I made a Reservation so the kids could enjoy the pool. After afternoon tea in the lounge, we headed straight to the pool, and after plenty of fun, we enjoyed a delicious meal during cocktail time. After that, they had a great time playing capsule toy machines at KITTE Osaka. The next morning, they ate a hearty breakfast and were back to enjoying the pool early on. All of our requested items were prepared as well, so we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s close to my workplace, and there’s a convenience store on the first floor, which is very convenient. For breakfast, you can choose between a bento box and a sandwich. You can eat at the venue or take it out and enjoy it in your Room or while you’re out, which is very convenient. The bacon-and-egg sandwich was filling and delicious. The female staff are always cheerful and efficient, so I can enjoy breakfast time comfortably every time. Thank you!

I was a bit concerned because the average Review score was 4 or below, but there were no issues at all. It’s a perfectly standard Business Hotel, and the Facility is clean. Considering the price and how close it is to the station, I have no complaints. However, for breakfast you’re directed to Yayoiken on the first floor, and it wasn’t very good. That was about the only thing that stood out.

I liked how the staff were casual and friendly. The 1st-floor restaurant also had a great vibe with its music and furniture, making my stay enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the Room toilet and toilet paper were too far away, and the bidet was difficult to use.

Our family of three stayed for two nights. We booked a corner suite Room, and it was spacious, spotless, and had a great view—we were very satisfied. The floor was beautiful hardwood, and they even provided socks, so we could take off our shoes and relax in the Room. It was our first time staying at a Hotel like this. In the early morning, being able to work out in the gym while watching the view gradually brighten was especially beautiful and memorable. We had breakfast via room service. It was tasty, but fairly standard, so—being a bit strict—I’d rate it 4/5.

Thank you for accommodating my requests when I made a Reservation. Many Hotels do not review requests even if submitted, but check-in was smooth.

I stayed here during the Expo. It’s a bit far from the station, but the shuttle bus was very helpful. I couldn’t make it in time for the large public bath, but since it was a hot day, a shower was enough.

Women-only dormitory accommodation. Despite the number of people in the room, everyone was quiet, and I slept soundly. The futon was fluffy and comfortable! Hand towels were provided in the restroom, so no need to carry a handkerchief. However, the hairdryer had weak airflow, which took time and caused long waits; it would be great to replace it with a high-power one. Luggage organization is done in shared spaces. Towel rentals were affordable and convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven across the street. A clean, convenient, and comfortable stay!

The Hotel is located right next to train tracks and a highway, so it generally doesn't get quiet until late at night. Earplugs are essential for staying here. VOD was available for free, so I watched it in the early morning after being woken up by the sound of trains until I started my day. The double bed was spacious and comfortable.
