I stayed here a few times several years ago, but recently I noticed the name was no longer listed on the site. When I had a chance to visit Osaka and checked the site again, I saw photos of a building I recognized, even though it was under a different name, so I made a Reservation right away. The front desk service and the in-room amenities—such as toiletries and towels—were far better than before. If I have another opportunity to visit Osaka, I would be happy to stay here again.

I contacted the property as I was unlikely to make it in time for check-in, and received a very pleasant response over the phone. The Room was more spacious than expected, and having separate toilet and bath facilities was a plus. With a market and convenience store nearby, it was convenient for dining. I had a relaxing stay. Thank you!

I made a Reservation early to visit the Expo. Looking for a Hotel with direct subway access to the Expo venue, triple rooms, and separate bath and toilet facilities, I found this Hotel perfectly matched my needs. From Honmachi Station on the Chuo Line, it felt a bit far to walk to the nearest exit of the Hotel after being tired from walking at the Expo. However, once above ground, it was less than a 2-minute walk to reach the Hotel. The building is not large, with three Rooms per floor; I liked how close each Room was after getting off the elevator. The entrance had lattice doors that gave it a stylish Japanese feel. The Room was very spacious and had a calm atmosphere; both the toilet and bathroom were clean as well. However, there is about a 20cm step at the entrance of the washroom area that requires caution during nighttime visits to avoid tripping. The refrigerator in our Room included a freezer compartment where we could store ice cream purchased from nearby stores—this was delightful! Additionally, having access to a coffee machine allowed us to enjoy delicious coffee in the morning—a great touch! My companion also expressed joy about staying at such an excellent Hotel!

Since it was a snowy day, no one came out of their Room, and I watched TV alone in the shared space. There were a few foreign guests, but no one was noisy, so I could relax. As expected from a guesthouse, plates and cups are available for use.

The staff were all smiling and responded pleasantly. I was a bit worried about staying in winter since the washing machine didn't seem to double as a dryer, but the bathroom's drying function was excellent! I was able to spend a comfortable time with my daughters. If I were to be a bit indulgent, it would have been nice to have plates for each type according to the number of people. The location is also very convenient, and it has become a Hotel I want to repeat. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I arrived late at the accommodation, but they kindly accommodated me, which was very helpful. Thank you. The amenities were well-prepared, and I had a very comfortable stay. The cats were adorable and soothing. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night for sightseeing in Osaka. The front desk service was good, and the room was equipped with a microwave, tableware, and a washer-dryer, so I could travel with minimal clothing, which was very helpful. Dotonbori and Tsutenkaku were within walking distance, allowing me to fully enjoy my limited time. I would definitely like to use this Hotel again. Thank you for your hospitality this time.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family during our Obon trip. Upon arrival, the owner couple welcomed us with kind explanations and thoughtful hospitality. Although we hadn't planned our itinerary, they provided helpful advice. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby, similar to a wholesale fish market, at Kuromon Market, which was very convenient. The location is excellent as you can walk to Namba. There are also many coin parking lots nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with stylish and well-thought-out interiors. Above all, the warm hospitality of the owner couple was truly heartwarming. Having stayed in non-face-to-face apartment-style accommodations in recent years, it was refreshing to experience such a pleasant trip again. Thank you very much!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The Room was spacious, and the cleaning was perfect—I was very satisfied. If I had to mention one thing, it was very disappointing that the amenities were only at a Business Hotel level.

We stayed here for our visit to the Kansai Expo. The hotel kindly stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful. The Room was spacious, and there was a large public bath, making it very comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant and made our stay extremely enjoyable.

I stayed here with my daughter and her husband while traveling back to our hometown, and we were looking for a smoking Room, so I was glad we could book two Rooms. Even though the price was low, the Hotel was clean and very comfortable. We could also walk to Osaka’s lively areas, so the location was great. We were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our Shiba Inu. The bath is spacious and very relaxing. There are places nearby for walks, and there are also pet-friendly restaurants, so everyone was happy. The reception staff and other employees provide excellent service. We will definitely visit again in the near future.

We stayed for one night as a family, and the room was very clean. The children seemed to enjoy playing on the bunk beds! We would like to use it again if we have the opportunity.

It was in a convenient location, and I’m glad it was a new Hotel. It was disappointing that the large public bath was a bit small. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

I chose it because it was close to the destination. From the lobby to the Room, it was neat and tidy without any extra items, which was nice. The bath was spacious and nice. I don't think the morning bread was handmade by a bakery(?), but there were croissants, pancakes, salad, and soup, which were quite filling. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again next time.

Thank you for your continued support. I often book a Multiple Night Stay, and it’s very comfortable. I was a bit confused by the check-in procedure the first time, but from the second stay onward I understood how it works and was able to check in easily. I plan to stay again in the future. It was disappointing that there were no bottled water provided. However, having a microwave was very helpful for a Multiple Night Stay. If I had to be picky, I would have liked a toaster as well.

We stayed in the main building with three people. The Room was clean and very spacious, so we could relax comfortably. The front desk staff were very kind and responded to our requests with a smile. Thank you. It’s also close to the station, which was very convenient, and we would like to stay again. It would be even better if cleansing oil and lotion were available in the main building as well. The freshly made breakfast sandwiches were filling and delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here again. I often travel to the Tennoji and Umeda areas for work, so it’s really convenient to get there directly by subway or on the Osaka Loop Line! I also explored the neighborhood, and the quiet residential area and historic streetscape were exactly what I was looking for—it reminded me what a great location this is. I heard at the front desk that bicycles are available to borrow, so next time I’d like to expand my range a bit more!

With only three reception counters for the number of rooms, it tends to get crowded. Even for temporary luggage storage or pickup, you may end up waiting quite a while. It was surprising that a staff member wearing a Hotel polo shirt and doing delivery work couldn’t communicate in Japanese—perhaps because there are many foreign guests. They weren’t unfriendly and tried to understand what I meant, so it wasn’t unpleasant. It felt like dealing with an “omoni”-type person, but English worked. I told them at check-in that I would be checking out late, but at 12:15 the next day my room was called and I was asked, “It’s checkout time—are you planning to extend your stay?” Communication between staff may not be well coordinated. Other Reviews mention this too, so it seems nothing has been improved for a long time. There was no apology at checkout either. Ice must be requested by phone; when I called at night I was told “We’ll bring it,” but it never arrived. Overall, it felt understaffed and unable to provide proper service. That said, it didn’t feel like individual negligence, so there was no sense of disgust—I ended up thinking, “Well, it can’t be helped.”

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was reasonably clean. The bed is large, so sitting on the chair and using the desk can be a bit inconvenient, but it’s not an issue depending on your needs. The bed was firm, which I personally prefer, so I slept very well. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!
