We stayed for three nights on a Plan with breakfast included. The location near Kaminarimon was convenient, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast bread was incredibly delicious! It was so good that we ate at the Hotel all three mornings. It was also great that the room did not have a unit bath, so we could relax and enjoy a proper bath.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my first stay, and the Hotel was conveniently located with easy access from the station. Not only the Hotel overall, but also the Room was kept clean and comfortable. Above all, every staff member was friendly and treated us with great care, which made our stay truly pleasant. Thank you again. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I have stayed at this Accommodation many times—before, during, and after COVID. Breakfast, the welcome drink, and other services have been thoughtfully adjusted over time, and I have always been very satisfied. However, on this visit there were issues with the facilities. The first Room I was shown had a toilet where water kept running continuously, and the noise was very bothersome. I asked the front desk to change Rooms; the next Room had a broken refrigerator. They kindly moved me again, but that Room had very loud mechanical noise as well. At that point I was too tired to request another change and stayed in that Room. I would like to continue staying here about once or twice a year. Even if some facilities are getting older, I believe that frequent repairs and replacements will resolve these inconveniences and restore the comfortable environment you used to provide. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Grateful for the staff's hospitality! Appreciate the delicious snacks and sake! Enjoy the beautiful night view and footbath along with your drink. A must-visit destination. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, and it was nice that the toilet and bath were separated. The amenities covered the basics, though I would personally have appreciated items like makeup remover as well. The staff were kind and helpful, which made me feel at ease and willing to stay again.
