We stayed as a family! Since the price was quite reasonable, we didn’t have high expectations, but we were very satisfied and our kids were able to enjoy the stay too. What was great! - Our whole family could stay in the same room, and it was reasonably spacious. - Separate bath and toilet (the toilet is in the changing area, but it didn’t bother us at all). - A studio-style layout like an apartment, and you can take off your shoes inside. - Large TV. - Welcome drinks on the first floor with unlimited refills (limited hours). - Keyless entry with a PIN code. - Great location. What was disappointing! - The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t very good. - There’s only one elevator for the building, so we sometimes couldn’t get on and had long waits. - No parking (there are several nearby lots, but we had to drive around comparing prices). - We didn’t receive our check-in reservation number and were worried… but there was a staff member there who helped us. I think check-in is basically unmanned. Our kids rated it highly too, so we’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much!

After checking in and leaving my luggage, I returned from shopping and opened the curtains, only to find a building wall right in front of me—I couldn’t see outside or the sky at all, and it felt like a storage room. Since I was staying for three nights, I didn’t like that, so I called the front desk to request a Room change. They responded immediately and moved me to a Room where I could see outside and the sky, which was a relief. The next day when I came back from going out, it felt unsettling as if someone had been in the Room. When I checked, only the towels had been replaced and the trash removed—so it was clear staff had entered—but there was no proper bed-making; the pillows were just stacked, and my pajamas were still on the floor. It made me very uncomfortable. I told the front desk but received only a brief apology. Apparently I should have put up “Do Not Disturb” on the door, but I wish they provided cards such as “No Cleaning” or “Do Not Enter.” Breakfast changed slightly each morning with different side dishes; there was just the right amount of salad and other items—not too much or too little—and it tasted better than at similar hotels. For this rate with breakfast included, it felt like good value. The Room was compact but comfortable enough to relax with a double bed. Although I had some complaints, overall my stay was comfortable, and I would like to use this Hotel again when visiting Osaka.

This was the cleanest place I’ve stayed so far.

I liked how the staff were casual and friendly. The 1st-floor restaurant also had a great vibe with its music and furniture, making my stay enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the Room toilet and toilet paper were too far away, and the bidet was difficult to use.

We stayed as a family of four. Bath: Unit bath Toilet: Separate Room: Tatami Meals: None; breakfast available (we left early, so we didn’t eat). Overall, it was clean and good value for money. It felt like a business hotel for families! Since it’s on the street by Tsutenkaku, we were able to fully enjoy Osaka.

I stayed for three nights to visit the Expo. It was mid-September, and I paid just under 7,000 yen per night. The Hotel is close to the station, has a large public bath, and the breakfast was quite delicious. Although it is far from the city center, it is a highly valuable Hotel depending on your purpose, and I would like to stay again. Honestly, the women's public bath is small with only four washing stations, but I had it all to myself during my stay.

I stayed here after watching a video introduced by a YouTuber. Since it was during the Expo period and prices in the city center had surged, I chose this Accommodation a little farther out. The staff were kind and taught me various things about the town. It was a No Meals Included Plan, but I paid to visit Ebisu-yu. As someone who loves public baths, Ebisu-yu had Showa-era pop songs playing and the atmosphere was fantastic! I grabbed breakfast at a convenience store. In the Room I stayed in, the shower was shared with other guests. There is a women’s shower on the second floor, and while it can be locked from inside, if no one is using it, honestly anyone could enter. That made me feel a bit uneasy about security. The toilet area in the Room has a sink and mirror, but because the walls are dark and the lighting is like a spotlight, it wasn’t suitable for doing makeup. The price is reasonable, so I think these issues are within an acceptable range. If I stay again next time, I’d like to book an entire building rental.

Although it’s in a lively area, it was quiet and very nice.

Thank you for your stay. We appreciate your feedback. Please note that there are areas within the facility where Wi-Fi is unavailable, and we will work on improving this.

The staff were very attentive, and we were satisfied with the breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, and since it was extremely hot, I was deeply impressed by the frozen water bottle provided at checkout.

It was during a holiday period, but I was able to stay at a great rate with an early Reservation. For a 3-night Multiple Night Stay, the Plan included one cleaning; they confirmed the preferred cleaning day at check-in, but I forgot to place the “cleaning requested” magnet outside the door on the day, so it was not cleaned. Please keep this in mind if you plan to stay.\nThe unit bath and bathtub are on the small side. It was a 4-bed Room, and it felt like there were capsule-hotel-style beds inside the Room. The mattresses are slightly firm but comfortable enough.\nThe staff were kind as well. It’s close to Namba Station and Nipponbashi Station, making it convenient for sightseeing.

Close to Dotonbori, quiet, and in a prime location! Separate toilet and bathroom at an unbeatable price!

The Facilities are new and clean, and the late check-out time allowed us to relax and take our time. The welcome drinks were available even after breakfast service ended, so we enjoyed them before departure. There is also a convenience store very close by, so you shouldn’t have any trouble.

Close to the station and surrounded by restaurants, the Hotel is very convenient. The Room had a separate sink, making it very user-friendly. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

I used this Hotel for the Expo. My wife contacted the Hotel in advance to confirm some details, and the staff member who answered was very kind and knowledgeable about the Expo, having been there multiple times. They provided us with helpful information. Since we had large luggage, we asked if they could hold it before check-in, and they kindly stored it both before and after check-in, which was a great help for our visit to the Expo. The room was clean, and being located near the station made it very convenient for transportation. If I have another opportunity like this, I would definitely use this Hotel again. Thank you to the staff member who kindly assisted us over the phone, as well as all other employees for their excellent service!

The service was simple without being excessive, and the balance of attentiveness and privacy was just right. The Room was clean with no complaints, and everything was convenient to use. During breakfast, the staff kindly spoke to us, allowing us to enjoy freshly cooked rice. It was truly delicious, and their thoughtfulness was much appreciated. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance—thank you for your hospitality!

No noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms could be heard at all. It was great that the toilet and bath were separate. I would like to use it again. Since it was not an Onsen, I gave it 4 stars.

We received a notification about forgotten items after check-out. Small gestures like this enhance trust in APA. Thank you very much. Breakfast is also available at the neighboring Yayoi Ken restaurant.

I stayed here during the Expo. It’s a bit far from the station, but the shuttle bus was very helpful. I couldn’t make it in time for the large public bath, but since it was a hot day, a shower was enough.
