I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

The building is new and very clean. Even though it was the summer off-season, it was a great deal to get dinner included at this price. The Room was clean and spacious, with a clear view of Mt. Yotei, and we were even able to see a sea of clouds in the morning. Dinner was delicious, and the portion size was just right—not too much. The large public bath is compact, but there are several types, so we were satisfied. I accidentally left something behind in the Room, but when I contacted them they responded immediately and sent it to my home. This is a Hotel that makes me want to stay here again if I visit Niseko.

This was my first stay here, and it exceeded my expectations—it was a wonderful Hotel and I was truly satisfied with my stay. First of all… The Room was very clean and comfortable, so I could relax and take my time. Since spending time at the Hotel is one of the pleasures of traveling, I was happy to be able to enjoy such a comfortable Room. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes—more than satisfying. I also enjoyed ingredients unique to Hokkaido, making mealtime another highlight of the trip. Above all, what left the strongest impression was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone greeted me with a smile and provided kind, attentive, warm hospitality, which made my stay very pleasant. The Room, the meals, and the staff were all truly wonderful—this is a Hotel that made me sincerely feel glad I chose it. One of my goals for this trip was simply to stay in Niseko, and including the time spent at the Hotel, it became a great memory. If I have another chance to visit Niseko, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely time.

This was the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. I was able to spend a truly luxurious, relaxing time while gazing at Mt. Yotei right in front of me. Having a clean washing machine in the room was also very helpful since we were staying multiple nights. The meals were delicious, made with fresh local vegetables, seafood, and meat. The staff’s warm smiles and attentive service were truly soothing. I will definitely visit again.

This was our first trip to Hokkaido with three generations of our family. We were more than satisfied with the breathtaking view of Mt. Yotei and the wonderful Room, which was spacious and allowed us to enjoy privacy as well. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

When we arrived and started taking photos, a staff member quickly came outside and offered to take pictures for us. We enjoyed the baths many times, and the meals were delicious. And then there was the evening lobby concert. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. We made great memories—thank you very much.

We stayed as two couples. We made the reservation based on the reviews. Upon entering the room, there was a Western-style area with twin beds, a small table, and chairs. Beyond that was a Japanese-style room with a low table and chairs. It was very comfortable to stay in. As for the bath, I personally thought it was nice, but my husband said it felt cold inside and only used it once at night. Dinner was just as delicious as mentioned in the reviews. In comparison, breakfast left a slightly disappointing impression. Overall, I think this accommodation offers great value for money. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

We stayed as a family trip with three generations. With wonderful facilities, lovely interiors, and delicious drinks and meals, we were able to fully enjoy everything. During our stay, we also enjoyed events such as Mountain Lights and fireworks, making it a truly memorable family trip.

Conveniently located between JR Station and the Otaru Canal, about a 10-minute walk to either. The Room isn’t large, but it’s comfortable enough. The refrigerator is on the small side. The large public bath and open-air bath were great with well-stocked amenities, but bath towels and hand towels are not provided there, so bring them from your Room or request extras at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with each item carefully prepared. Reasonably priced and great value for money.

I stay here every June. The bamboo shoots at dinner and the omelet at breakfast are delicious! Thank you to all the staff for always welcoming me so warmly.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, and both the facilities and the room were spotless. The view of Mt. Yotei from our 6th-floor room was stunning—this is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Surrounded by Niseko’s nature, I was impressed that there were no insects at all in the open-air bath, and that it was so well maintained. The view of Mt. Yotei from the open-air bath was breathtaking. A woman at the front desk told me, “Please try going to the open-air bath while it’s still light,” and I understood exactly why. The next day we couldn’t see the full view, so it was great advice. I had read in a Review that breakfast would be a course-style meal with a choice of Japanese or Western, which I was looking forward to, but it ended up being buffet only—so that was disappointing. The creative course dinner, however, looked beautiful and had gentle flavors—it was absolutely delicious. After dinner, I was moved by the countless stars filling the night sky as seen from the rooftop terrace. I’ve come to love Niseko.

I stayed for one night during a music event in Hanazono. In the Green Season lounge, sparkling wine, beer, and snacks were available from 3:00 pm, and from 5:00 pm draft beer was added along with veggie sticks, shumai dumplings, and croquettes. It was fun to toast with our friends’ family. You can also bring in takeout items from the restaurant. The large public bath with a sauna, cold plunge pool, and open-air bath was great, and the in-room hot spring was wonderful too. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet more than before—especially the stir-fried vegetables and negitoro rice bowl. Egg dishes were brought to our table without having to wait in line. Bar prices were also more reasonable; a bottle of sparkling wine was ¥8,000, which felt very accessible for such a beautiful hotel bar. The room and facilities are always clean and stylish, so I can relax comfortably every time. The staff are consistently pleasant as well. Even in Niseko where staffing is tight, the service is attentive—excellent overall. The shop is small but well curated; I picked up a reasonably priced sparkling wine that looked great too.

This is my regular accommodation in Niseko. The room is spacious, quiet, and offers a good environment. The onsen is relatively large and pleasant, but the thermometer has not been displayed for some time. I used to decide between the outdoor bath and indoor bath based on the temperature difference shown by the thermometer, but now I just test with my hand to decide. There are warning signs about slippery floors, but having some anti-slip mats would provide more reassurance. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Our child was thrilled with the towel bear and fruit that welcomed us in the Room. They quickly came to set up a bed guard, and when I mentioned I was pregnant, they kindly replaced the welcome gift wine with something else. When we were about to go out to Pure, a staff member asked about our child’s height and said, “There may not be much for them to enjoy…,” then suggested an alternative—the gondola that was operating. At both dinner and breakfast, everyone spoke warmly to our child and showed such kindness, and it seemed to spark our child’s interest in English. Our child said this Hotel was the most fun of all, so we plan to join Hilton Club and definitely return in the winter season! Although most of the staff were from overseas and we communicated mainly in English, this Hotel had the best hospitality of any we stayed at during our time in Hokkaido. At first, I wondered what I’d do if I forgot my key card when going to the restroom since there isn’t one in the room, but I got used to it quickly. As you’d expect in Hokkaido, the lobby, lounge, and restaurant have high ceilings and feel spacious, making it feel wonderfully luxurious. The half-buffet with a choice of main dish was very filling and left me completely satisfied. It’s also very convenient, with a supermarket next door and a convenience store right across the street.

A place I’d been wanting to visit for a long time. Our room was upgraded, and we were shown to a Japanese-style room with an adjoining sitting room—and that extra room was wonderful. My husband and I are both self-employed, so we work even while traveling. Having a separate space where we could set up a laptop and get things done was incredibly helpful; it’s often just a sofa, but this time my husband basically took over the adjoining room as his workspace. We were also shown a Western-style room, but we chose the Japanese-style one. The view felt more open from the Japanese-style room, and I was also a bit concerned that in the Western-style bedroom you could see into the open-air bath through glass. If I had been traveling alone, I think I would have chosen the Western-style room. When staying at an onsen ryokan, we bathe multiple times a day—so if you lower the roller screen you lose that sense of openness in the room, but having everything fully visible also felt uncomfortable. The pantry—something I haven’t seen at other accommodations—was extremely convenient. We like to tuck away empty bottles and used glasses, so being able to quickly rinse them at the pantry sink and leave them there kept the main room neat. As for the bath water: since we had stayed in Noboribetsu Onsen the night before, it initially felt a little mild by comparison. But little by little I came to love it—the water had a lovely woody scent. It feels light on the skin yet leaves it smooth. The bathroom amenities (shampoo etc.) were also excellent. My skin is often sensitive so I usually bring my own products, but these were comfortable for me to use. If anything, I would have liked to have had a bathrobe—though perhaps I simply missed it. The meals let us enjoy truly high-quality ingredients prepared deliciously. Nothing felt overdone; while it was slightly more than we usually eat, I think most guests would find it just right. There were many kinds of Hokkaido-specific ingredients as well as items we don’t normally get to try—very satisfying overall. All of the interior design throughout the property felt comfortable; even back in our own room there was an ease that somehow made us feel at home. The view through the windows was calming and refreshing as well. Most of all, every staff member was wonderful—warm and attentive while maintaining just the right amount of distance. It seemed occupancy wasn’t very high that day, which made our stay feel even more relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. The birthday cake was delicious too. We will be back again.

In late autumn in Niseko, I experienced an unparalleled luxurious time at a hospitality-filled hotel nestled among beautifully yellow-tinted mountains. The kind staff, fascinating artworks, and delicious cuisine were all one-of-a-kind, creating the perfect accommodation designed for enjoying peaceful moments. During a morning walk, I had the chance to meet Mr. Grick, and just before check-out, a Long-tailed Tit appeared by the window—these lucky encounters made my stay unforgettable and turned this place into one I am truly glad to have visited. It is an exceptional accommodation that I would love to visit again.

I initially imagined a simple stay due to the Vacation Rental concept, but it turned out to be a very warm and lovely Hotel. The staff greeted us with smiles at the entrance, making the start of our trip pleasant. The Room had slightly simple flooring that echoed footsteps, but even with four family members using the beds, it felt surprisingly spacious without any sense of being cramped. The placement and size of the TV were perfect, naturally bringing our family together to enjoy quality time. Breakfast was served in a semi-buffet style with freshly baked baguettes and savory bacon that were absolutely delicious. The accompanying mayonnaise sauce and grilled vegetables were carefully prepared, making for a delightful morning meal. They also offer hamburgers and have evening service during winter. My husband commented that it was "a breakfast truly fitting for concluding our trip," looking very satisfied. We stayed during an Obon family trip, and the price was extremely reasonable, providing excellent value for money. It was an entirely satisfying stay in every aspect. We look forward to visiting again to enjoy that delicious breakfast once more. Thank you!

The rooms are spacious, and the decor and furniture are tasteful, making it a very relaxing Hotel. Many of the staff members are from overseas, but they are extremely kind, attentive, and pleasant. Even those who aren't fluent in Japanese make an effort to communicate warmly. The Hotel's cozy size gives it a charming atmosphere that feels like being in a small town abroad. It was an enjoyable experience. The food is delicious but lacks delicacy; its dynamic style adds to the international vibe and makes it even more fun. I would love to stay here again!
