Incredibly affordable! Top floor. Great value for the price. Coffee machine available. Bottled water provided. Breakfast was good, too. I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate. However, the hot water doesn’t stop automatically, so it almost overflowed before I noticed. If that could be improved, it would be perfect.

The service and the POLA amenities were truly excellent. Unfortunately, many overseas guests may not use the air purifier. When I tried to use it this time, there was a blue straw between the unit and the wall. There was also dust, which was disappointing. There was towel lint on the shelf above the toilet. It was disappointing, especially since Richmond had been recommended to me.

This is my favorite Hotel that I always stay at least one night when traveling to Fukuoka. The rooms feel a bit small, but they are clean and the location is very convenient. The view from the open-air bath in the large public bath was great, and I was very satisfied again this time. During this stay with my baby, they even prepared adorable baby amenities, which made me very happy. I truly appreciate such thoughtful attention to detail. Although the breakfast selection seemed slightly reduced compared to a few years ago and was a bit disappointing, it is still an excellent Hotel overall that makes me want to stay again.

Thank you very much for upgrading our room during our recent stay. We also sincerely appreciate that you allowed us to extend our stay despite being fully booked. I was truly in trouble when an unexpected remote meeting came up in an unfamiliar place, but thanks to your help I was able to attend the meeting without any issues and felt relieved. All of the breakfast dishes were delicious, and the buffet offers a wide variety, making it one of the highlights of staying here. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Both the Room and the large public bath were spacious and very clean, and we were very satisfied. It helped us refresh after the midsummer heat. Thank you very much.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. I also appreciated the late-night soba and the complimentary ice cream after the bath, and it was great to have an Onsen as well. It made me want to stay at other Dormy Inn locations too.

The parking location was a bit difficult to find during our car trip. However, the reception staff and parking attendants kindly guided us, and we were able to park without any issues. We only had breakfast, but it was very delicious—possibly the best among all the accommodations we've stayed at!

We were completely satisfied with the location, price, and service.

First, the front desk service was excellent. Even with automation, it still comes down to people. Good service makes you feel welcome. The Room was also comfortable. I was happy that Tenjin was nearby.

Just one stop from Hakata, about a 4–5 minute walk from Gion Station Exit 2. Carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was tough, but once inside the Hotel it was cool and comfortable, and it was great to be able to rest with the free drinks on the first floor. Nakasu’s yatai food stalls are also within walking distance, and there are nearby attractions like Kushida Shrine and some delicious ramen shops. The Room was clean, and there is a large public bath where I could relax in the tub. However, when I went to the bath after midnight it was crowded. Since visiting the yatai can make it late, I would appreciate it if bathing hours were extended until 2:00 a.m. on weekends. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Kyushu-style options, and everything was very tasty! I’d love to stay here again next time I visit Hakata.

Although it’s located along a main street, the Room was very quiet despite what I expected. Perhaps because it was a weekday, I wasn’t bothered at all by hallway noise, doors opening and closing, sounds from the neighboring Room, or even the ventilation fan and air conditioner—I slept very well. The Room had calm wallpaper and a luggage rack, and the counter-style table along the window was very convenient to use. The bathroom was spacious and extremely clean; I was genuinely impressed by the housekeeping staff’s work. The lobby is connected to the café next door, so I could wait until check-in with delicious coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. Above all, it was reassuring to be able to speak clearly with the front desk staff in their quiet, calm voices. It’s just off Watanabe-dori, so access to Tenjin, Hakata Station, and the airport is great—and being able to get to the dome on a single bus makes the location perfect! The amenity tea was very tasty; if there had also been coffee, it would have been a perfect 5 stars. I’ll stay here again when I come back to Fukuoka.

I booked this hotel because it seemed conveniently located while I was looking for a place to stay in Hakata at the end of my Kyushu trip. It turned out to be the right choice—the location is excellent and made it easy to get anywhere. Tenjin, Yakuin, and Nakasu are all within walking distance. There are also convenience stores, a supermarket, and drugstores nearby. The room was more than spacious enough, with plenty of space for luggage such as suitcases, and the double-sink vanity area was very convenient to use. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Hakata.

This is a very comfortable Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my first stay, and the hotel’s convenient location near the station, the late-night curry, and the excellent breakfast were especially appreciated for a business trip. It’s also close to Nakasu’s yatai food stalls and Tenjin, making it easy to get a feel for the local atmosphere—great for conversation topics during business meetings.

Conveniently located near Hakata Station. The Room was spacious, and it was comfortable even for three people. The breakfast buffet featured dishes made with Kyushu ingredients, and the steamer basket had dim sum. All of the main dishes looked delicious, so it was hard to choose. Thank you for the wonderful meal. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming with a smile. I would like to stay here again next time.

I stayed here for the first time because I needed a coin laundry and had been curious about the property for a while. As part of Daiwa Roynet’s Premier series, the room was functional and very comfortable, with nothing to complain about. However, there was a whitish stain on the seat of the provided office chair, and I didn’t feel like using it... I wish they would have reupholstered or replaced it—very disappointing.

A 3-minute walk from the International Conference Center. This apartment-style extended-stay hotel was very convenient and easy to use. It was simple with no unnecessary extras, and I was satisfied. The breakfast area was a bit small and not very easy to use, but the simple menu was delicious. The bus stop is also nearby, which is convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again when I have business at the International Conference Center or nearby.

First, the Hotel itself was great in terms of cleanliness, location, and security. The bathtub was large enough to stretch out in, and although it’s in a busy area, the Room was quiet and very comfortable. However, what was disappointing was the staff... When I called in advance to change my check-in time (a male staff member), he was very pleasant, and I looked forward to my stay. At check-in—skipping the details—they were polite but never smiled throughout. At check-out as well, I simply placed the key card into a box, but there were four or five male and female staff members nearby doing something, and not a single person spoke to me... so I left quietly. The only person who greeted me during my stay was a foreign female housekeeping staff member in the morning. Even though she seemed busy, she cheerfully said “Good morning!” with a smile, which felt really nice and made me happy. I’ve stayed at many Hotels before and have never once felt unsure about how the staff treated guests, so this was very disappointing. The Hotel itself is good, and I would like to stay again if I have the chance. I also think it’s a recommended Hotel—so I wrote this hoping that this point can be improved.

The breakfast venue and the bath area felt a bit small for the number of guests, and at times we had to wait our turn for the showers. On the other hand, the hot spring was excellent, and ReFa shower heads were well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, especially the motsunabe. It also felt like there were many Korean guests.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Since shoes are not allowed indoors, it was perfect for traveling with our 8-month-old baby who crawls and pulls up to stand. There was also a kitchen where we could wash baby bottles. Having a microwave was great because we could heat up food bought from a convenience store in the room. There were plenty of amenities, including a baby bath, and we were very satisfied.
