The bathroom was impeccably clean, making my stay comfortable. The outlets were cleverly added for convenience, and thoughtful touches throughout made it clear this Hotel is filled with care and hospitality. Though compact in size, it was more than sufficient for a pleasant sta

I requested a DVD player in advance and watched my own DVD: Monteverdi's "L'incoronazione di Poppea." The rental fee for the DVD player is 1,000 yen. The TV screen was quite large and easy to view from the bed. The air conditioning worked well too—it was a comfortable Room overa

Comfortable Rooms with separate bath and toilet—many Rooms feature a bathroom with a separate bathtub and washing area, perfect for a deep, relaxing soak. A spacious independent vanity is also provided and is well regarded for its ease of use even when staying with multiple guest

I had a pleasant stay. The staff's smiles are always the best, no matter which Hotel I visit. I was also delighted that the staff member who served us dinner this time remembered me from Kyoto—it was such a surprise to see them in Ginza! I hope to meet again someday.

It would be nice if it could open even about 10 cm. One concern was that when nearby guests closed their doors, my door also made a loud rattling sound. I woke up from an evening nap because of it. During my previous stay, the window could be opened slightly and there was no door

I stayed for two nights and found it very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I fell asleep easily. Although I chose a room without a bathtub, the massage chair made up for it and helped relieve my tiredness from walking. The front desk staff kindly stored my luggage when needed.

This was my first stay in a while since the COVID-19 period, and I stayed for four nights. The welcome sweets, 24-hour drink service, and the newly introduced laundry compression machine were very helpful. The front desk staff were courteous at all times, making my stay very plea

The bath, washroom, and toilet are separate, so it was very comfortable to use. I used the ReFa shower and dryer for the first time and was particularly impressed with the dryer. It made my hair super smooth, and my daughter loved it so much that we plan to replace our home dryer

I have stayed here multiple times. The front desk staff are pleasant, the facilities are satisfactory, and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the coffee at the front desk. There is a convenience store nearby, many small shops around, and if the weather is nice, you ca
