenience store right downstairs, which was very handy! It turned into a great trip. Thank you very much.

I can only stay about once a year, but I’m always able to relax and enjoy a peaceful, unhurried time in the calm atmosphere. This time, since it was a weekday stay, I unfortunately couldn’t have my favorite Japanese breakfast, but thanks to the staff’s hospitality and the tranquil room, it was a laid-back trip where I could unwind with a close friend.

I stayed in the HIBIYA Suite Twin, which I had wanted to stay in for a long time. The view from the 26th floor was amazing. The Room was very spacious, with a TV on both the living area side and the bed area side. Next to the living area there is a walk-in closet room, so all luggage can be stored there and the Room never gets cluttered. The slippers were fluffy, all drinks in the refrigerator were free, the bathtub was large, and both the showerhead and hair dryer were ReFa. The vanity has two faucets, and pajamas, bathrobes, towels, and amenities are all well provided. There is a free drink space on the 19th floor with canned juices and snacks. There wasn’t an ice machine unless you went down to the 24th floor, but it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. There were many international tourists staying here, but everyone was quiet and well-mannered—there was no noise or voices carrying into the hallway. I was able to relax comfortably without any stress. The staff’s hospitality was excellent; both front desk and housekeeping greeted me politely, and I was very happy with their message card as well as how kindly they responded to my requests. If I had one wish: I couldn’t stand a 750 ml champagne bottle upright in the refrigerator, so I would appreciate it if it were a bit larger. That said, even compared with other hotels, this Hotel offered outstanding value for money. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay, following last year. The calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel truly felt like “THE Ginza”! The Room was stylish yet functional, and I stayed in great comfort. In particular, the Tokyo night view—including Tokyo Tower—made me feel how wonderful it is to be in Ginza. And I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast I had been looking forward to; it exceeded my expectations. I was deeply moved that a staff member remembered my stay last year and spoke to me. Everyone on the Hotel team is kind, attentive, warm, and friendly. Seeing the younger staff work with bright eyes was beautiful, and it made for a soothing stay—my personal oasis in Tokyo.

It was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. All the staff provided very courteous service. However, there was one issue: the cleaning was not thorough, and I found some hair left behind, so I rated the Room a 3. The location is also great, and I would like to stay here again.

We stayed for a one-night, two-day getaway as a couple. Travel memories are shaped by many things—weather, delicious food, scenery—but also by the connections you make along the way. On the day we arrived, we walked over 20,000 steps in humid weather before reaching the Hotel. The front desk staff’s warm smile was wonderful. We were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable evening. Of course, breakfast was great too. Thank you! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

The front desk staff were very kind! It was also heartwarming to find a handwritten message in the Room and a little duck in the bath. It said the duck could be taken home, so I brought it back and have it on display at home.

I used to stay at Mercure quite often overseas, but since I travel less these days, this was my first stay in a while. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Shimbashi Station and Uchisaiwaicho Subway Station. I believe it was originally an office building, later converted into an annex of a neighboring Hotel, and then rebranded as Mercure. Since the property is scheduled to close soon for renovations, I was grateful to be able to stay at a very reasonable rate. Perhaps because of the location and the brand, most guests were international, and many of the front desk staff were as well (they assisted me in flawless Japanese). With an interior design inspired by a “theater,” the whole place feels even more international. The Room design was also quite bold. There is a couch-like platform near the window where you can lie down and watch trains passing by (Shinkansen, Tokaido Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, etc.). However, getting up onto it takes some effort, and opinions may differ on how practical it really is. Aside from the décor and these design choices, it felt like a slightly upscale Business Hotel. I’m looking forward to seeing what concept it will adopt after the renovation.

I chose this Hotel because it was close to public transit stations and near the shops I wanted to visit in Ginza, making the location ideal for my personal purpose this time. Another reason was that I had previously stayed at the affiliated “remm plus Kobe Sannomiya” and was satisfied with it. I arrived before check-in time, and when I asked to leave my luggage, the staff were very pleasant and handled it quickly. Check-out was also easy; a staff member helped me and it was completed in one minute. I knew from the start that the Room would be small, but at breakfast as well, the staff worked hard and responded cheerfully. Considering the value for money, I felt there was nothing more I could ask for. I was satisfied with “remm plus Ginza” this time too. For anyone unsure which Hotel to choose in Tokyo, I would recommend this as a great-value Hotel. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again.

The quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax. Since I was staying for work, I booked a single room, and the large desk was very helpful. I also appreciated being able to watch subscription services on the TV. However, I noticed there might not have been a clock in the room; if that's the case, having one would be convenient. The breakfast buffet seemed tailored for international guests, so it would be nice to have more Japanese-style dishes available. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the late check-out this time due to my schedule. Next time, I'd love to take my time and enjoy the art pieces displayed within the accommodation. I stayed in Ginza for the first time to attend a live show. I chose a Hotel as close to the venue as possible and made a Reservation here. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful, which was great. The Room was comfortable and not too small. It was also convenient that there is a FamilyMart on-site.

This new capsule hotel in Shinbashi felt brand-new inside—everything was spotless, clean, and very comfortable!!

The Room was a good size and felt clean, which was great. It would have been even better if the amenities included skincare items such as facial lotion. The price offered great value for money, and I’d like to stay again.

This was my second stay, and it reminded me again how good this place is. The Room isn’t huge, but it’s easy to move around and very relaxing. The toilet has an automatic lid and automatic flushing, which is a big help for me since I have back issues. It’s also rare (and convenient) to have a sink inside the toilet area. The bathroom has a separate washing area, and the tub is spacious enough to soak comfortably. The pajamas are a two-piece set with a soft feel. What really earns high marks is the generous service: drinks, snacks, and bread are provided, and bringing items into the Room is also allowed. At other hotels, I end up having to stop by a convenience store just to make sure I have drinks—here there’s no need for that, which makes it much more relaxing. We don’t even need to add breakfast; bread and coffee are enough for us. However, it was disappointing that there were no croissants this time. I also didn’t know how to use the toaster, so it would be helpful if instructions were posted. And when I want tea, I’d appreciate a note explaining where to find hot water. Two years ago I wrote that I wished the TV could play YouTube, and I was happy to see that it can now. The staff’s service and smiles had improved compared with before. As always, the only inconvenience is that the space next to the sink is small. It’s close to Shinbashi Station as well, so it’s convenient not having to wait for a taxi. I think the Accommodation cost is reasonable compared with nearby hotels considering how good the service is. I hope these services won’t be discontinued because of inconsiderate guests. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.
