The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, which was easy to use and very roomy. Everything was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff’s warm hospitality was outstanding—truly what you would expect from an Okura Hotel. I would love to stay here again

I stayed for two nights on a sudden business trip. Above all, the staff were incredibly pleasant, which was very soothing during my busy schedule. Every staff member was kind and considerate! The Room was clean, equipped with everything I needed, and the bathroom was spotless. Th

This was my second stay. It was a Multiple Night Stay, and I really appreciated that complimentary water was included along with the replacement towels. Many places don’t offer that these days. The building was clean and comfortable to stay in. However, the hallway felt a bit too dark.

After debating between this Hotel and another one, we decided to stay here. The Room was clean and we were very satisfied. The amenities you can choose from in the first-floor lobby were great, and we were especially happy with the Sekkisei set and sheet masks in the Room. The ba

You can enjoy walking to Kiyamachi, Pontocho, and Shinkyogoku. Next to the Hotel is Suya, where you can reflect on Ryoma from the late Edo period. The Hotel offers excellent amenities and is especially accommodating for women. Additionally, you can access the rooftop to enjoy s

The location was excellent, close to the station, Kamo River, and Pontocho. After visiting famous spots like Kiyomizu Temple and Ginkakuji by bus, we checked in around 4 PM. The green view from the glass-walled bathroom was very stylish. The room was clean and comfortable.

This time as well, thanks to the front desk staff’s courteous service, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay with peace of mind. I also appreciate that there are very few times when the front desk is unattended, which feels important for safety. Thank you very much for your

The location was right in the heart of the Kawaramachi downtown area. It was close to the station, with many restaurants nearby, which was great. The Room and bathroom were very clean, so I felt comfortable staying there. The wall-mounted TV felt a bit small. It’s a Hotel with great value for money, and I recommend it.

I’ve tried several nearby Business Hotels, but this Hotel offers the best value for the price, and it has recently become my regular choice. As others have mentioned, all the staff are pleasant and welcoming. Soundproofing is also decent. Personally, I like that there is a water dispenser on each floor (instead of complimentary bottled water), disposable slippers are provided, the shower water pressure is strong, and the roller shade plus curtains can completely block outside light (since I tend to wake up late). Also, while many Business Hotels have a 10:00 check-out time, this one is 11:00. I’d like to thank the staff for supporting such a comfortable stay.

Unexpectedly, I found one that met my conditions and was very pleased. I am satisfied with my stay. I used the large public bath once at night and three times in the morning. Since my second son attends Kyoto University, we visited him from Tokyo during his school festival. As hi

I was surprised at how salty the scrambled eggs in the free breakfast set were (in a funny way), but it’s nice to have a light breakfast included as a service. It was conveniently located near Sanjo-kai Shopping Street, Teramachi Shopping Street, and Shinkyogoku Shopping Street

Therefore, I chose a very reasonable Plan, but I was very pleased with the excellent location and the kindness of the staff. The room was clean. I was satisfied with everything, including the Facility (number of hangers, amenities, etc.). I love Kyoto! Next time, I would like

Located in Kawaramachi Sanjo, it offers convenient access to buses in all directions, as well as subway and Keihan lines. Takashimaya in Shijo and Gion are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making the location excellent. This was my second sta
