I really liked the Premier Lounge. The free drinks and all-you-can-eat soft serve ice cream were delicious. I was also pleased with the happy hour alcohol, and the late-night duck soba and rice balls were tasty and perfect for a light night snack. The lounge was spacious and clea

Because I checked in early, they upgraded me from a single to a twin. The Room was larger than my usual Business Hotel, and I had a comfortable stay. They also kindly lent me an umbrella, which was much appreciated. The Room had disposable slippers, drip coffee, tea bags, and a s

During my trip to the Ise area, I stayed at Comfort Hotel and was very satisfied with their hospitality. For this trip to Tohoku, I saw the name again and decided to make a reservation immediately. The reception is handled by machines, but the staff's smiles and clear explanation

The lavender bath salts and Sekkisei skincare products were particularly wonderful. The accessory box (a small velvety item) provided was very helpful as I tend to forget things when in a rush—this made a big difference! Having extra hangers available in the Room also made me h
