This was my first stay. I visit Osaka every 2–3 months, and this hotel provided an outstanding experience in every way. Check-in was smooth, and the amenities were the most extensive I’ve ever seen. Since I take baths more than three times a day, the complimentary bath salts, bath towels, and hand towels were especially appreciated. The 24-hour free drink bar and complimentary alcohol meant there was no need to stop by a convenience store. The free popcorn, chocolate snacks, and candies were also a delightful touch. The room had a smart TV, delicious bottled water in the fridge, and even a microwave in each room. The bathroom and toilet are separate, making it very comfortable. There’s also a jet bath and a TV in the bathroom. There were plenty of amenities inside the room as well—ones I didn’t use myself but would be great for women. With complimentary breakfast service, late-night noodles in the evening, and afternoon tea in the afternoon, there were so many wonderful services included. With prices rising everywhere these days, I almost felt sorry paying this rate for such great value. Every staff member showed exceptional hospitality—I was completely satisfied. The location is excellent as well: Namba Station on the subway line(s), JR Namba Station, and Nankai Namba Station are all within about five minutes’ walk. This is a fantastic hotel that I can confidently recommend to others. It’s definitely a hotel I want to stay at again whenever I’m in Osaka. Thank you very much.

The best part has to be the amenity buffet in front of the lobby. They have not only toner and lotion, but also nose pads, eyeglass wipes, and even items for reducing foot swelling. It’s also nice that they offer drip coffee and tea. Toner and similar items are also available in the large public bath area, along with several types of shampoo and conditioner. The large public bath and sauna are a bit small, but more than sufficient if you avoid peak times. The sauna is set quite hot, and you can relax and fully enjoy the cold tub as well. The vending machine area is well stocked too. There’s an “otsumami” snack gacha, freshly baked bread, and drinks; beer and chu-hai are sold at regular prices or slightly cheaper, which is very helpful. Since it’s located in Americamura (Amemura), it can feel a bit unsafe if you go out at night, but there’s no need to worry because almost everything can be done within the Hotel. The staff are polite as well, and I expect I’ll stay here again.

The staff at the first-floor reception and lobby lounge were very pleasant and made me feel welcome. The Room had a separate washing area, which made bathing very comfortable as well. The variety and quality of the breakfast were excellent—I’d almost like to make this my regular Accommodation in Osaka. Just one thing: at the breakfast restaurant, a man who seemed to be the person in charge was giving quite strict instructions to an older female staff member, and his voice could be heard by guests. It didn’t leave a good impression. That female staff member was working very hard and sincerely.

We enjoyed the night view from our twin room on the 31st floor. The bed mattress was soft and comfortable, and we slept well. For breakfast, we were seated by a window with a beautiful view, which made it even more enjoyable. The breakfast was luxurious and delicious. All of the staff were kind, and we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

It was in the perfect location for a casual stroll—no matter where we wandered, we always ended up back at the hotel, which was a real comfort. There was so much to see that we walked around happily, and of course our feet paid the price... But this hotel has a natural hot spring! Thanks to that, we were able to head home feeling refreshed and full of energy the next day. We were very satisfied. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, we’d love to stay here again.

The lounge is fantastic. The all-you-can-drink beer is irresistible. The Room is very spacious. However, the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. The layout is also unusual, and it’s hard to figure out how to use it. Still, the location near Dotonbori is excellent. Eating your way through Sennichimae Shopping Street is great. There’s also a convenience store nearby. The parking lot is close and there were no issues. Up to 2,500 yen per day. Overall, it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I stayed here when visiting for my favorite artist’s live show. It’s a small Hotel, but the staff were courteous and it felt very clean. The Room is compact with only the basic Facility, but I had no problems during my stay. Amenities are available in front of the front desk, and you can take only what you need back to your Room, which I thought was efficient and waste-free. It’s a bit of a walk from Namba Station, but it’s close to Dotonbori and conveniently located for sightseeing. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. I couldn’t stay for long, but the location was extremely convenient and made getting around easy. I’d love to stay here again when I’m in Osaka.

This was my first time staying here. I often come to Osaka on business trips. I looked for accommodation near Namba, as close to the station as possible, with breakfast included. The clear directions from the station to the hotel were very helpful. The breakfast was proper and delicious, not like something from a budget chain hotel. I will make this my regular accommodation for Osaka business trips.

It was clean, well located, and reasonably priced, so I stayed here again.

The Room and the entire property were clean, the Facility was new, amenities were well provided, and the value for money was excellent.

As there was availability, we were upgraded for free from a Standard Room to a Superior Room. The in-room washing machine was very helpful, especially since I had forgotten some underwear during the summer. The Room was spacious and the bed was large, making our stay very comfortable. However, the lighting overall was quite dim and hard to see. The bathroom also had a light, but it was so dark that it was difficult to tell whether it was on or off. The staff were very courteous. I wanted to use the late checkout until 1:00 PM offered for posting a Review, but when I mentioned that I could only post the Review after 1:00 PM, they said checking out at 1:00 PM would still be fine. I called during the busy morning checkout time, but thank you for your pleasant and helpful response.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. This was my second stay, and both the Room and the bathroom were clean and quiet. I would like to stay here again.

I used the spa sauna twice, on the first and second days. There were always clean towels, bathrobes, and amenities available, and the high-temperature sauna was very relaxing! Perhaps for eco-friendly reasons, there are fewer amenities in the Room. Even though two of us stayed, there was only one set of cotton pads and swabs. The slippers were plush and very nice. The staff were extremely helpful. Even the international staff spoke in a Kansai dialect, which left a great impression.

This was my second stay. This time, I chose the plan with breakfast included. There was a wide variety of options, and I left feeling very full. It was delicious!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The water dispenser and coffee service at the front desk were much appreciated. The foot massager in the Room was also a great touch. I would love to stay here again!

I had a great stay at The Tower before, so this time I chose the Shinsaibashi area! It was very convenient, close to the downtown area. Both the bath and sauna were clean.

We stayed for one night as a family, and the room was very clean. The children seemed to enjoy playing on the bunk beds! We would like to use it again if we have the opportunity.
