Close to the station, and the Facility is clean. Amenities are available in the lobby for you to take, and they are well stocked. There is also a coffee server in the lobby. The Room also has drip coffee. The disposable slippers are sturdy as well. The shower is ReFa, and the hai

This was my second stay, after about a year, and it’s truly a relaxing Hotel. The interior is simple and clean. The location is quiet, yet there’s a convenience store nearby, which is very handy. The elevator requires a room key to access the upper floors, so the security feels r

We were completely satisfied with the front desk staff, the Room, amenities, parking lot, and breakfast staff. In particular, we are grateful to the front desk staff for their pleasant and friendly responses to questions unrelated to their duties. We would love to stay here a

The location near Kanda Myojin Shrine and the always-available drink bar were also delightful services. Additionally, the non-buffet breakfast was one of the reasons I chose this place. It offered a moderate portion that was delicious without overeating. I would love to stay here

I can’t share the details of my request, but I would like to express my sincere gratitude to that staff member. This is an excellent Hotel with outstanding staff. I planned to thank them in person the next day, but I didn’t see them, so I’m reaching out through this Review instea

In an air-conditioned Room, I was able to comfortably open my laptop, spread out materials, and focus on my tasks. This level of comfort is not achievable in many modern hourly rental working spaces. The wireless LAN provided sufficient speed for sending and receiving emails

The location was excellent, with a convenience store on the first floor, and Starbucks and Tully’s nearby, so the surroundings were great and I had no inconvenience. The cleaning was thorough, and the staff were pleasant, so I had a comfortable 7-day stay. The TV could stream You

We stayed here so my daughter could attend an event, and because it was close to my eldest daughter’s home. Since we only needed the Room to sleep in, we didn’t expect much, but it was quiet and very comfortable. The heating didn’t work and it was cold, but since the two of us slept together, we managed. For breakfast, due to air conditioner installation work, it was provided in a bento box and we ate it in our Room, and it was delicious. We would like to stay again.

The bath was excellent. Entering around 1:30 AM, it was like having the place to myself with a spacious open-air bath, a view of the sky, small Goemon-style tubs, and plenty of outdoor chairs for relaxation. The design created an atmosphere that made me forget I was in the city.

I enjoyed services like pillow selection and hairdryer rental (though I borrowed one without realizing there was already an ionic one in my room). When I forgot how to return it, a passing staff member kindly took care of it right away, which helped me a lot. During check-in, whe

The Room is on the 17th floor, so the view is great. I could even see Tokyo Skytree—an amazing big-city panorama.\nHowever, it has a shower only with no bathtub, so while that may be fine for international guests, as a Japanese traveler I’d prefer to soak in a tub.\nIt’s right by

I mistakenly went to another Hotel in the same chain nearby. At the wrong Hotel, an international front desk staff member kindly guided me to the correct location. The staff at the front desk upon arrival also explained everything carefully and were very pleasant. I would like t

I had a night shift that day, but I had errands in central Tokyo in the morning, and it was a hassle to go back home, so I used the hotel for day use from 11:00. It’s also easy to reach from Ochanomizu Station—just cross two traffic lights. It was extremely hot that day, but I arrived 10 minutes early and sat on a sofa in the air-conditioned lobby. About five minutes before check-in time, staff told me, “Your Room is ready,” and I was able to check in. The Room is indeed small, but it was kept clean and had everything I needed. I took a shower and napped until evening, which helped me prepare for my night shift.

Everything was clean and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, especially the shishamo. I would have liked tomato juice.

Multiple JR and Metro stations are within a 10-15 minute walking distance. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes, making it very convenient. The Room is a bit old but compactly arranged, offering good usability. The front desk staff were polite, allowing for a pl

I often use chain accommodations in various areas, and this was my first time staying at Livemax. It was a pleasant experience. The guest room and bathroom were not too small, and the bed had just the right firmness. The staff's service was excellent as well. The breakfast bento with tea was simple but satisfying. Since I had to return to my hometown early, I enjoyed it on the Shinkansen ride back. However, it was a bit disappointing that the tea wasn't chilled. The price for staying on the last day of a holiday weekend was very reasonable, and I would consider staying again if the price is right. I'd also like to try other Livemax accommodations in different regions!

I stayed overnight with friends and was happy to be able to use things like ReFa that I don’t usually get to use! It felt luxurious and gave me an experience I don’t normally have. The location is amazing, too.

About a 5-minute walk from Kanda Station, with a convenience store right next door. It was also very quiet, and I slept well. The front desk staff were very polite and kind. When I stopped by early in the morning before check-in to leave my suitcase, they gladly accepted it. At c

This was my second stay. This time I was able to check in during the complimentary snack hours, so I had a “chocolate chunk cookie.” It was delicious with the free coffee. I had booked a single room, but since there were vacancies they upgraded me for free. The room felt a little small, but it’s more than enough for a business trip. I also liked that the loungewear and hair dryer were neatly placed together in a basket. Having a foldable mirror on the (small) desk was helpful as well. The bathroom is a standard size for a business hotel, but the ReFa shower head and the outward-curved shower curtain rail make it feel more spacious when showering. Also, because there are stoppers at both ends of the curtain rail, as long as you set the hooks (rings?) properly on both sides, you don’t have to worry about the curtain sliding open while you use it. I also used the breakfast service. At first glance it may seem like there aren’t many main items, but for breakfast it’s plenty. The automatic pancake machine (the only one I’ve ever seen) is fun! The size is just right, and best of all you can eat freshly made pancakes. The cherry sauce for the pancakes was tasty, and the other breads were good too. That said, I think having knives with the cutlery would be nice. Overall, this is a hotel with a very good impression. The staff (front desk and restaurant) are kind and helpful, and it’s a place I’d like to stay again. I probably will.

I arrived early, but the staff kindly suggested waiting in the lobby chairs, which was very helpful. There was an issue with the room's air conditioning, but it was resolved promptly and courteously. Thank you so much for your swift assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, and it felt slightly more spacious compared to other hotels in a similar price range nearby. With many restaurants and shops in the area, the location is excellent. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.
