Close to Dotonbori, quiet, and in a prime location! Separate toilet and bathroom at an unbeatable price!

It was in a convenient location, and I’m glad it was a new Hotel. It was disappointing that the large public bath was a bit small. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

From check-in to check-out, it was almost entirely self-service. When I asked questions, the staff responded very politely. It’s close to Nippombashi Station, making it an ideal location for sightseeing by subway, and the Hotel itself felt clean. However, I couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room window, and there was litter on the roads around the Hotel and some people who seemed rough, which made me feel uneasy—so 4 stars. The bath in the Room is large enough to stretch out in, so 5 stars. For amenities, I would have liked women’s skincare items such as toner and makeup remover, so 4 stars. The frozen breakfast items were average, so 3 stars. It’s also conveniently located for visiting Namba and Kyocera Dome Osaka, so I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed here after visiting the Expo and planned to enjoy Dotonbori. The front desk service was excellent, and I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, and I was very satisfied.

I stayed here with my daughter and her husband while traveling back to our hometown, and we were looking for a smoking Room, so I was glad we could book two Rooms. Even though the price was low, the Hotel was clean and very comfortable. We could also walk to Osaka’s lively areas, so the location was great. We were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to attend a concert at Kyocera Dome. I chose this Hotel because it was conveniently located for the dome and I was able to book it at a good price even during Silver Week. It’s in a lively downtown area, and both outside and inside had a very bustling atmosphere, which made my stay enjoyable. Depending on the time of day, the lobby offered complimentary soft drinks, ice cream, alcohol, ramen, and more. The staff were pleasant and helpful as well, so I’d like to stay here again. Given how convenient the location is and how reasonably priced the stay was, I didn’t mind that some of the Facilities and interior felt a bit old. However, the bathroom drain clogged easily, which was slightly inconvenient. Still, it became a great memory along with the concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

Thank you for your stay. We appreciate your feedback. Please note that there are areas within the facility where Wi-Fi is unavailable, and we will work on improving this.

The most impressive aspect was the staff, who were always smiling and seemed to enjoy their work. It allowed me to start my day feeling refreshed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The water dispenser and coffee service at the front desk were much appreciated. The foot massager in the Room was also a great touch. I would love to stay here again!

The front entrance was spacious and had a sense of openness. We were able to store our luggage smoothly before check-in, making it stress-free to head out for sightseeing. The room was a bit challenging in terms of luggage space, but we managed since it was a family trip. The bed height was perfect—slept like a baby! It would have been nice to have permanent slippers instead of disposable ones. As for the breakfast buffet, the rice felt a bit hard and the bread slightly dry, but the side dishes were well-seasoned and plentiful. Although it was peak season with many guests and some congestion, the overall volume made up for it! I would love to stay here again.

Although it’s in a lively area, it was quiet and very nice.

The staff were very attentive, and we were satisfied with the breakfast.

I stayed here for the Expo. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was also very delicious. The Room was clean and comfortable to use. I look forward to staying again if I have the chance.

I stayed here to visit the Expo. Surprisingly close to the station, with Dotonbori and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location. The room was a separate type for 5 people. It was very simple but clean, with separate bath and toilet facilities, which was great. Several staff members were present even late at night, all of whom were polite and very kind. Although my stay was short at about 10 hours, I was very satisfied.

The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, and since it was extremely hot, I was deeply impressed by the frozen water bottle provided at checkout.

The front desk service was excellent and very pleasant. The bath was clean, nostalgic, and at just the right temperature. The Room is small but absolutely no problem! I will definitely stay here again.

The Onsen was nice, and the staff's service was also good. It's unique to have a style where you take off your shoes and store them in a shoe locker, which you don't find elsewhere.

It was during a holiday period, but I was able to stay at a great rate with an early Reservation. For a 3-night Multiple Night Stay, the Plan included one cleaning; they confirmed the preferred cleaning day at check-in, but I forgot to place the “cleaning requested” magnet outside the door on the day, so it was not cleaned. Please keep this in mind if you plan to stay.\nThe unit bath and bathtub are on the small side. It was a 4-bed Room, and it felt like there were capsule-hotel-style beds inside the Room. The mattresses are slightly firm but comfortable enough.\nThe staff were kind as well. It’s close to Namba Station and Nipponbashi Station, making it convenient for sightseeing.

After checking in and leaving my luggage, I returned from shopping and opened the curtains, only to find a building wall right in front of me—I couldn’t see outside or the sky at all, and it felt like a storage room. Since I was staying for three nights, I didn’t like that, so I called the front desk to request a Room change. They responded immediately and moved me to a Room where I could see outside and the sky, which was a relief. The next day when I came back from going out, it felt unsettling as if someone had been in the Room. When I checked, only the towels had been replaced and the trash removed—so it was clear staff had entered—but there was no proper bed-making; the pillows were just stacked, and my pajamas were still on the floor. It made me very uncomfortable. I told the front desk but received only a brief apology. Apparently I should have put up “Do Not Disturb” on the door, but I wish they provided cards such as “No Cleaning” or “Do Not Enter.” Breakfast changed slightly each morning with different side dishes; there was just the right amount of salad and other items—not too much or too little—and it tasted better than at similar hotels. For this rate with breakfast included, it felt like good value. The Room was compact but comfortable enough to relax with a double bed. Although I had some complaints, overall my stay was comfortable, and I would like to use this Hotel again when visiting Osaka.
