I chose this Accommodation for my boyfriend’s birthday trip. It was my first stay here, and it far exceeded my expectations. Above all, the staff’s service was truly outstanding, and I was moved by every thoughtful gesture. The property has the charming presence of a grand traditional Japanese house, and the garden is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed a luxurious time dining at a relaxed pace while looking out over the garden. The basashi (horse sashimi) in particular was the best I’ve ever had—absolutely unforgettable. The Room was spacious and spotless, very comfortable, and the view from the window was wonderful. The building also has delightful surprises and playful touches that even first-time guests can enjoy, which kept me excited throughout our stay. They also offer an excellent selection of sake, so I especially recommend this Accommodation to sake lovers. It was one of the most memorable places I’ve ever stayed—completely satisfying in every way. I will definitely return.

It was my first visit. I was completely satisfied with everything, but there are three highlights worth mentioning. I have stayed at many Hotels, and the dining here was exceptionally satisfying. It’s rare to find Western cuisine of this quality. I was amazed by the consommé made from chicken and vegetables—it concentrated the natural flavors of the ingredients beautifully. None of the dishes felt heavy, and I enjoyed everything right to the end. The ayu paired wonderfully with eggplant as well, and I was impressed by how it all came together. My husband and I even said we would like to stay again just for the meals. The wonderful location was also a major plus. I could truly relax while taking in such a luxurious view. I believe that’s thanks to how meticulously everything is kept clean—from the rooms to the large public bath and even the garden. We enjoyed coffee in the library, and used cups were promptly cleared away; there wasn’t a single unpleasant detail. Above all, what stood out most was how wonderful your staff are. Everyone—the person who provided Shuttle Service by bus, the front desk team, each member of restaurant service staff, and housekeeping—was warm and professional. There were also staff members with charming Fukushima dialects, which sounded lovely to me. In particular, one restaurant staff member remained poised while still engaging in pleasant conversation; unfortunately I didn’t get their name. I hope to see them again on my next visit. I stayed in a single Western-style Room. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the station and conveniently located for exploring the warehouse district. The Ryokan has been running for over 60 years, and the bath is spacious enough for 3–4 people to use at the same time. The shared toilets are separated for men and women on each floor and were close to my Room, so I had no inconvenience. The third-generation owner kindly gave me a recommended dinner map, lent me an umbrella when I went out for morning ramen, and when I asked him to call a taxi, he even drove me to the station. Thank you very much—I’ll be back again.

The service exceeded the price, and we were very satisfied with the meals. The evening events—Aibase! and Odoransho—were interactive and a lot of fun. We’d love to visit again in a different season. They also offer a great selection of local Fukushima sake, which is wonderful for anyone who enjoys Japanese sake.

We stayed as a family during the Obon holiday. It was a charming Japanese-style accommodation with a cozy atmosphere, beautifully decorated with carefully selected furnishings, and impeccably clean hallways that sparkled! Since it accommodates only two groups per day, it was quiet, and we enjoyed having the onsen all to ourselves. Dinner featured plenty of local dishes, though I couldn't finish everything and felt sorry about it. The only downside was running out of cold water and having to go buy some early in the morning. One concern was that the sound of the flush from the room's toilet echoed throughout the room at night, making it hard to sleep. I believe this might be due to structural issues but found it bothersome!

We stayed for three nights during the New Year holiday for skiing. The bath operates on a time-sharing system, allowing families to relax together. The large bathtub was perfect for warming up our tired and cold bodies. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The staff kindly accommodated even our small requests, which was very helpful. Thanks to this, we had an incredibly enjoyable ski trip. Thank you so much! The ski resort is a bit far on foot, so traveling by rental car was more convenient.

With a steak late-night snack included, I think this price is very reasonable. Traveling with my dog, it was a very satisfying trip. I’ve found an Accommodation I’d love to visit again!
