The staff were very kind and helpful when I called with inquiries before my stay. As my spouse and I enjoy drinks in the room, we always choose a comfortable room. This was our first trip to Osaka in a while, and the room was great. The bathtub with a washing area, which is e

However, Exit 10 mentioned in the hotel guide closes at 10 PM; on my way back from the Expo, I used the opposite exit instead. It would be helpful if this information were added to the hotel guide. The room was clean and comfortable. Being on the top floor provided a nice view

Even with a different brand, the same sense of cleanliness remained, and the spacious Room and bathroom were wonderful; the service was also excellent, and it helped us recover from the fatigue of traveling with a child. Thank you for arranging the beds and for preparing extra

The staff were polite and kind, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hairdryer was Panasonic, just like the one I use at home, and the pajamas were also very comfortable—absolutely perfect. One thing that could be improved is adding a make

I was deeply impressed and could relax comfortably thanks to this thoughtful gesture. The large public bath was spacious enough for me to stretch out and relieve my fatigue. Breakfast included plenty of fried dishes, takoyaki, yakisoba, curry rice, ochazuke, and a wide variet

I chose this Hotel because it is within walking distance from the live venue. The breakfast service of rice balls and miso soup was very delicious, and I was able to enjoy the live performance afterwards! The staff were also very kind and nice. I would like to use it again.

They kindly stored my luggage before check-in, which was very helpful. Thank you very much. As for my impression of the Room, there were some areas of concern, but overall it was clean. The amenities were also well-stocked, and I was very satisfied, so I would like to use it

Highly recommended hotel with few reviews, so this is my first review. For this accommodation fee, the toilet and bath are separate and clean. The bathtub is a bubble bath type with a spacious washing area, making it very comfortable. The towels are relatively new with a soft

This was my first time staying here. It’s about a 2-minute walk from Hommachi Station (I think Exit 17 is the closest?). I chose it because it’s close to the station, a new Hotel, and very affordable. There’s also a Lawson on the first floor, which was really reassuring. I

\nAnother great point is that while it’s a unit bath, the bathroom is slightly larger than expected, and the shower water pressure was good and comfortable.\nDisposable slippers are also provided, and for a Business Hotel in this class, I found the space and comfort to be excelle
