With its rich history and tradition, along with the pleasant hospitality of the young staff, we were able to spend a truly comfortable time. I have heard that maintaining a historic building involves many challenges, but I sincerely hope it will be preserved just as it is for years to come. A clean Room, delicious meals, and a wonderful garden We would love to visit again.

The Onsen water was silky and wonderful. We only had breakfast, but there was a wide variety and we were very satisfied... the eel rice ball served as ochazuke with dashi was delicious. It was also nice that they offered tantanmen as a late-night snack. We’d love to visit again.

I made a Reservation for my son’s family. I’m glad the grandchildren seemed to enjoy it as well. We chose buffet-style meals for both dinner and breakfast, and they seemed satisfied being able to pick and eat what they liked. We were also lucky with the weather and were able to spend a wonderful time there.

It’s a Business Hotel close to the station, with a large public bath, and the breakfast is delicious—overall, I think it’s very good. Maybe it was just by chance, but I was a bit surprised because the sound of doors closing—from the floor above or the neighboring Room—echoed loudly. Also, what may have been the sound of drawers was very loud as well. Since it didn’t continue, it didn’t bother me after that. I was able to rest well and had a comfortable stay. If I have another opportunity to visit Yanagawa, I’d like to stay here again.

True to its concept of a day-use hot spring with full Accommodation features, the baths are wonderfully well equipped. The electric bath was so strong it nearly made my body stiff—perfect for enthusiasts? (lol) Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; it was served in a beautiful basket-style set, and I was very satisfied with the quality and variety. The location is ideal for a stay in Yanagawa. The Room felt a bit small for someone with a larger build in the standard type, so next time I may choose an upgraded class. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Many international guests were staying there. During meals, the staff kindly asked if they could serve portions for us and made sure to let us know so that the small children wouldn’t have to wait in line. My grandchildren were very happy as well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here while reuniting with my high school friends for the first time in 53 years. The stay was affordable, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It was great that we could go to the Hotel right after visiting Greenland. The Room had a child’s bed added, which we appreciated, but it made the space very cramped. The Room felt more like a Business Hotel and was different from what we expected. However, the dinner included an all-you-can-drink option, which was very satisfying.

If you request a high-floor, ocean-side room, you can enjoy a wonderful view. Since availability is limited, it may be worth asking in advance. Route Inn breakfasts are generally similar across locations, but this one had a better selection and quality than other Route Inns. By taxi, it’s closer from Nishitetsu Omuta Station.

Since it was a day with a high of 36°C, I was a little worried the room might be hot, but the air conditioning worked well and it was comfortable. The Facility seems a bit old, and there were a few things that caught my attention—like the breaker cover near the floor not staying closed and popping open on its own, and the door being slightly misaligned as if the screws were loose—but overall it was good. Our 5-year-old daughter loved the bunk bed and kept climbing up and down again and again. For meals, we only had the BBQ charcoal set prepared, so we bought meat, vegetables, etc. at a nearby supermarket and had a barbecue. There are supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores close by, which is very convenient. Cooking utensils such as knives, cutting boards, plates, and pots were available indoors. There were also two complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator. For bathing, we went to an Onsen nearby. Even though it was a weekend, it wasn’t very crowded and we could relax. The private family bath was expensive, so we used the large public baths instead—there were various types like a jacuzzi bath and hinoki-wood baths, plus several open-air baths—and it was excellent. It costs 100 yen to lock your shoe locker (refunded later), and I also appreciated that the bath lockers were free. I didn’t realize there was a pool until we arrived, so I wished we had brought swimsuits. Overall we were very satisfied—we’re glad we went.

I stayed here during the Obon holiday. I came thinking, “The view looks nice, and as long as I can sleep well, that’s enough,” but in the best way possible, my expectations were completely exceeded. This time I stayed in a Japanese-style room before the renovation, and it felt very clean. The futon was fluffy, and above all, the view from the window was amazing. The Onsen wasn’t overly large and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, so I was able to unwind at a leisurely pace. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality from the wonderful owner couple and all of the staff. Of course the Accommodation itself is very comfortable, but I think what makes you want to come back is this kind of genuine warmth from people. On top of that, at check-out there was an exclusive service for guests: a photo shoot by the owner, who is also a professional photographer! The beautiful photo data were later sent by email as well—it became an unexpected and very happy memory. I also heard they are continuing to renovate parts of the building little by little even now, so it’s exciting to see how it changes with each visit. I’m really looking forward to seeing what kind of Accommodation it will become in the future. Even though I went planning “just to stay overnight,” I came home with wonderful memories—including the scenery, the Onsen, and meeting such kind people. I would definitely love to visit again. *This isn’t directly related to Hotel services, but please note that the entrance from the street can be a bit hard to find, and some parts of the road leading up to this Accommodation are narrow. If you’re coming by car, it may help to drive carefully on your way here.*

I found this Accommodation by searching for the closest place to stay near the stadium to watch a Hawks farm team game. Just as the front desk staff told me, I was able to get there in a little under 15 minutes while taking a walk through Chikugo Regional Park. I enjoyed the baseball game as well as food and beer at the stadium, and on the way back I took my time strolling back. The large public bath on the rooftop had a great view, and I even enjoyed an early morning bath. It’s not an Onsen; they pump up groundwater and heat it, and it was a wonderful bath with pleasantly soft water. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal with plenty of dishes, and my husband even had seconds of rice. The aonori seaweed miso soup in particular was delicious. Also, the tea prepared in our Room was outstanding—this really is a famous tea region. I made cold-brew tea using chilled water from the water server, and it had such a beautiful green color with a pronounced natural sweetness—excellent. On our way out, we bought tea, aonori seaweed, and miso at the shop. The surroundings were very nice, and we were able to spend our time quietly. The price was reasonable, the staff were helpful, and I’d like to stay again.

We stayed during the May holiday period. On the way, we got caught in traffic jams many times and ended up arriving close to 7:30 p.m. Since we had booked a Plan with dinner included, I felt very sorry, but they welcomed us without showing any displeasure and even offered kind words about the traffic, which made us feel at ease and able to relax. In particular, the slightly older female staff member at reception and the young female staff member in the dining room were wonderfully considerate. We also enjoyed hearing lots of local stories (such as delicacies from the Ariake Sea and why there are no terrace seats in Yanagawa due to mosquitoes), making it a very enjoyable stay. Because we had been eating a lot every day during Golden Week, we chose a minimal Plan without eel, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious—so much so that we thought it might have been worth stretching ourselves to choose a more lavish Plan. The Room was also clean and very nice. The only disappointment was an older female staff member in the dining room at dinner. Even though there was still food left, she tried to clear our plates without asking; we stopped her, but she almost did it again right afterward. I nearly told her to stop it already, but held back because the young staff member mentioned above was so excellent. The only drawback is that there is a big difference in service quality among staff; if you happen to get an unlucky one, your impression may change.

The building is old, but it was very clean, which was great. As other Reviews mentioned, the meals were delicious and very filling. Due to a change in plans, we had to cancel breakfast at short notice and left early in the morning, but we would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The staff were incredibly kind, which truly impressed me. The building felt a bit old, but the Room and restaurant have been renovated and were clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious, yet very reasonably priced—I think this Hotel offers outstanding value for money. I especially recommend the junmai umeshu with a fragrant sake aroma at dinner; it was amazingly good. This is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to return to every year.

We stayed here after a day at Greenland. It was great that it’s close to Greenland. It was our first time staying in a container-style Hotel, but it was spacious enough for two people (me and my child). The TV is placed on the table, so when eating, the TV felt a bit too close and was slightly hard to watch, but it wasn’t a big issue. The frozen breakfast was convenient to quickly eat in the Room on a busy morning. The adult had chicken and burdock rice, and the child had beef pilaf—both were delicious! At night, you can hear noise from trucks passing by out front, so light sleepers might be bothered… But once you fall asleep, it’s fine. Since the Rooms aren’t connected to each other, it was helpful not having to worry even if my child got noisy. I’m giving 4 stars because I noticed quite a few stains on the Room walls, but overall it was comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

Because reviews were so mixed, I entered the Hotel feeling a bit nervous. The parking was close, the Room amenities covered the basics, the bedding was fluffy, and the Room was clean. I can see that opinions may differ about the bath and toilet, but I had no issues. The unit bath was indeed small, so I used the showers in the public bath. I would like to stay here again when visiting Omuta. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed here for a class reunion. It’s close to the station. The Room was very comfortable, and I’d like to make a Reservation again next time.

The Facility itself is new and comfortable. I stayed here to attend a get-together with local classmates, and it was very quiet, clean, and comfortable with minimal contact with other people. I have stayed at other Hotels in Omuta as well, but many are older, so I will stay here from next time on. Thank you very much.

It was a very clean Room. Both the Room and the bathroom were very spacious, and although we stayed with five people, we were able to relax comfortably. However, I had assumed there would be a rice cooker, so I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t one. When we visit Greenland again, we would like to stay here again.
