The staff were very accommodating, and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. It was also great that Marine Messe Fukuoka was within walking distance. It would have been even better if there had been a drain cover in the bathtub (in case something is dropped).

It was comfortable and pleasant.

I stayed for three nights with my child after picking up my mother in Fukuoka. At first, we were assigned a smoking room, but the front desk staff kindly asked if that was okay. When I requested a non-smoking room, they checked availability and moved us to one (additional fee applies). They also helped us by lending an iron, providing extra towels, and patiently answering any questions, which made our stay very pleasant. It was also great to have a coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor available at any time. The location was convenient—within walking distance of Tenjin Station—and I would like to stay again.

It was a very beautiful Hotel. I would love to visit again.

We were looking for a Hotel in the Tenjin area with a room for three adults. Access from Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line was convenient, but the directions say Exit 5 is the closest. For travelers with suitcases, however, the stairs were tough and it was hard to tell which direction the Hotel was in. If you have luggage, I think Exit 3 is better because you can use an escalator. On the way from Exit 3 to the Hotel, you pass Exit 5 anyway, so there isn’t much difference in distance. Since it’s a Hotel and many guests have luggage, I would appreciate clearer guidance on which station exit is best (e.g., “escalator available” or “stairs only”). The Hotel itself was very comfortable. The toothbrush had an eco-friendly design that was a bit difficult to use, but I understand it as cost-saving. Thank you very much.

The location is excellent, right across from Hakata Station. It was very helpful that they could store our luggage before check-in and also after check-out. The front desk staff were kind and helpful as well. This time I stayed with my daughter, but next time I’d like to stay with my husband. Thank you very much.

There were stairs at the entrance, but the staff promptly carried my luggage to the front desk. Even after checkout, they carried it down the stairs and kindly said, “Have a nice day,” so I was able to leave feeling great. There are restaurants nearby; I didn’t use them because I had plans, but it’s convenient that you can eat around the Hotel. The Room was a semi-double, spacious and comfortable, with two chairs. However, it was difficult to adjust the bath water temperature. I was disappointed that there were no basic skincare amenities, but since I could stay at a reasonable price, it was still good. I also appreciate being able to smoke in the Room. I will stay again next time.

It was excellent being right in front of the station.

Check-in and the staff’s response over the phone were kind and helpful. The Room felt clean and looked nice, but it was disappointing to find mold in the bathroom. Also, there were not many amenity options, so overall it felt less satisfying than expected for the price.

The cleaning staff were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you very much.

It was nice to see that Japanese-style dishes were included in the breakfast, which used to be only Western-style. Also, there was a large sign indicating non-alcoholic wine, but it turned out to be real wine with alcohol. I drank it by mistake as they were placed in the same area, so I will be more careful.

This was my first mother-and-daughter trip, so I was nervous about everything from the Reservation onward, but the Hotel staff were kind, and the location was great—perfect for attending my favorite artist’s live show and enjoying sightseeing as well.

Although it was my first stay, I found the property without any trouble. It is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Canal City Hakata. Nakasu and Tenjin are also within walking distance. The area is quiet, and it was a very nice Hotel.

We stayed for one night on a couple's trip. The cleaning was thorough, and we had a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with many famous restaurants nearby, making it hard to choose where to go. Highly recommended for a hotel in this price range.

I stayed here during a concert at Fukuoka Sunpalace, and the location was convenient as it was close to the venue. Although I thought I knew in advance that the front desk was not on the first floor, I was momentarily confused upon arrival. It would be helpful if there were clearer signs near the entrance. Check-in was done via a machine, but with staff assistance, it went smoothly. Check-out was very simple—just dropping the key card into a box inside the elevator. Luggage storage is available through paid coin lockers, which seems to reduce staff requirements; if this helps keep accommodation costs low, it's fine by me. Amenities were provided on the front desk floor and included drinks, skincare products, and bath additives, which were nice touches. There don't seem to be single rooms available; however, staying in a double bed room alone allowed for a comfortable stay. The unit bath is compact and might feel cramped for larger individuals. There’s also a supermarket nearby that stays open late at night, so shopping wasn’t an issue either.

I stayed at Fukuoka Sunpalace, and it was the first time I’ve ever experienced such warm hospitality. I used it as if it were a business hotel, but from the parking guidance to the front desk, and even the staff member who brought my luggage to my room by cart, everyone was truly kind and professional. I stayed in a 9-tatami Japanese-style room, which was spacious and very clean. The bath, toilet, and sink were all separate, making it extremely convenient. For dinner at “Shunsai Washoku Gingga” on the 9th floor, I had the “Mizutaki Course,” and everything—from the appetizers to the sashimi to the main mizutaki hot pot—was absolutely delicious. The evening view from the window and Hakata Port Tower were beautiful, and a staff member kindly explained the scenery. They even made charming conversation related to the restaurant’s name—saying something like, “I have a feeling we might see a shooting star tonight”—and their explanations of both the food and drinks were thoughtful and refined. Experiencing the warmth and reassurance of seasoned hotel professionals made this a truly special stay. When I come back to Fukuoka, I definitely want to stay in this Japanese-style room again!

I stayed here for a business trip. I chose it for the price, and the Room had a space where I could work on my computer, which was helpful (Wi-Fi was slightly weak). Additionally, there were many restaurants nearby, and I was able to find a favorite spot and enjoy Fukuoka.

It was excellent—my first time, but I had a very comfortable stay. It felt like being at home, and I was able to relax and enjoy a pleasant stay. If I come to Fukuoka again, I will definitely choose this Accommodation.

The facilities were stylish and we were very satisfied! The weather was perfect, and the blue sky, sea breeze, and sound of the waves were so soothing. The location was also wonderful. If I may share a couple of points for future consideration: we stayed with our pet, and our pet escaped twice through small gaps near the entrance and at a corner of the dog run. A neighbor noticed right away and helped bring them back, but it was quite nerve-wracking. Also, it would be nice to have a TV in the first-floor bedroom as well. Even so, we were extremely satisfied. We’d love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.
