I stayed here during a trip to Osaka. The price was reasonable, and there were TV games and karaoke, plus plenty of amenities (a wide variety of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap). There were also free all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and popcorn. You can also make your own ramen for free (up to one serving per person), which the kids really enjoyed. The 4-person Room was comfortable, with bunk beds, a large bed that could easily sleep two people, and a spacious bath. The Hotel’s affiliated parking was also free, making it a great Hotel for family trips. It was not only convenient for sightseeing in Namba and Shinsaibashi, but also very well located for getting around by train. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Osaka next time.

I was excited to return again this time. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see the sunset I had been looking forward to, but more than making up for it, the Club Lounge staff were wonderful with their warm smiles. In particular, the attentive care and refined hospitality of the female staff made me feel they further elevated the Hotel’s sense of quality. I enjoyed a consistently comfortable, luxurious, and soothing stay. I would love to visit again.

Close to the station, with great convenience, a clean Room, and plenty of amenities. Above all, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Even when taking photos, a staff member kindly offered assistance, which made our stay comfortable. The meals were delicious as well—we were very satisfied. Thank you very much. However, it was disappointing that the window design seems difficult to clean and there was some dirt on it. I looked into it and it seems this was anticipated, but perhaps it turned out to be more challenging than expected.

Every Richmond Hotel is wonderful, no matter the location! This Room was prepared exactly as I requested in advance, it was spacious, the bathroom was reasonably large, and the cleaning was perfect—there were zero complaints. If I had more time, I’d love to stay long-term. I’ll definitely stay again if I have the chance!!

I only stayed overnight and didn’t have any meals, but the Facility was very clean. Whenever I messaged via LINE, I got an immediate reply, and the explanations were provided by video, so there was no need to talk back and forth, which allowed me to secure plenty of personal time. I’d like to use it again.

All staff members, regardless of their position, provide exceptional and pleasant service. In particular, the housekeeping team did an incredibly thorough job, allowing for a very comfortable stay. Every staff member greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to stay during the Expo. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and coin laundry nearby. This is my second time staying here. For meals, both sushi rice and plain white rice are available, making it hard not to go for seconds! The egg yolks are rich, so I highly recommend trying TKG (tamago kake gohan). The large public bath offers a shampoo bar and even has a covered open-air bath—perfect for relaxing as long as you like. Free iced tea, coffee, snacks like rice crackers, and cookies were also delightful touches. True to its name "Namba," I walked back from Namba Station and even explored Shinsekai on foot. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!

The service, rooms, and breakfast were all great—but the breakfast selection was incredible! Eel, pickled plums, acacia honey, cheese, vegetable juice, and more. There were so many carefully chosen items that I wanted to try but couldn’t fit in everything, so I’ll save them for next time (lol). During the busy breakfast hours, a staff member helped me out. They seemed a little surprised but were happy about it. It’s also close to JR Namba Station and the West Exit of Osaka-Namba Station. You can get to the Hotel without getting wet, and there’s a Life supermarket open until midnight nearby—so we had no trouble at all.

The room is by far the most spacious in its price range. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the toilet has an Otohime sound-masking device, so my wife was happy. The amenities are more than sufficient, and the Room is clean. Most guests are foreigners, but there’s absolutely no inconvenience for Japanese guests. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay and had no complaints at all. I’d like to stay again. The nightwear is unisex by default, so it might not fit larger men. I’m 175 cm / 73 kg and it felt a bit tight. They may offer loaner sizes as well. Coin laundry: washing 100 yen; drying 200 yen per 20 minutes. In standard rooms, the hair dryer is a Panasonic model that costs around 5,000 yen. Small packs of cleansing oil, toner, emulsion (lotion), face wash, etc.—the kind that’s fairly pricey (according to my wife)—are available for free. The shower water pressure is good too. There’s also a convenience store just a 1-minute walk away, which is very convenient.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was our first stay, and we used it as our Accommodation in Namba after the Yoshimoto Shinkigeki show. [Room & Amenities] This time, we stayed in the “Swiss Executive Room King.” The amenities were standard, but the view from the Room was amazing—perhaps because it was on the 32nd floor. Since the Hotel is built above the Nankai Railway terminal, it’s a dream for train lovers. [Staff & Service] The front desk staff were excellent. Hotel parking is a bit pricey at JPY 3,300 since it’s in central Namba, but given how convenient the location is, it didn’t bother us. Also, because we stayed in an executive room, we could use the lounge. It was great to grab a bite before Yoshimoto Shinkigeki. [Onsen / Bath] The bathroom in the Room had a shower-over-bathtub setup. Since it’s an older property, I suppose that’s to be expected—nothing special, just standard. [Facility & Equipment] The Facility does feel dated in places, but as you’d expect from a Swiss Hotel, the clock near the entrance left a strong impression. The next morning (as part of Takashimaya), browsing watches at WatchMaison was also irresistible for watch lovers. We also used the pool—the glass ceiling made it feel wonderfully open and refreshing. [Dining] Dinner was difficult because Yoshimoto Shinkigeki ended around 10:30 p.m., and most nearby restaurants were already closed. Since our family doesn’t drink alcohol, we struggled to find somewhere to eat. However, venues on the 36th floor of the Hotel were open late. We had dinner at Table36—the view was spectacular and everything tasted great. Our daughter loved the view so much that instead of having breakfast on the 33rd floor breakfast venue, we chose to dine on the 36th floor as well. Breakfast there was also excellent. [Overall Satisfaction] Overall, we were very satisfied. We plan to stay here again when sightseeing in Namba. Highly recommended!

A newly opened APA Hotel—since it’s a resort, it met my expectations. It was clean and stylishly designed. There were plenty of elevators, the lobby was spacious, and the staff were polite—overall a wonderful Hotel. The large public bath was also spacious and had a sauna, but I was concerned about some overseas guests’ manners. Many people got into the bath without washing first, and in the sauna some went straight into the cold bath without rinsing off their sweat in the shower, or headed to the locker Room without drying off. I wish there were easy-to-understand etiquette notes in each Room in multiple languages. It felt like they simply didn’t know the rules. I also thought having a slipper rack inside the lockers was a great idea. I did notice dirt building up in both corners of the hallway, but inside the Room was clean. What made me especially happy this time was the gentle tone of voice from the parking fee attendant, and their thoughtful service, such as offering me a chair—I really appreciated it. The person who gave directions also kindly explained how to get there, for which I’m grateful. I was able to head home feeling good.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. I couldn’t stay for long, but the location was extremely convenient and made getting around easy. I’d love to stay here again when I’m in Osaka.

Used for sightseeing in Osaka. Located about a 4-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station. Close to Takashimaya, Namba Walk, and Midosuji Namba area with excellent access. Approximately 30 minutes to the Expo venue. There is a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants are located within the shopping street nearby. Although there were many international visitors, the accommodation was quiet during my stay. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

The abundance of amenities is unparalleled. The drawback is that it's a bit of a walk from Namba Station. However, it's quiet because of that.

This was my first time staying here. I often come to Osaka on business trips. I looked for accommodation near Namba, as close to the station as possible, with breakfast included. The clear directions from the station to the hotel were very helpful. The breakfast was proper and delicious, not like something from a budget chain hotel. I will make this my regular accommodation for Osaka business trips.

With great access and located at the entrance to the downtown area, it is very convenient. I returned to the Hotel late and couldn’t use the large public bath, but I was happy to hear that the Room bath is also supplied with Onsen water. The staff have a great atmosphere as well.

This was my second stay. After work, I checked in late with a colleague, but the staff kindly assisted us. It was quiet, and I was able to rest well until morning. The makeup mirror was great. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my first stay here. The twin Room was quiet, not too small, and very comfortable. I was happy to find bath salts in the bathroom. There were stick coffee packets in the Room, but there was no sugar or stirrer, so it would have been nice to have those as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Located just steps from the subway exit. Despite my late arrival, the staff provided courteous service, which was very reassuring. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
