It was my first stay in a while, and the floor had a calm atmosphere. The Room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and clearly well maintained with an excellent sense of cleanliness. Above all, every staff member was courteous and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. Choosing this property for my time in Osaka was absolutely the right decision. I would love to stay again when I have the opportunity, and I look forward to seeing you then.

Because the amenities provided in the room and lobby are minimal, I felt it would be better to bring your own items for a more comfortable stay. Other than that, both the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and there were plenty of power outlets, which made it convenient to use various devices in different areas.

I stayed for three nights in early September. All of the staff were pleasant, kind, and efficient, which left a great impression. The location was convenient with good transport access, and there were several convenience stores and commercial buildings nearby. I plan to stay here again next time.

I booked this hotel for its convenient access to the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the station, the location is great, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. By chance, my room had a window facing toward the Yodogawa area, so I decided to stay in and see if I could watch the fireworks. In the end, I was able to see them clearly (though a building in front blocked part of the view). Because of the hotel’s diamond-shaped layout, it seems only a limited number of rooms would have this view, but I could open the window and even hear the sound—an experience I was very satisfied with. The restaurant at night was fully booked, but since it’s on the top floor, I’m sure it offered a beautiful view of the fireworks. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious; I enjoyed it comfortably while taking in the great view. I’d love to stay again.

The room was more spacious than I expected, and although it was along the main road, it was quiet. There is a Chateraise on the first floor, but unfortunately I couldn’t go during its opening hours. I came by car; the hotel itself doesn’t have parking, but there are plenty of parking lots nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. The only disappointing thing was that the shower head holder was dirty—I felt like using mold remover to clean it. Other than that, everything else seemed properly cleaned. There were amenities available at the front desk, so I didn’t have any trouble. If you can stay at that price, it’s a great place and highly recommended.

I stayed in an assigned Queen Room. The Room was compact, but the high ceiling made it feel open and not cramped. The bed was queen-size, and both the mattress and especially the pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. There was no bathtub, but there were three shower settings with strong water pressure, and everything felt clean—more than enough for a one-night stay. I made a Reservation during a sale thinking it would be just for sleeping, but overall the property felt new and very clean, and I was extremely satisfied with the value for the price.

I always stay here when I’m in Osaka. I understand that breakfast can’t vary much, but even over two nights the only change is swapping yakisoba and spaghetti, so I’d appreciate a bit more variety. Compared to before, the fruit has been replaced with jelly, which feels a little disappointing, but I’m always full. The spa is excellent—you can enjoy it both before and after check-in and check-out. Personally, I think I prefer the Asian zone.

I stayed for two nights starting on 9/18. As it was my first stay, I wasn’t used to operating the machines and caused some trouble for the staff, but they assisted me each time with great care and kindness, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, and there were takoyaki (perhaps unique to Osaka?), which made for great conversation and a pleasant start to the day. Since I was staying multiple nights, I used the coin laundry; it was a very convenient system, and I truly appreciate how quickly and politely they responded to additional requests. Because it was a four-person room, it felt a bit cramped for four adults, and it was inconvenient that there was no wash basin in the bathroom. Thanks to the location, accessibility was excellent, and if I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. In a word: it was amazing! It’s the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back even while you’re still staying. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were surrounded by an extraordinary atmosphere—it felt like a special time was beginning. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the view was stunning! We were also truly happy with the anniversary surprise. Thank you so much. The lounge service and ambiance were wonderful as well, and we could relax while enjoying the view. The pool had soothing music and slightly dim lighting, creating a calm atmosphere where we could unwind. All of the staff were kind, which made our stay very pleasant. The bedtime chocolates were delicious too. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we were especially impressed by how good the roast beef was! We’re really glad we chose this hotel for our anniversary—it has become one of our favorites. We’d love to stay again!

The Room is compact, but it is sufficient for a solo stay. At check-in, a female staff member came over right away and explained everything. Another female staff member also answered my questions politely. Both of them provided excellent service. As expected from APA Hotel. I also like APA Hotel’s high bed. I did not use the Onsen, so I rated it 1.

This was our second stay, and just like last time, we received the best hospitality. The best part of this property is that they can look after our car before check-in. Not having to worry about where to park is a huge help. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were kind and made me feel at ease. The Hotel was clean, and the Room was also spotless and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I felt it was a great-value Hotel.

It was truly just a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station’s East Exit. There is also a large public bath, which is great when traveling with friends since you don’t have to wait your turn. However, it does get crowded at night. The changing area isn’t very spacious either, so if you can go earlier, make the bath a priority!

When I stayed in a single Room last time, the location was excellent, but I felt the walls were a bit thin. This time I used a twin Room by myself, and since it was spacious, I didn’t notice the thin walls at all and had a very comfortable stay. There were more than enough amenities and towels, and personally I also appreciated the sofa, table, and plenty of power outlets. A shower booth was fine, but it would have been even better if there had been a bathtub as well. If I had to mention one thing, there weren’t many trash bins considering the size of the Room, which was inconvenient. That’s about the only downside. The luggage storage after checkout was very helpful, and with convenience stores, restaurants, the subway, and JR all nearby, it’s extremely convenient.

Thank you for your hospitality. The property is close to Shin-Osaka Station, reasonably priced, and I was very satisfied. I will use it again the next time I visit Osaka. Thank you in advance.

Nearby is Kuromon Market, and a short walk will take you to Namba Grand Kagetsu (NGK) and Ura-Namba, with plenty of places to eat and shop—an extremely convenient location. It’s quiet at night so you can sleep well, and the value for money is excellent.

The Room and the entire property were clean, the Facility was new, amenities were well provided, and the value for money was excellent.

I hesitated when booking because the room was under 20 m² and the bathtub was not separate, but it had good reviews and I booked late with no other options. It felt surprisingly spacious for the size, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean—none of the water stains or dark buildup that usually make me prefer a separate bath area. I got hooked on the restaurant’s yogurt and granola, so I added breakfast on the day. It’s quite far from the station ticket gates, it gets dark at night, and it’s a shame there’s no convenience store on the way from the station—but I’ll stay again if I need a place in a pinch.

Due to an urgent matter, I couldn’t make it in time for check-in, and when you called, you handled it very politely. The Room was simple but very clean, with warm tones that made it feel welcoming. Since I booked a Plan without meals, I’d like to make a Reservation with a meal-included Plan the next time I visit Osaka.

At check-in, even though I had a Reservation, the wait after scanning the QR code felt long. Also, this time—though I may have simply missed it—I don’t think the staff at the front desk greeted me. Well, I guess I haven’t spent enough to deserve a greeting.
