Thank you for upgrading our Room, which made our stay very comfortable. After working up a sweat at the gym, we took a shower and headed to the lounge. The champagne we enjoyed while feeling the evening breeze became a wonderful travel memory. The freshly cooked rice at breakfast was also delicious, and the hospitality of all the staff was impeccable. This is an outstanding Hotel that I would consider number one among all the Hotels I have stayed at so far. When visiting Osaka, I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed for three nights. Although it’s a new Hotel and not particularly spacious, we had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the lighting could be adjusted in three levels, which was convenient. The air conditioning worked well throughout the entire Room, making it pleasant. The TV was also large, and we were able to fully enjoy watching sports. When we arrived before check-in, the staff kindly stored our luggage with a smile, which we really appreciated. The Room was kept very clean, and amenities and supplies were replenished perfectly. Our whole family was completely satisfied in every way. We will definitely stay again.

They assigned us the convenient Room we had requested in advance, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable Multiple Night Stay. It was fun to have a different roller blind from last time! Shinsaibashi and Namba are within walking distance—not too close, not too far. After walking around all day, we could relax and soothe our tired bodies in the bathtub. We also appreciated having a separate bath and toilet. Thank you for the thoughtful care from the Hotel staff. Thank you again for all your help on this trip. We will stay here again when we visit Osaka!

The Room is compact, but it is sufficient for a solo stay. At check-in, a female staff member came over right away and explained everything. Another female staff member also answered my questions politely. Both of them provided excellent service. As expected from APA Hotel. I also like APA Hotel’s high bed. I did not use the Onsen, so I rated it 1.

I made a Reservation at this Hotel for a concert at Kyocera Dome and stayed here. It was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. There are many stylish cafes and great restaurants nearby, so I really enjoyed it and would like to stay here again. Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your kindness.

It was great—the public bath wasn’t crowded, and the water quality was excellent. There wasn’t a good place to meet in the lobby, but it couldn’t be helped. Thank you.

The location was great, and I also liked the calm atmosphere in the Room. If possible, I would have liked a clock—this was the first time I’ve stayed at a Business Hotel where there wasn’t one in the Room. Also, the shower room, toilet, and sink area were extremely small. Since it’s part of the Facility, I wonder if the space wasn’t properly considered at the design stage. It was a single Room, but it felt cramped, which was a bit disappointing.

This is a newly built, spotless Hotel. After soaking in a warm bubble bath before bed, I slept soundly through the night without waking up at all. The Simmons mattress was also exceptionally comfortable.

I stayed here to attend a live show at Orix Theater. I also stayed here the year before last, and it’s truly convenient because the theater is right in front of the property. This time, I bought merchandise and had some time before the doors opened, but thanks to my Reservation I was able to relax until then, which was great. There are plenty of shops nearby, and there’s also a 24-hour AEON near Yotsubashi Station, so it’s very convenient.

Hotels in Osaka are becoming harder to book, but I was very satisfied with the affordable stay that included a breakfast bento. The Room was clean, and each Room had a microwave, making the stay comfortable.

I stayed in an assigned Queen Room. The Room was compact, but the high ceiling made it feel open and not cramped. The bed was queen-size, and both the mattress and especially the pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. There was no bathtub, but there were three shower settings with strong water pressure, and everything felt clean—more than enough for a one-night stay. I made a Reservation during a sale thinking it would be just for sleeping, but overall the property felt new and very clean, and I was extremely satisfied with the value for the price.

I stayed for three nights while I had business in Shinsaibashi. The hotel is relatively new, and the room was comfortable; having the bath and toilet separate made my stay especially pleasant. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. However, it was disappointing that room cleaning was delayed and I couldn’t return to my room for quite some time. It may have been unavoidable due to staffing shortages. I also appreciated the coffee service in the lobby and being able to choose only the amenities I needed.

I was able to stay at a great price—about 5,800 yen, and even cheaper by about 4,400 yen with a sale and immediate PayPay use. It was easy to find from Hommachi Station, and the front desk staff were courteous. The welcome drink was also nice. The Room and bed were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance.

Because the amenities provided in the room and lobby are minimal, I felt it would be better to bring your own items for a more comfortable stay. Other than that, both the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and there were plenty of power outlets, which made it convenient to use various devices in different areas.

Convenient access from Shinsaibashi, and the Hotel lobby is spacious. I checked in at night, but it was reassuring to have staff at the front desk. The amenities are well stocked, including skincare items. There is no complimentary mineral water in the Room, but there is a water dispenser at the front desk—don’t forget to bring your own bottle. Breakfast offers rice, bread, pancakes, and a solid variety of dishes. The Room and bathroom are reasonably spacious, and overall it felt like a very good value Hotel.

It was my first time staying here, and I liked that it was compact and clean. With the subway entrance right next door, it was very convenient for business trips during the rainy season—no need to open an umbrella.

If you don’t mind a bit of a walk, you can reach Dotonbori on foot. It also has a washlet toilet and is affordable. The room felt clean as well. It’s a very convenient hotel.

It’s close to the station, and I stayed here again this time. The staff were very kind and helpful. Before heading to work, I was able to relax with a café latte. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. It’s about a 2-minute walk from Hommachi Station (is Exit 17 the closest?). I chose it because it’s close to the station, a new Hotel, and affordable. There’s also a Lawson on the first floor, which was very reassuring. I couldn’t find a body towel for use in the bath among the amenities, which was a bit inconvenient (maybe it was there and I just missed it). Pajamas were also placed together in front of the elevator. The Room TV could stream YouTube and Netflix, which made my stay very comfortable. It was more comfortable than the price suggests! I’d like to stay again.

This time, I chose this hotel to relax for my fan activities. We stayed as a pair, and the accommodation was close to the event venue with a nice atmosphere, allowing us to spend our time quietly and comfortably. I would like to use it again when there is an event in Shinsaibashi. Since it was the end of the year, there were traditional New Year decorations at the hotel entrance.
